    TS LAWCET Syllabus is announced by TSCHE for 3 Year and 5 Year Integrated LLB program. For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Intermediate level and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Degree Level. TS LAWCET 2020 will be conducted on May 27 as a Computer Based Test.

    • TS LAWCET Exam Pattern consist of 3 sections: General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs and Aptitude for the Study of Law.
    • In order to prepare better and check the readiness for the exam, the authorities release their own mock tests. Apart from that candidates should practice with TS LAWCET Sample Papers 
    Note: The official brochure with detailed scheduled has been released at lawcet.tsche.ac.in along with Application Form on March 6, 2020.

    This entire section consists of 30 questions from the events that have happened in the country and around the globe in recent. It covers news articles on affairs of importance on numerous topics like-

    Aptitude for the Study of Law

    TS LAWCET 2020 Syllabus: Aptitude for the Study of Law

    Part C of the paper is made up of 60 questions based on Legal Aptitude. As per the instructions are given by the organizers of the exam, questions from basic laws and Constitution of the country will be given in this section and they will be of elementary level.

    Things to Remember

    • TS LAWCET Exam Date 2020 – May 20, 2020
    • Take your admit card and passport size photograph at the examination center. Download TS LAWCET Admit Card
    • Duration of Exam – 1 hour 30 minutes
    • Report at the examination center at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
    • Qualifying marks in TS LAWCET are 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks). No minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST for ranking.

    Ans. Exam Pattern for both the TS LAWCET programs is same. There are slight diffferences between the syllabus. For 3 Year LLB program level of questions is that og undergraduate and for 5 year program level of questions is that of intermediate level.

    Ques. What newspapers should i refer to prepare for TS LAWCET 2020?

    Ans. National daily like The Hindu or The Indian Express are beneficial for a holistic preparation as recommended by Law preparation experts and toppers. Apart from this Pratiyogita Darpan magzine is also recommended.

    Ques. What are some tips to read Newspapers for TS LAWCET preparation?

    Ans. Focus on editorial to gather knowledge, important events of national and international level. Enhancing vocabulary is of utmost importance and can be attained by regular reading of newspapers. 

    Ques. Does TSCHE releases any official syllabus for TS LAWCET?

    Ans. TSCHE releases an official brochure that containes exam pattern and syllabus details. It is released with the application form on the official website. 

    Ques. Should i expect any change in TS LAWCET 2020 Syllabus?

    Ans. As per now no change is announced by the exam conducting body Osmania University in terms of Syllabus. Exam dates for 2020 session has been announced, it will be conducted on May 27, 2020.
