IGNOU Admission July 2020: Registration Deadline Extended Again till November 15, Check Direct Link Here

New Delhi: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the registration date for July session of 2020-21 session till November 15. However, the date has not been extended for Certificate and Semester-based Programmes.

Candidates can fill the registration form for admissions to various courses of IGNOU by visiting its official website, ignou.ac.in. The varsity has shared the information of extension officially on its Twitter account.

IGNOU Registration: Steps to Follow

Along with the extension, the varsity has also launched “Samarth Portal of IGNOU” to simplify the process of registration for next semester or existing students. 

Candidates can register for the IGNOU Admission 2020 by following the below instructions:

• Step 1: Visit the IGNOU official website @ignou.ac.in.
• Step 2: On the homepage, click on the button “New Registration.”
• Step 3: On the next window, enter the necessary details and then click submit.
• Step 4: Click on “log in” to fill in the necessary information and pay the registration fees.
• Step 5: Click on submit and download the hard copy of the same for further requirements.

Note: Candidates must note that the fourth time extension of the registration date for IGNOU Admission 2020 is not applicable for the following programs:

• Semester-based Programmes: MP, MPB, PGDFM, PGDMM, PGDHRM, PGDOM, PGDFMP, DBPOFA, PGDIS, MCA, BCA.
• Certificate and Awareness Programmes which is for the duration of 6 months or less.

IGNOU Admission 2020: Documents Required

Applicants are required to upload the scanned copy of the important documents while filling the IGNOU Admission 2020 online application form. The list of important documents required are:

•  Photograph (less than 100 KB)
•  Signature (less than 100 KB)
•  Copy of Age Proof
•  Copy of relevant Educational Qualification
• Copy of Experience Certificate
•  Copy of Category Certificate (if applicable)
•  Copy of BPL Certificate (if applicable)
