Remarks
Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course aims at building a critic one by questioning the social evils and national problems. Semester exams are there and meanwhile there are some class tests to provide internal marks. Based on the marks total scored in internal and exams we get marks.
Placement Experience
Delhi university is the best university in the country. And so the placement and scope while studying in a reputed college under Delhi university is very wide. Ranging from electronic giants to the daily newspapers several students get various livelihoods.
College Events
Quiz festival, intended to widen the thinking domains of students, based on basic small knowledge and largely on the thinking ability of the person Annual fest, aims at expressing the inborn talents of students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible as compared to various other private companies. It's only 13500 per annum. So a common can burden over it. And there are many scholarships for those who hails from poor family and nobody gets debarred because of his wealth status.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships from government and private agencies which are very helpful for the poor. And there is a vibrant scholarship cell running successfully in our college. They inform us about each scholarships regularly.
Campus Life
I like quizzing, singing,football etc. As a quizzer I try to participate in all quizzes across Delhi-NCR. Quizzing prepares me to crack many exams easily. Singing is in my blood. As a football player Iam in college football team.
Hostel Facilities
I am not in hostel. I have taken a room with my friends. We give eighteen thousand per month. The room is so good. It has three rooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The balcony is used as a space for drying clothes.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very helpful. They make our doubts cleared and provide the books. They really treat us as their brothers and there was no ragging reported so far in our college. Alumnus meets occur frequently and talk by them inspires us.
Admission
I got admission based on merit, which means on the basis of marks scored in plus two exam. I had 98% and I would get easily an admission in any college in Delhi university and I chose ramjas college for BA hons English.
Faculty
Faculties are superb, well knowledged and are updated to the latest trends in the country and the several challenges faced by our nation. They make us ready to enquire about the each steps taken by the government and criticise them.
