Remarks

Yes, Hindu College is a great college. One of the best in the country and definitely a great one in Delhi. A lot to learn from, whatever you want to do you get all the options and varieties. Talking about studies, see in college no one can make you rote learn. Lectures will take place on their time, it's up to you how you utilize it. If we talk about the admission procedure and fees: fees depend upon what subject you choose like I choose botany and my annual fees are 21000 and admission procedure is very simple, you just have to fill the form for Delhi University and then the colleges gonna release their cut off for all courses and then you have to match your cut off with the required cut off of the respective course of the college. After matching the cut off you can pay the fees and confirm your seat in the college. Our college administration and staff are very good, all the tea. Hostel facilities are also provided in Hindu college. Both boys and girl hostels are their, hostels are very clean.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choosed Botany Hons. because I have an interest in plant study. So I choosed it for my further studies. Teachers are very and they always help us whenever we stuck in the chapters. They are all well qualified and their teaching methods are also good. Many young teachers are not that determined but the experienced teachers are very helping and caring. All the teachers are very supportive. There are six semesters in bachelor degree. Each semester exam is of equal importance. As the final report card goona be made on the basis of all the semester examination marks. exams are not that tough if you concentrate on your classes rather then just bunking the class you will get better marks. Overall everything is good. Don't be stressed that its university so we have to study all day and night to clear the exams. It's not like that you should revise daily and you will get good percentile. Try to revise daily nor it makes you feel like a burden on you to prepare for the exams.

Internships Opportunities

4

Yes, it offers internship opportunities both off campus and on campus. Most companies are related to digital marketing. There is an internship for all courses like science research internships are also there.

Packages vary according to the companies. Mostly packages are high.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees depend on the subjects like I choosed Botany Hons. My fees are 21000 per year. Fees are very affordable so don't worry about the college fees. yes, hostels and PG's are expensive. They can cost around 1.5 lakh per year. There are many scholarships released every year on the Delhi University website. You can apply for them after reading the instructions.

Campus Life

5

Hindu college annual fest name is MECCA, mecca comprises diverse events. Many big celebrities are invited and there are many performances like dance, singing, fashion show, poetry, etc it is the biggest fest of Delhi University. People show their talent and the chance to meet the celebrity make everyone excited. In Hindu College, it's A huge library. Students sit there the whole day to study and some issue books and sit in gardens to study. College has its own sports teams.

Interview Experience

5

Yes, I gave many interviews to get enrolled in the societies and yes written exam is also there if you want to take NCC like to take NCC there are 4 rounds. We have to qualify all that to be a part of NCC likewise every society has their own the admission process. In college, you should take as many societies as you can if you want your overall development.

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.
