Remarks

IIIT Lucknow is one of the colleges that has been established under the PPP scheme by the government of India. After clearing the GATE I was easily able to meet the college cutoff marks so I applied for the college from the college website by filling the college admission form and I was called for GD and PI round after getting shortlisted on behalf of my GATE and academic score. The admission process was easy and hassle-free.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the college is very good and interactive. The case study teaching methods properly sync with the real-world scenarios. The curriculum follows all the latest industrial guidelines and international norms. The faculty of the college is highly expert and they are master in their respective field. The faculty are not only of PhD standards but they have very excellent research experience from the top universities of India and abroad. The faculty of the college properly understand the syllabus and teaching methods of the faculty is very easy and simple so that every concept[t is easily cleared to us.

Internships Opportunities

The college has a very good internship program. We are eligible for an internship after completing the first year of our program and we have to register our details with the college placement committee so that we can take part in the internship program. The average stipend for internship is around 65k.

Placement Experience

The college has become very popular for its placement standards in a very short period of time. The college has a record of 100% placement and all thanks to the placement committee of the college as the committee plays a very important role in the college placement drive as they really work hard to invite good companies and provide assistance to us during college placement rounds so that we are able to receive good packages. The highest package for our batch was around 45 LPA and the average salary package was around 18.75 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college is established under a PPP scheme so the fees are a little bit on the higher side but the college provides very good placement the average salary package is around 18 LPA which is a very good return on investment. State and central government-funded scholarship programs are available but the college does not have any individual scholarship schemes.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is very well maintained and the college campus life is very good. The college seniors and the administrative staff is very friendly. The college technical fest is Equinox where we get an opportunity to show our technical skills and innovative ideas. The college library is the house of many national and international bestseller authors and many international journals are also available that are very useful during the college research assignments. The college classrooms are big and spacious.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel infrastructure is very well maintained. The rooms are very big and the rooms have basic facilities like beds, study tables and almirahs. The hostel mess food quality is very good and the menu is very vast. The hostel has 24 hours of water and power supply. The hostel wardens and the staff is very cooperative. the hostel decorum is very well maintained. The hostel has all kinds of facilities for us.

A Glimpse of Life in Aligarh Muslim University

Likes

The classrooms are too spacious and hygenic , so no need of improvement in this and the greenary in the campus is also commendable, so minimum chance of pollution.
Campus life is good as we have deep interaction with our seniors and faculties , and the quality of social life is also worth noting.
All the facilities are good in their field of expertise but some improvement needed in their teaching method and the way how they mentor /counsel the students.

Dislikes

First thing i disliked is the people wasting their time sitting in the library canteen for hours without having any productive conversations
Some facilities are just not up to date with the subject they are teaching, so their knowledge needs to be enhanced a lot
The typical traditional methodology of writing lab manual is also tiresome, though practical is good but lot of time wasted in writing files and assignments.

Placement Experience:

Basically, if we're talking about M.tech. students are eligible for campus placement in second year of the course. Many companies have visited so far in the past like L&T , VIT( for Assistant professor) , EIL (for top rank holders) , etc with good CTC packages. My plan is to join any renowned PSU, if selected after completion of this course, as im preparing for it.

Very Good Placements with Poor Infrastructure.

Likes

Placement activities is good. Average package is good
Faculties are kind of supportive and helpful. But only in studies
Mess food is decent. Not the best, but acceptable

Dislikes

Infrastructure is bad. Wifi doesn't work at all.
Cleanliness is also very bad. They washrooms are nor clean
Hostel facilitie is very worst. There is no on campus hostel for first yeat students.

Placement Experience:

The placements in this college are the only attractive part. Companies such as Nvidia, Intel, AMD visit the college for internships every year. The college has placements through internships. Direct PPO are also given.

Good decision

Likes

The facilities available re world class and best
No in out timing that means can go out at any time
Great and nice professor with good grading system

Dislikes

Initially sem feels very much hectic and hard to survive

Placement Experience:

Placement are good .As if my department has recently added so can say only that max package was 16lpa and hope for more better placements of our seniors . So yaa placement are good here can be said so doesn't matter .

IIITA Review by a masters student

Likes

I liked the dedication of faculty to make students learn.
Size and Greenery of the campus neither too big not too small just perfect no need for bycycle you can commute by walking only
Safety of the campus is top class, security of the students is atmost priority of the campus

Dislikes

75 percentage attendance criteria is the worst
TA sign daily is compulsory which I don't like just why we are doing TA duty that should be sufficient.
Sports facilities are not that good,we have all the courts and ground but lack of equipment.

Placement Experience:

Mtech is eligible for internship from first sem itself, full time jobs are allowed from 3rd semester onwards for masters students. Almost all Big MNCs visit campus Almost 100 percent students get placed My plans are to get a job.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for attending campus placements from the 7th semester or the start of last year. For some streams like Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, MBA, BPharma placement records are quite good, especially for CSE. But students of other streams like Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering etc struggle to get jobs even after their course completion. In my memory, more than 10 companies came for Computer Science Engineering and Electronics Engineering. The highest package offered was 12 lakh per annum by Jaro Education Group. More than 60% of students of CSE branch and approximately 30% students of EC branch got placed of 2020 pass out batch. Since I didn't get placed through campus placements I transitioned my career field towards Data Analytics and I'm currently pursuing it

Admission:

My admission in Amity Institute of Nano Technology was initiated by filling out an Admission form for M.Tech in Nano Technology after completing my B.Tech degree. I regularly checked the status of my form on the site provided by the university, wherein my form was processed within 3-4 business days. I was invited for a Group Discussion round after which admission letter was provided to me which held all the details regarding submission of fees and date of commencement of the semester.

Remarks:

All the things are good in university. If possible to start the sending documents after pass out through post. Make a application by which we can easily order our Marksheet, migration, transcript, degree etc. and please start good placement drive for bioinformatics student.

IIITL -

To be eligible into the course you need to appear in the JEE mains examination and get 75 %marks in your respective board in PCM. The admission is done through JOSAA counseling. The cutoff for all the branches ranges from 8000-15000 for the OPEN category. For other categories, the details are mentioned on the JOSAA website. No fee waiver based upon category.
