Course Curriculum Overview
The course I have opted for is Btech in Computer Science Engineering. I chose this course as a matter of personal interest and influence from my peer groups and siblings. I got interested in this particular course by it's versatality in all aspects of our everyday lives and job security. The faculty provided to us at our campus is well known in the subjects they teach. They alway try to offer us information and options other than our respective courses and subjects, broadining our horizons they encourage us to look beyound our curriculum and try to work in interdisciplinary manner. All of them use modern teaching methods which includes : 1. Using ppt and visuals for all the subjects regardless of the topics 2. Providing us with digital notes and extra video lectures whenever needed 3. Providing us with online assignments and submissions
Internships Opportunities
Our placement cell has tieup with many companies enabling it easier for us to gain internships with stipends ( example : Mercedes Benz ) We also get chances to learn industry level courses and skills offered to us by variety of companies ( example : L&T )
Placement Experience
Our University asks for a compulsory internship or a project submission from our end in the 4th as well as 6th semester, making us more industry ready and skill equipped. We have a very active placement cell providing more than 90% placements throughout all departments.
Fees and Financial Aid
The first 2 years cost : 200000Rs each yr And the next 2 years cost : 230000Rs each yr The placement cell of our University is quite active and the placement rate is more than 90% Other than the placement cell, our University has a separate cell for providing assistance with skill learning, enterpreneurship, and internship opportunities
Campus Life
Our University is always decorated and involved in one event or other. Our university encourages maximum participation and involvement in extra curriculars, the events are stategized in such a way that an interdisciplinary icebreaking session is enabled and the students get allong with various departments, seniors and peers throughout the year.
Admission
It was a 2 step procedure : I was required to clear an online entrance exam conducted by my respective university. On the basis of my entrance exam, I was then supposed to give a personal interview and an extempore. After these two got over, I was asked to submit my documents containing my Marks Card for 10th & 12th, and results of any one of the National Level Entrance Exam ( they provided the list of which ones they consider for evaluation ).
