The Economics honours course curriculum can be rated as highly relevant and comprehensive based on several factors.The curriculum often includes real-world examples and case studies, making the concepts taught in the course directly applicable to current economic issues and situations. The course also provide placements in our college. Any improments that I can suggest are there can have more interaction between students and faculty. The exam frequency for our college exams is around 3 hours for core exams and this year the exams were tough.

Our college provide placements for two courses only which is Economics honours and B.com honours and our college's average package is around 7.5 lakh and highest package is around 36 lakh. Students become eligible for campus placements from semester 6. The companies that visited our college are Deloitte KPMG E&Y PwC Bain & Company McKinsey GSHaw McKenzie. Percentage of students placed every year is 10 to 15%. My plan after getting a degree is to get placed in a multi national company.

Economics honours course fee is 25500 this year but previous it was 20000 only so this year there is a sudden hike in fee structure. The complete cost of my education including tuition, service fees, and other compulsory charges is around 4 lakh. The only scholarship available for Hansraj students in college is Dell Aspire Scholars which got introduced in this year only. I have not applied for any internship yet but will apply in future. I also took part in economics society of Hansraj College.

The Annual fest of Hansraj College is Confluence which will gonna held in March 2024 after 5 or 6 years. There are many society events takes place every single day in February and March especially. There is a wide variety of books and journals available in the library for every course and also library timings are also till 8 in the evening. Khelo Hansraj is the annual sports event of Hansraj which takes place in February every year. Also you can see any athletes of different sports in sports complex and field. I know one students run social group which is Enactus.

I got to know about Cuet when I was in class 12 because it was introduced in that particular year which is 2022. At first i don't have any thought of giving it but then when I do not get into nda i gave it finally. I opted for 6 subjects including general test. My center was so far from my house and when I got there inside exam hall they make us wait for too long before starting the exam and the exam was of 3 hours. The exam in my shift was pretty moderate and I scored 684 marks as my Cuet score. I got my admission in Hansraj college from SC quota. I got into BA economics honours which has a prerequisite of having maths in 12th and having maths in cuet exam too. In my suggestion the exam should have equal difficulty level in every shift and also the exam center should be within the range of 20km from the students address.
