- The classrooms are not air-conditioned, which becomes problematic during the summer months.
- The food quality in the college canteen is often not good, and in need of significant improvement.
- Ramjas college provides many seats per course which makes the class size large and students face many difficulties with this much big size class.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is divided comprehensively in 6 semesters and each semester covers the most crucial topics as per the need of domain. Political science honours facility in Ramjas college comparatively emphasis on the syllabus requirements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for political science honours course is decent. I paid 13701 INR for my course in each year and college do run students schoolship programs. Ramjas college run a fee waiver program for the financially backward student in which college waive off the fee for one year.
Campus Life
Ramjas College hosts several cultural and social events throughout the year, including the annual fest "Mosaic," which features performances, competitions, and other activities that foster community spirit and provide a platform for students to showcase their talents.
Admission
During my time DU used to admit students on the basis of 12th class marks. I got 98.6 marks in 12th class and I got admission in the 6th cut off under OBC category which I would say was a tough competitive addmission process. Now Ramjas college admit students on the basis of marks students obtained by CUET exam.
Faculty
The faculty of political science honours courses is really good. Most of the teachers are ph.d holders and some of them are having teaching experience of more than 25 years. Though not every teacher is not good with their subject but overall the faculty is good.
