Remarks

Its a wonderful college with an amazing infrastructure and faculty! The crowd isnt much talked about! The college holds a very rich history which continues to be visible with the vision of ancient tradition and modern vision.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

My course curriculum is exceedingly subjective with practicality and logicality being given enough emphasis on! There are exams and like any other exam, they bring in so much of nervousness! At the end of semesters there are a series of exams with a varied structure!

Placement Experience

3.5

Yes there are ample of job opportunities and varying stipend as per the internships which lets not only to connect with people but also to understand our own self in another light althogether. Placements are highly dependent on the person and his capabilities.

College Events

3.5

There is an annual fest in the college where different colleges come forth to celebrate the diversity that we are very proud of with several events and competitions inclusive in the mega event! Then comes several workshops and seminars held periodically as per the trend and availability of reputed personalities. There are several societies and traditional day is one of the highlight, there are many more events from elections to team building activities which demand students' participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its very feasible. Being a central government college it has minimal fees ranging from 10k to 20k per year which is much lower than what we get in the college, hence value for money is highly ensured!

Fees and Financial Aid

The college has connections with several loan funding authorities which help students get loan, as the fee structure is feasible, loan is usually not a phenomenon in the college. There are yet many facilities students arent aware of tho.

Campus Life

4

My college has very active societies for different activities which helps the student grow holistically. There are times of the year when students prefer polishing their talents and missing out on certain lectures as they are highly enriching and provide a ground for growth

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah! The college has a strong alumni network and the seniors are also exceptionally helpful! It all starts as u enter the college for the first time when your seniors with the open arms are up to help you from the very basics to letting you get familiarise with the college and its proceedings.

Admission

Its been a long, exciting, and confusing process at the same time. From the anxiety of waiting for the highly soaring cuttoff list to getting admission finally in Delhi university.its been adventure in real sense! There was surely so much of anxiety and pressure, afterall there are high expectations from the head boy of the school! And in addition belonging from the unreserved category is another factor to be apprehensive about! Later i realised that big things dont come easy!

Faculty

3.5

Its highly educated but i think that there is an urgent need of learning to unlearn certain things and learn the modern ones afterall its the constant process of growing which shouldn't be paused and it becomes interesting when the faculty and students find things relatable

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are mainly for commerce stream departments but the humanities stream also are offered internship from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and Home ministry. There are many private companies that come to offer placements. The students from 3rd year in particular apply for internships. The highest package iffered is 500000 and the average is 250000. About 45% students get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being brutally honest I don't think that the course contributes a lot to our preparation for the real world but it teaches us very new things which I like. The course might not be very helpful in our real life preparation or the preparation for the real world but at the same time it enhances our knowledge and teachers as about various new things so I am satisfied with my course and whatever the curriculum includes I like it

Course Curriculum Overview:

In term of relevance I'll say that there are many topics which should not be taught as they are way too old and contradicting in modern times. New tumes problems and solutions should be taught in replace focusing on present.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are generally placed with an average package of 7-8 lakhs for management programs. Companies including the big 4 like EY, KPMG, Deloitte and other reputed companies have visited and many offers have been made. Around 60% of the students get placed in management branch. After getting the degree, I am also planning to appear in the placement opportunities.
