Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is up to date. We have labs for all the core subjects but due to lack in equipments it gets little difficult to perform the experiment precisely. Lab instruments are enough for a batch.

Internships Opportunities

College arrange internship for few departments. B.sc life sciences students didn't get to attend any internship. BHM students have to do internship in their 5th sem so they had to arrange it on their own.

Placement Experience

1.5

Not many students gets placed from college placement. The package is very average. Many gets shortlisted but very few gets placed. The salary offered is not more than 2 lpa. The companies which comes are UPI, concentrix, Accenture to name a few.

College Events

3.5

College celebrate a day for each state or region. And an annual function is held called gardenia. Along with that republic day and independance days are also celebrated. Fresherism is a 1 week celebration every year when freshers joins college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its little bit expensive. Based on marks obtained in 12 standard some relax is fees is given and students from Karnataka board also gets high relaxation in fees. Hostels are also expensive compared to the facility provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not much aware of this. But i came to know about some foreigners who come to college 100% scholarship from ICCR. And some concession is given to every student based on their marks. Karnataka board students get huge consession.

Campus Life

3.5

Football and basketball courts are there students can pay and play. NCC is very active in our college. Every department have own clubs and a dance group is also there. Labs are not very well equipped not enough instruments are available.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel has been improved now. Every room is double sharing and have attached washroom. And in campus hostel washrooms are out but every room has a particular washroom. Mess is food is available for hostel students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes seniors are very helpful we got ideas for project from seniors and their previous year records and books also. They arranged fresherism for us in our 1st sem. They help us become amd active member of the clubs.

Exam Structure

Till last year college was under Bangalore university so exam structure was according to BU. Semester wise the course is divided. Each year has 2 semester. Practical exams are help first followed by theory.

Admission

I registered my name online, uploaded scanned copies of my previous marksheets and i paid Rs 10000 for seat blocking. Then i personally came here with my original documents and in one day my admission was done i joined college from next to next day.

Faculty

5

They are very learned and always ready to help students whenever needed. They go to any extent to provide students what is necessary. Facing all odds from management they were successful to bring a lot of lab equipments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For jobs, it prepares you very well. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

The college is pretty much affordable and the quality of teaching is also good. On top of that, the faculty was vell qualified.
