Course Curriculum Overview

3

I would not see curriculum outdated, but yeah, there could be few improvements like in Computer Science. We are being taught programming language of C++ and at a Data Structures. It is ok, but in today's market dynamics, we should be taught new programming languages like python, more apparently, and it is being taught to Computer Science honest students but not to Computer Science program. I think it is a problem. Uh, in physics and maths, it's ok. Like Just write okay yeah actually, only are one core subject that's computer science is actually useful for current market dynamics, and we are expecting that it could make or provide us a job in it sector or whatever we are like demanding.Other subjects are not very useful to us.To be honest

Placement Experience

2

Actually, when we entered in a college, we saw the placement portal of the college. It showed like eight or nine l p of average package, and we were like quite delighted, like we can secure that placement.Even our professors also motivated us for placements. But actually seniors told us about the placements scenario of the college. The reality is that only three or four courses actually get placed.Even those three or four courses less than thirty forty max, fifty percent students get placed. This is the.Reality of placement system talking about internship. Most of the people seek for off campus, internship opportunities and to be honest, my career plans are currently are aligned with either preparing for cat and then getting an I.M or preparing for a government job like I b p s bank pure s b I pu

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of my college is comparatively higher than other DU colleges. Being a general camdidate idk about other category fees but i have paid around 33k fees of my first year hindu has 12k and kmc has 17k . It is a financial burden not aware of any scholarship

Campus Life

4

Campus Life is quite mesmerising, and crowd is also like good. Most of the students came from a very educated and privileged households. all the basic infrastructures are provided by the college. And there are all like sports facilities. There is a tennis ground. There is a football grounds and sports events are conducted frequently in the college and talking about.Societies, as I told you there's a beautiful society culture.I have joined only two societies as I entered late in the college. One is aluminati, the quest society and another is neve. The human development society

Admission

Actually, I applied for most of the du colleges and Hansraj was also in one of the top spot. My first preference was Hansraj college's computer sense. Honours, which I didn't got due to my lu. Cuity marks, but comparatively to other du colleges. I think hansarj is note excels in infrastructure and uh, like active societies, but there are a few things where hansraj lacks. That is very high fee structure. And we are not as competitive as hindu, college and shriram college of commerce in terms of society.Societies are still ok, but in terms of placement, scenarios and internship. There are very limited placements and internship opportunities.

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio is quite ok.Like every student is allotted their personal mentor and also, uh, i'm doing bas program course, in which our course subjects are like physics, computer science and mathematics. My C++ assistant professor was exceptionally great teacher. She was like very experienced and smart and used to teach like a normal school teacher with that authenticity and a student bonding. But few teachers were not that good as we being expecting. Yeah her name was richa varma after the second ep, we have to give a lot of exams like earlier. We use there were like three or four exams.Of course.Subject, but now we have to give sack.Vac a c and g e exam also that actually increases burden on students like my wax subject was vedic maths, and I didn't took any class of it.I'm sorry I don't feel it will give any benefit to my normal course on my daily life.Similarly, for a cing I had adopted sanskrit singh.I'm sorry.I just can't study that subject so that increased my burden.Core subject exams were like hard, but they were interesting and related to my course. So I used to study them

Night Life

4

Night life is even more appealing than campus life.My college sansraj is surrounded by a bunch of cafes and like hotels and hostels. There are variety of p g street.Food is also very, very, very delicious. We have star bucks, we have pizza hut.We have burger kings.Just few meters away from my college being a student at as a privilege to have a college and such a prime location of delhi.Yeah

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

The students become eligible for campus placements in the 3rd year of their graduation. Various companies offer multiple roles for placements on our campus like Nation With NaMo, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. and the no. of offers made usually varies between 250-400 depending on the batch. The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
