So, events... coming to discussion of events, really quite interesting and knowledge imparting events are held in our college very frequently like speaker sessions( Converge, Empressa), promotional events of celebrities, cultural programs such as dance by participants of our dance societies- Terpsichorean, and the beautiful heart touching songs and bhajans presented by the participants of our music society- Swaranjali. Recently, Mr.Manjot Singh and other celebrities hoisted our India's flag in our college on the independence day. Then apart from this, our college welcomes seminars and workshops by IIT's and IIM's. The 2-3 days fest organised in our college is a prominent one that invites great speakers, celebrities and prominent personalities. And, the great thing about these events is that the funds that are arranged for the organisation of these fests are raised by the collegiates themselves by a way of sponsorship and other means.

Actually, I have just completed my 1st year in this college, so honestly I have little information about placement of Hansraj College but whatever information information I have, I would like to share with you all. I had a word with a senior college friend of mine who passed out last year. She told me that placement of Hansraj is not so outstanding but a good one with a nominal salary upto 30-40k per month. I have witnessed various seminars and workshops constantly being held in our college at regular intervals regarding placement and internship opportunities. And as heard, various top listed companies step in for campus selection in our college as in Kpmg,Orane, hilton, orchid jaro education for offering jobs. The highest package was about Rs 14 lakhs per year and the average salary was about Rs 3 lakhs per annum. 40 to 50 student from our department got placed

Atharva's exams structure is very simple and enjoyable environment during exam periods. we had practical exams which holds inside the labs and theory exams with normal process of question and answers on the sheet (we used to do this from our KG's time). We also had our Viva and practical projects to score more.

Just like the most of colleges, we also had our cultural events on every Saturday containing Tie day, Traditional Day, Black and white day, etc.. Also we had some technical events in our campus with the new start up companies like Techno Triangle, Gama Technology etc. to grow up our technical knowledge.

No matter to give this entrance exam because also direct admission facility has but good for practice entrance exam ..This is my wrong idea to come to this university ... I. Am also not suggest any student come in. Many things and difficult is there to took admission in this college but my experience was good

Curriculum will be great and my favorite subject is mathematics and I improved the area at compiler teachers to do good teacher in it

Forgetting this college the aspirant has to appear in state engineering exam that is known AKTU exam (formerly UPTU). I opted this as because it has great infrastructure and labs and are equipped with essential things. After clearing the AKTU exam student have to lock his choice and in that he or she may select Rkgit as their choice and according to his/her rank the college will be awarded to him/her.

As I am in 2nd year so I don't have much of knowledge regarding this but I have seen many companies visit our campus like Infogain, Genpact, etc.

"It was a quite different entrance exam and I managed to pass it. I opted for this college because of its high and amazing placements." Admission process started n ended in order and my experience was good.

My faculty is completely awesome and incredible. My favorite teachers are Rakesh Chandra, P Durga Devi, Aditya Dev Mishra and Pankaj Sharma.

Computer Science studying a completely different Biotechnology course.that helps working for a non-profit organization and even gain the satisfaction of being a humanitarian. The point is that you are free to try out these new things and no one is going to forcefully control the decisions you make. Introduce many platform for Research and other work.

Students are provided with MOMA scholarships, E-grants scholarships, other minority Scholarships and 60% students get scholarships. College have staffs for helping students. Some of the students are in need of loan by request loans also provided.

As I have mentioned the faculty are well qualified and have a different style of teaching. They are also supportive and helpful. But they are very particular about the attendance and discipline. Because classroom teaching is very helpful. If one is attentive in the class, then he or she will not have struggle much for the exams. Ideally, a day in the college is not that hectic. And, it has a well-planned structure of study, even. Labs are not highly advanced though, but it has sufficient resources to teach and help the students to make advancements in their course. We had two internal exams of 20 marks: one before mid-semester and the other before finals. It had a few 5 marks questions, and one or two long questions. Half the preparation gets done during the preparation of internals. 50% weight-age of these exams is added to the final performance. Final exams, usually have long questions and 5 marks questions serving as the short answers. One needs to set a timer and also work on the writing speed. Respective teachers will also counsel the student, if the student has scored less, to understand his or her problem areas. If the student can do better what he or she has scored, then also they will give assistance. The faculty also ease your problems by sharing some reference books and notes. One can get the previous years' question papers from the library and seniors. It has a huge well-stuffed library for every subject, that will make you feel greedy to drown in the books.

Well, I had taken 3 things into consideration, after discussing it with my parents, that time: For Majors: Firstly, whether or not the subject interests me because this will decide my longevity in the subject and my performance. Secondly, whether the same has a scope for job with a good pay scale. If it doesn't have that huge scope as expected then which other subject (which is also of your interest area, if not 100% then at least 80 percent) Thirdly, one can do a bit of homework about the faculty from the acquaintances or so. This will give one an idea about the way of teaching. For Electives: I had chosen those subjects that would be helpful when appearing for the competitive exams. You can only choose two electives (one for the first year and the other for the second year). Since Indian Polity and Sociology help in enhancing the outlook and knowledge of the world, I had opted for these two subjects. Else, one can also opt for other subjects like Psychology, etc. Before choosing the subject, one should also check which subject fetches good numbers. Tally the highest scores secured in the past by the seniors. The student will be asked to select the electives after admission, so he or she will have ample time and chance to research (interact with the seniors) and decide.

I wrote my ENAT in Hyderabad because I had opted for that center because I was living in that city at that time. So then I went to the center and took the online test which was a very smooth experience. The admission procedure for MIT was quite early so I went to the college with my dad to see if I could get the branch I wanted. Turned out I could and so we went ahead with the procedure - filling the required forms and signing in the right places. We also got our hostel allocation and got to meet my roommate so that was nice.

Campus life is cool and fun. It's chilled out for the most part. Gender ratio and diversity are good too. The culture is very open and that's one of the best things about this college. Other competitions were also good with quality participation. It was good to be in a place with such a diverse set of events taking place all round the year. I enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

The faculty in this college are cooperative and also enthusiastic and encourage the students to do well in studies and also in projects they never scold or do anything to us but always they are coming. Cooperative with us so they talk to us like their friends and encourage us in all possible forms.

I got admission by writing EAMCET exam in which by the process of counselling I selected to join the college and luckily I got selected in this college and very happy to be here where there is everything like sports extracurricular activities and also studies.

Campus life is just fantastic with all sorts of facilities within the campus. In a class number of both girls and boys are almost equal. We are given opportunity to take part in sports and any other extra curricular activities. This type of activities are almost held a week and a grand festival is conducted in even semester which is so awesome and all eagerly wait for it and take part in it.

Each faculty is master of its own subject and all are with lots of teaching experience and also experience in the companies relating to their subject. I would like to rate them 10 out of 10. The way of teaching makes the course more interesting and everything is taught by comparing the things in real life which helps us to remember the things for longer term.

Campus life was really very good. Gender diversity varies from course to course. like in science females were more seen then males. In BCOM males were more seen then females. In BA courses males and females were almost equally seen. Extracurricular activities involved foreign language courses in college. Also, there were a lot of sports played in college like Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Table tennis. Also, there were carrom tables and Chess playing options. A big auditorium is there where events happen like debates, fests etc.

I bought a common admission form from the college campus. Filled it and submitted in the college and got the stamped receipt to save it for me. For the admission purpose, I checked the marks cut off released in the newspaper in the June month. For me, my marks range were listed in the 2nd cutoff. I reached the college then along with my 12th mark sheet, passing certificate and all other identity documents. Then confirmed my admission from college. Filled up the college admission form. Then deposited the fees.

Through counseling conducted by Anna University. With my marks in board exams and entrance exams, i have applied to Anna university for Counseling. They called me on one day based on the marks and ranking. They allowed me to pick any one college out of the listed colleges. As this is the college is some what near to me and the college was good enough to join. I picked this college.

Fees structure was very feasible. as per my knowledge they use to very basic pay structure and it was very less fee to pay. This was also theone of the reason to pick the college. They allow us to pay the fees in two installments. this was very useful for the most of the students who are from poor and middle class families.

The examinations structure is very peaceful here. We just have a mid semester exam and an end semester examination. The lab exam is only for end sems. You can score nicely with good preparation and also the level is above average. There is some part of marks depending on assignments, Attendance and interaction and it's easy to score good in them. The end semester exams are held in the last month with lab examinations and it's compulsory to pass labs to go to next year.

The admission was from the CSAB counselling in 2014. We had to fill the choices as per our priorities and we were alloted colleges corresponding to our ranks in JEE Mains. After that we had to report to NIT Allahabad (zonal NIT) and lock our choices alloted in specific rounds by paying an amount of 10,000 initially. After that we had to register in the college itself till 26th August 2014.

Course was excellent,as i was new in that field first year i have not an idea what is engineering, but in second year i was able to learn new things and ideas, which made me perfect in my field. After passage of time i have learned so many things from my teachers. An engineer can be anyone but a good human being very less in numbers.

I have not appeared in any one of the above mentioned examinations.I have took direct admission in the college. I do not want to stay away from home thats why i am searching a college which will be nearby my hometown. This college was just 35 km away from my home town and daily bus service is available for the college.

Our college is use to provide education to both Girls Boys under single roof, faculty use to create healthy environment between boys and girls. Extracurricular activities like Management Fest, Inter college sport, Inter state sports, library, labs for Science groups, Ethnic competition, Cultural activities, etc., they use to conduct it was helpful for the students.

Fee structure was little nominal compare to other college, for student who is having financial problem management use to give certain percentage concession, those who secured more than 80% in the board examination 10% discount use to get additionally Study Material provided freely ( with condition one condition need to return after examination)

I Have done B Tech in Biotechnology from LPU and then I have cleared GATE exam and got good percentile. Based upon it I have applied and Get admission. I have choose Pulp and Paper Technology because this course if offered only at IIT Roorkee and all the passed out from here are at well post in international and national industries.

All the passed out students from our batch are well placed at good posts. As a starting package most of them get Rs 20000/- per month as trainers which get increased in consecutive years. Some students went to abroad for PhD degree. Name of IIT itself make a great impression among recruiters and foreign universities.

Once you get admission to symbi you start feeling special the moment you receive your final admission letter that you are going to be a part of something extraordinary. Symbi leaves no stone unturned to ease students into the Bcom life. They have a tailor-made induction program for the students to make them comfortable with the new environment. The induction takes you through various activities like ice-breaking sessions, team building activities, industrial visits, corporate lectures, talent shows, skits and drama, rules and regulations, culture at Symbi and many more. all of which include incentives that keep us completely attentive.

it was the semester pattern. two semester per year. all subjects of 100 marks. minimum passing marks were 40. some of the subjects having practicals so need to submit assignments and journals. practicals assessed by viva. During the course also need to participate to extra curricular activities.

I was asked to appear for a common entrance test. Once I cleared the entrance test, we were called for a face-to-face interview. During the interview, I was asked several questions that tested my interest and enthusiasm in taking up the course that I had opted for. We were also asked to submit a portfolio of all the cultural and academic work that we had done so far. I carried with a portfolio of all the non-academic and academic accomplishments I had accumulated until that date and showed it to the the interviewer.

I come from a small coastal town, Pondicherry which is just 3 hours of a travel by road to Chennai. Since I wanted to study in a bigger and metropolitan city, I chose to study in Chennai, also because it was closer to where my family used to live at that point of time. M.O.P Vaishnav was one of the best Arts and Science Colleges in Chennai at the point of time, and it still is, so I decided to take up my science under graduation from here.

don't know about the events from other departments but in our department mechanical engineering students association (MESA) conducted social events like blood donation and cleanliness drive. then there is expert lectures and industrial visits for students are conducted with coordination of mechanical department faculty. also there are cultural events for students which includes games and PPE at inter college level.

the fee structure is pretty much feasible but as well a little bit expensive if compared with students with cast. the fees includes stationary fees and transportation fees (bus facility from kharghar station to college) and education fees with including minor other maintenance, library and sports gym fees.
