The lab sessions are good. But sometimes the day become hectic if there is no output. At least 4 days in a week of 6 working days will be having labs and there is lot of writing work for labs also. But that is okay. We can leave considering. Exams are very easy to pass as the teaching is very good.

Placements are not great in my college. But they are trying their level best to get the companies. Even if the companies are not interested the training which my college provides can provide you the job if tried outside. So there is no fear of job opportunities for a fair trying student.

admission process was simple and fair as there was no hectic schedule and heavy form process . after clearing the 12th standard. i approached the college as there was seat availbale for my program. i filled up the admission form and approach the admission counseller and he guided me through in every step till get into college.

there are many events we celebrated in a academic year in the college, some of them are . youth festival , inter college sports meet , athletic meets, singing competition, skit competition , mr college and ms college, wrestling competition. best faculty competition and quiz program conducted by a national education company

Like most government universities the college did not provide internship. There was however an internship and placement cell that helped students land internships and the cell also had its funds allocated by the university. The standard to internship was usually the industries best, most of the students either interned with first and second tier law firms. Stipend could range somewhere between 20000-to-nothing at all.

Faculty, is what makes or breaks a college. The issue with government aided institutes is that the government tends to have a lot of interference in the recruitment process but this does not mean the quality of the faculty was compromised, the best of what was available was recruited. The problem with law schools is that there is a shortage of good faculty, most good faculty is already engaged in central.

80-85% placement in various well known organisation, and 5-10 percent placed in Govt sector, and rest started there own Business, so almost 100%. Placement agencies are very helpful and cooperative, Companies Like- ICICI, HDFC, Menon and Menon,, Gadge Patil Industries, Accenture, HP, various Bank, MSEB, Packages we cant disclose here because of some limits.

I appeared for CET, scored 79%, I selected this collage because it was in Kolhapur, a very cool and kalm place.

Through all India entrance exam. Given all India entrance exam JEE and scored 1000 rank. Based upon rank we applied for preferred branch is sequence of first, second and third preference. The selection process was conducted in three phases. In first phase all the documents were checked and in the second one, the choices of branch and college were selected.

At present, placement and job opportunities are excellent here and the packages given are also best in the industry. Last year google took 8 (eight) students at a very handsome packages. This year also we are expecting to have a blast on jobs and we hope we will be able to beat our old records.

The campus life in this college is happening. The gender ratio is equally well distributed through the various streams.Any type of drama, harassment,sexual orientation, politics is not tolerated inside the college campus. The college makes sure that any of these activities in supported, also the college has setup various departments which looks after this drama.

The faculty team in this college is quite great, they have got quality amount of experience in the field they teach. The student teacher relationship is healthy which makes the learning even more better, also teachers support through our academic career is great be it mentally or emotionally they shape us in all ways.

As I told earlier, The teachers were very good in first year. But as soon as I second year comes, the teachers lose their sincerity. The lab works also reduced. Most of the faculties are graduated from private colleges and some were doing M.Tech at my time. HODs are sincere but most of the teachers are not. Only 5-10% of faculties were graduated from good colleges and were knowledgeable.

I gave PET at my time and scored 77/200. Through counselling, I got selected in Truba Institute of Engineering & Information Technology in general quota. But I also got selected in NRI Institute of Research & Technology (NIRT) in TFW quota. The fees for general quota is about 70K + but its just 25K for TFW (Tution Fee Waiver). So I opted for it.

The admission process is simple. You need to appear for either GATE OR PGECET. Apply for the counselling and choose options of your desired colleges and courses. However preference is given for those who have cracked GATE. All the counselling process is regulated online.Results will be declared within a week after choosing options.

Its a chill out always . There is no such hectic atmosphere. There will be 2 intenals and one external theory examinations. And one internal and one external laboratory examination. The results are generally declared a month after the exams. There is a provision of revaluation and recorrection with a nominal fee.

Yes, our college provide internship as our college is a private institution under government university. They provide the internship to the students to seek the experience or knowledge. The experience sometimes needed and the criteria of experience is about 2-5 years.

Fee structure of the college is feasible as I am pursuing b.tech my fee is 32000 per semester which is feasible and other course like diploma section law department and hotel management also have the feasible fee structure.

Our college is rather new being just 4 years old so the on campus placement figures are small both in terms of companies and no. of students. Out of a class of 46 students, 8 have been placed so far. Out of 8, 4 have joined a Hyderabad based start-up with a package of 8 lakhs and rest of them have been placed with a package of around 5-6 Lakhs.

Exams are organised every month and the lab exams about the end of the semester. This structure amounts to 2 mid exams,one final exam and a lab exam session in a complete semester. Also, practice labs are arranged every week to make the students learn the programming language and other aspects of the course and be prepared for the finals.

Placement was according to the college situated in rural area so it was good. I had got call from placement department too and still i am doing job in german based company named as GNS india pvt ltd. The placement was not 100%.

The faculties were so talented with their masters and phd's. They motivate student to think innovatively and unquily. Many faculties have their own filed patents. They were so interested to tought the lesson from the basics.

It's expensive for the students like me because i don't father and when he was still it was expensive because our family annual salary was around 2.5 lacs and being in general category it add to the problem. To be really true it was really expensive and my parents did really suffered for me in order for me to complete my B.TECH.

In this particular section i found that the pass outs were not satisfied with internship. There were many strikes held inside the college for placement .To be very true there is not much hope from college in the field of internship but ya good and excellent student does find ways to get a good job.

Ph.D course curriculam is fully desgined for research programme. As per UGC direction, in first year student have to clear 4 compulsory paper related to research area student opted so far. A Doctoral Scrutiny Committee will check the progress report of student before commencing of each semester. Student stipend/fellowshio will discontinue if progress report is not at per Institute norms.

As the IIT(ISM) Dhanbad itself fall under best institution of India, thus faculty level is also equally very important. Here faculty standard are very strong and always helpful to their students with strict discipline and code of conduct. Faculty Google Scholar report and citation record of their research paper shows the quality/knowledge of faculty.

The office of the Training and Placement Officer is housed in the Mechanical Annex building. The adjoining seminar halls are used for conducting written tests, group discussions and other activities related to training and placement. MCA, B.Tech. Production and PG FDC have in-plant training as an integral part of the course.

All faculties are well qualified. Most of the faculties of our college are PhD or M.Tech. in particular subject. They are assisted with students as T.A.s. They motivate the students for extra curricular activities, research and innovations. The communication between the students and teachers is very easy.

BCA is a course related to computer applications which includes almost every subject which you get to read in B Tech Languages like C,C++, JAVA and other subjects like Database management, Computer graphics, Linux, Mobile Communications, Computer Architecture are taught in BCA, which makes it an interesting course.

As discussed above, JIMS has a bunch of best faculties you'll not find anywhere else. The faculty in JIMS have a good experience of teaching and are well qualified. Many teachers i know have done PhD and yes they actually teach well. They are up to date with the technology and give a good guidance whenever needed.

Various events like Cynosure, Techfest, Annual Gathering, functions like Ganesh visarjan, Shiv Jayanti, Holi, Diwali various days like colour days , chocolate day, traditional day, etc are celebrated in the college. In Cynosure there are various competitions like paper presentation, poster presentation, project making, quiz, as well as roborace, robowar etc are conducted and participants and winner gets awards.

The fees of the institute is 1,11,000/- . Which is very expensive and it is feasible for various students. The students from various categories gets variation in the fees as the student from SC category has to pay only 200/- where as student from OBC category has to pay 60,000/- of college fees remaining fees is paid by the government in the form of scholarship.

All teachers are experts in their related subjects. I giving to students all they have. There are specific teachers posted for the specific subjects, who have all the knowledge about that specific subject which is great for a student if he/she have any problem in the subject can be easily clear by the teacher.

They offers us many opportunities for getting placed . Last year, approximately 65%of the students got placed in the top companies which was a count of 355 from the batch which includes B.tech and M.tech both. One of the best's IT company i.e. TCS is also come there with their job offers.

The internship opportunity provided by the college is great as it is done with the help of the placement cell. I just completed my 8 weeks internship which started after the end of first year. I was guided and prepared by the members of the placement cell and they help me in cracking the interview. The internship really helped me in understanding how the industry works in my particular field and this will benefit me a lot in future.

The events are always great in college and i always participate in them. Last year i organized a fashion show in the college and i was also given a certificate of appreciation. I was the part of MaXIME the student group for marketing department. There i learned a lot of things and performed a lot of activities such as door to door survey and door to door sales. Different method of marketing and operation platforms. It was fun.

Mainly there are two important festivals in each academic year. The technical fest, Abhiyantriki and the cultural fest, Symphony. Abhiyantriki is during the odd semesters and Symphony is during the even semesters. Also, there are are other festivals and events like MakerMela, Skrem(sports), Shield(sports). Also, we celebrate different days like tie and saree day, gang day, black and white day, etc.

The college is autonomous. So the whole syllabus and exam structure is decided by the college. For every subject, there is a theory examination, mostly out of 100. You have to get at least 30 marks to get passed. This marks are scaled down to 60. There are two unit tests, each of 30 marks. The average of unit test 1 and 2 (CA) + IA( eg open book test, online test, MCQ test, etc.) makes 40 total.

Last year most of our seniors are placed in good and reputed company like Tata, tech Mahindra, L&T infotech, TCS, Wipro etc. They hire students for good position and for good salary package. One guys placed in tech Mahindra for min 25000 per month which is quite good for beginners they will increase with the experience.

Our college is autonomous certified.so they frame the syllabus and they schedule the exam .They conduct multiple cycle tests I wrote 4 cycle tests in one semester and three internal exam and one model exam before writing semester exam .So we got enough knowledge and practise .
