Generally in our college there is no gender bias and gender inequality the gender ratio is high towards boys to girls. As far as extra curricular activities are concerned we have robotics as a core subject. Sports involve football and cricket we have a college football team and we organise football tournament every year other than that we also have indoor games competitions like chess, carroms competition.

I wrote JEE main and qualified the entrance test since I belong to unreserved category I was unable to broke into the top nit colleges and I wasn't able to make the cut in JEE advance. Though I got a seat through counselling in nit it was far from my destination and due to extreme climatic conditions my family members forced me to join this local engineering colleges nearer to my house.

I took JEE(Mains) as the Entrance exam for this college. In JEE mains i have scored 88 and my class 12 result was 91.2% . Due, to the 60-40 rule in JEE(Mains) my rank was 121487. I got my desired stream and the college in the second counselling. I opt this college because of it faculties, laboratories and an awesome library. Transport facilities from this college is also a factor that let me to choose this college.

Their are many events that are celebrated by the college every year. Our college conducts many extracurricular activities. Our conducts freshers. Many stream in the college conducts cultural programmes. College conducts Annual functions. Our college has play ground were the college conducts sports day. Our college have a cricket well as a Football team. They participates in the intra college tournaments.

Admission is based on CAP rounds through government. Feel the CAP forms then wait for merit list ,then CAP round starts ,i got the admission in 2nd round . I complicated my Diploma in fashion and clothing technology with 64.7%. I applied to CAP round for DKTE'TEI as I am interested in textile.

100% placement for textile students, there are pre placement opportunities provided by various organisations like vardhman, Arvind, welspun. It's is recorded around 95% placement sins last 10 years. I my self got selected in international placement with salary of 8.5 lakh per annum.

Very hectic during final semester presentation and above all internship project detail, there were a lot of activity during the final semester along with the interview training and personality development classes, mock tests and other such kind of activity. But we had enjoyed a lot also with classmates in all the activities. Examination was also and but obvious hectic.

There are so many activity in our Management Department including some mock seminar/ tests/ interview/ job skill classes, etc. Annual Sports and Annual Function as MATSOTSAV, we had enjoyed and actively participated in annual cultural function. Management fest VERVE we had participated and it is organised annually by the Management Department.

There was no stipends given but the college organised internship programme for 2nd and 3rd year students. Students willing to do internship anywhere other than in the college were also encouraged to do so and the completion certificates were of great merit. A mandatory internal internship was assigned to every 4th year student based on their calliber.

The faculty was one of the finest that is have experienced. Almost all of them were highly qualified with a strong background of the subjects they were assigned to teach and also any other subject related to the field. Internal tests and surprise tests were arranged every now and then to help alleviate the pressure of last minute preparations.

The college fees structure is rs.75,000 per annum. The college has good infrastructure and good teaching faculty. It has all the facilities like electricity ,water facilities , canteen , library with a large collection of books related to all the subjects by a number of well known authors.The college has a feasible fee structure.

I brought the required certificates and their photocopies and submitted them to the college admission department. The staff was helpful in filling the procured form. The administration was good till now.Present they are focusing on academics ,discipline and regularity .Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college.

Extracurricular activities Dancing , singing ,dramatics (only during college days and Christmas ). Enough labs and equipment in case of my branch (EEE). Grounds are there but students are not that much encouraged to play sports. Regarding college fests the do conduct them but mostly these fests are for name sake and will have no special scientific or extra academic purpose.

Job opportunities are very poor and infact zero. One two BPOs and other fake companies . And also management there wont be support from the director to bring companies to the college. There will be off campuses and even for that student has to attend on his own no training will be given or not even attendance if he attends interview there.

Campus life and everything is very good at college but there is uniform dress code in the college that you have to check when joining. There is no gender diversity in our college everyone were treated as unique and equal importance. We have a 2 floor library, well grounded sports ground and the sport people will be encouraged. They are many workshops like robotics,cloud computing were organised at our college.

I wrote Andhra pradesh engineering set exam called Eamcet, i secured 76 marks out of 150 got 36000 rank at that time. I chosed it because it was in the top college list at that time. And also it was near to by my relatives place. Intially i got seat Sri Devi Engineering womens College Hyderabad and later i changed it to GIET, Rajahmundry.

We are having a very good faculty who are certified in different manners of educational backgrounds and technology. Every faculty have there own chambers and all of them are very friendly in nature and can access them at any time in the college to clarify our doubts regarding the subjects. They spoke to us or with another technology related too they will help us.

Placements and job opportunities are too good here. Our management will strive day and night for 100% placements of all students from different branches. They also focus on big multinational companies like TCS, WIPRO, COGIZANT, INFOSYS, GOOGLE, TECH MAHINDRA, THOMAMS & RETURERS, SYMANTEC. Packages may start form 3 lacs per annum.

I can to Bangalore and did not have much idea about the colleges. My friends and family recommended me this college. We just visited the college and collected the admission form and filed and gave an entrance test and got through. Also we had to pay some donation to get into. Heard a lot about this college.

We had companies like IBM, Accentures, capgemini, and many more IT Companies. They were offering starting 15000 as salary and various departments. And As i was very keen to get into Jet airways so I did not opt for any options. But most my friends took this options and moved on with them.

The course structure is awesome.Here the entire 4 year course is divided in 8 semesters.The 1st and 2nd semesters include subjects of all branches,which helps us to be familiar with the courses of other branches too.Then from 3rd semester onwards our branch splits up in different specialisations like-structural engineering, geo technical, environmental ,offshore,etc.

Our faculties are wonderful. In our college each subject is taught very nicely and our faculties of some important subjects like graphics and mechanics are experienced and teaches us beautifully . I just love the way our faculty teach us.Our teacher is highly qualified also,our maths teacher is from IIT MADRAS,and many others are from iits or nits,etc.

Fee structure, i felt it is little bit expensive only and hostel fee is more than tuition fee, which is bothering more. Tuition fee would be 40,000 and hostel fee would be 60,000. Apart of this, building fee, library fee, bus fee etc are seperate and have to pay along with tuition fee.

Coming to events, it have wonderful events conducted in the past and present. Celebrated college day, freshers day, farewell day,etc. All cultural events are very joyfull and enjoyable. Technical events like paper presentations etc are very much helpful in achieving good knowledge.

Campus life is very good. Gender Ratio differs from branch to branch in mechanical department it is in 1:60 ratio whereas in IT, CS, ECE, EEE, CIVIL departments it is in 25:60. Safety and Fire Engineering department has only one girl until now. Campus is very much diverse in every aspect. It has a lush green campus with scientific parks. Workshops are very frequent here indulging students in various extracurricular activities.

I gave entrance test for CUSAT UG courses which is well known as CUSAT CAT. The scores are not published by the University. The University only publishes the rank list according to which students have to apply for different branches. I got 3302 rank in that test. I choose this college since it was Government undertaking college and the placements from the college was really good.

Apart from the semester exams which are conducted at the end of each semester, there are internal exams twice for each subject which get added up to the semester exams in a certain proportion. The practical exams are also conducted at the end of each semester ( 5 hours each). About the labs its 3 hours a week for each subject ( physics and chemistry). Tuesdays its physics and Fridays its chemistry.

The college provides many internships and scholarships to students of all courses and years. As I'm in the first year and it has been only three months I haven't yet been a part of any internship but based on what my seniors told me the stipend is the highest for any undergraduate college in India if you collaborate with the best institute. Students even get scholarships from Cambridge university.

There are two internal, viva, lab exam and then one main sem exam. These all exam happens for one semester. And there are total 8 sem in b.tech. Vivas are hectic. Actually no b.tech exams are very chilled out as all students study in last moment. If they study from beginning than it must have very chilled out.

Some faculty are very good and very knowledgeable. They help in everything. And some are just opposite. teach us anything which has no relation to reality. But problem is that ratio of good teachers are very less. So college should work on this. If faculty has no knowledge then from where students will have.

Most faculty seem to impart enough knowledge for you to manage on your own. A lot of your own effort and self study is a must. I would say that it's a mixed lot. Who will end up teaching you is purely luck. As long as you keep your head down and remain on good terms with the faculty you will do fine. Some of the faculty are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you even.

Exams are extremely stressful. If you are someone who wants high scores them you'll be staying up nights until the exams are done. And I'm talking about full nights. With not a single hour of sleep. Even then the papers tend to be unpredictable and disappointing at times. Lab ex!s are slightly better. Easier to prepare for and easy scoring.

I think total placements were something like 460 and some of the companies came for it were like TCS, Eurofins, IBM, Hp, Microland, mindtree, Textron, L&T, infotrch, Amazon, Dell, HGS and many more.

Most of the faculty are good and friendly. They have the good knowledge in the subject and but as we know to be practical there will be some average faculties but I am satisfied with the faculty.

For the course you have to prepare all physics, chemistry and maths. Which is there in NCERT. No need to study any other books except NCERT. Focus more on chemistry because it's quite easy to score in chemistry. If you get more score in maths you will get better ranking. Because if two of them getting the same marks (total marks), one with more marks in maths will get better rank.

Firstly you have to clear COMEDK exam with some good marks so that you can get good rank to get seat. Once you have your results in your hand you will be called for counselling. You will get particular date and time for counselling as per your rank. And there you have to opt your seat in particular college.

The objective of this project is to generate the electric power through the Design and fabrication of foot step arrangement. This project is designed with Foot step arrangement, Dynamo, Rectifier with filter and battery. It is the mechanical arrangement with wheels. This arrangement is placed in the crowed area side

Large number of students are recruited in various companies, like Land T, Mahindra and Mahindra, wipro, tcs. They are conducted placement examinations and selected by rank list.

There is a less of campus life, But the college celebrates a lot of days and has a lot of events into the college campus which makes the college happening. And gender ratio is 60:40 to the girls. As the name of the college suggests, there is a Gujarati Linguistic Minority Quota in NK College. Most of the students are from the nearby suburbs from Borivali till Goregaon with lack of persona.

When I was student in college time teaching staff is good and supporting. The faculty is superb, not too friendly. But they do their work perfectly. No doubt the generation gap disturbs the student to understand them. They also help with extra classes. Overall I don't have any problem with teaching staff. I will give 8/10 for them.
