In Tamilnadu, mostly all the Engineering Colleges (affiliated to Anna University) are collecting the Tuition fees only based on the Government Norms. The Tamilnadu Government Prescribed Tuition Fees are as follows. Government Quota / Counseling Seat : Tution Fee For Not Accredited Courses : Rs. 40,000/- Per Annam, Tution Fee For Accredited Courses : Rs. 45,000/- Per Annam Management Quota : for Both Accredited & Not Accredited Courses - Tution Fee : Rs. 70,000/-Per Annam apart from the Tuition fees, there are some other fees also have to pay by the students based on their Admission for Example a student want Hostel facility in his college, he have to pay the Hostel related fees. And the Day scholars have to pay the Transport and Lunch fee. In some colleges the above additional fees are optional and most of the colleges the above fees are compulsory.

I crack HPTU Jee exam in 2014 n by counseling I got the admition in this college. The counseling was held in Delhi by HPTU counseling team. I got the details from HPTU website. I regular search the website and after I got the details , I fill the form, the form charge ish 500 only.

Vnit campus is huge and green which covered almost 250 acres of land.gender ratio is 60:40 ratio(male:female). College have students from all regions of the country. I would say it was pretty diverse in all aspects. College had student council which use to manage students. Interact with college officials for any needs, Pitch ideas beneficial to students etc. Extracurricular activities ,labs, paper presentations events and meetups are common in our college and happens on regular basis.

For exams we had 2 unit test and a semester exam for half year cycle. We also had few programming assignments which also had 10-20% of weightage for each subject. The process was well balanced, we had ample amount of time to complete our assignment . We had high speed internet in our hostel and 2 day leaves (sat and sun) for our assignment and studies. Also we use to have half a day to look at other study materials and other stuff.

Every day starts with the test like weekly test, internal test, model. Weekly test conducted with 25 marks, internal 1,2,3 of 50,50,100 marks and model 100 marks. In each test, we should score 75%. If not, we have to write retest. If the students score below 50%, then message send to parents as your son/daughter fail in this subject and all subjects marks also included. But this really helps while studying for semester exam. At that time, we know what is the importance of learning this particular subject and what are the important questions. So it makes easy to prepare for all exams.

We are very good at competition. We have achieved more levels in state, district, national. A lot of activities are going to help rural villagers through Sri Eshwar Social Welfare Association(SESWA). More students applied, project and selected to final and won a lot of National level competition Awards and lot of awards in Sports and inter college competitions.

I was late in my admission due various external factors . Not really being sure of which course I wanted to go for , the campus of this college drew me near to select it as my college . I was referred by a professor who turns out to be one of our church relative. He guided us in the form filling and so on . Since I had first opted for engineering , I had filled out the forms for engineering & also paid donation during that period of that time . After filling the forms , I was given a tour around the college , and while I was at it , I noticed the very colorful and vibrant section of Architecture which is when I decided to switch over to architecture . I came back to the office and requested new forms to issued and filled . They asked me to first give the MASA examination which was held in the same college in the following week . I appeared for the examination and cleared it post which I filled up the Architecture forms in the college and paid the remaining donation . By luck there was just 1 seat remaining which I got . The professor and the admin department was very kind to help me out in every move.

Being in the Mumbai University , it followed the same course structure as everyone else except for a few topics . the First Year was more of year to find ourselves in art and experiment with shapes and objects and have an inhand experience on materials . For example we had to play around with alphabets and carve them out on Siforex stone . We were made to follow hand drawings in the 3rd year , 3rd being intense and difficult because this year teaches you how to practically build things . 4th year taught us town planning & a prep up for the final year . 5year was solely design thesis and 3 months of internship .

I came up with diploma background 1st and 2nd semester was not there for us Initially it was difficult where it reflected in my 3rd sem results which i got failed in 3 subjects but got improved and cleared all the backlogs by the time of 4th sem some how I've completed the course successfully final year examination score took me to the aggregate of 60%.

Fee is structured by rtu .thats not my college concerened. I am ok with the fees . Per year fee is about 65000. It is in installment scheme . I have to pay fess rwo time in a year or i can pay it by once and settle. Fees can be paid by check , demand draft .that is good . They me reciept so fee is not the problem with me.

College campus life is awesome. College is fun . In mechanical there in no girl but in other braches they have some. On every 5 to 7 male students there is on egirl . College cultural activity is damn awesome and fun. Sports is less in compare to other activities and all the other stuff like lab workshops are good.

I had participated in NATA(entrance exam of Architecture). Asmita was the last option which i selected from the list of the college. I got admission in Asmita college. We were the second batch of the college, hence the facilities and everything which was provided to us was really good.

In this exam syllabus is 2 units and the exam is objective questions with 4 choices.Second stage is also same as first one. The syllabus is next two units.The third stage is subjective exam and syllabus is all 6 units. You need to prepare very well to score and get distinction.

Well, Job opportunity is the only drawback we have in CSIT. Though constant efforts are being put up by management to increase the placements. I think what our management believes is off campus makes you more strong as you can go out in the ocean to discover the struggle of getting the job. Other colleges provide better placements, therby giving everyone a chance while being in the final year. I just pray that CSIT, takes placements really serious and should work on that, as its not the high rank and marks that will help, End result is the Job guarantee, or even campus recruitment opportunities. few companies are accenture, shriram finanace, topworth steel.

Well, a lot of events are celebrated here: Lakshaya: Robotics event: all the colleges participate in this and they get a chance to have their talents displayed. it is similar to ones happeneing in IITs, well not exactly but yes design would be the same.Also computer gaming counter strike is also on the list fresher party: a toast for all the freshers joining college, given by seniors dance, intro, lunch, its time to chill and welcome the freshers. Farewell party: Well we go far only to meet again, this is what farewell truly means and CSIT, 3rd year students give the same to the final year seniors. Bash is full on in farewell.

Good all the faculties are good in their subject and have done masters in their respective fiels few of them think bigger for studies and helps them in innovative fields yes faculties are much interested in teaching a particular course if they don't know regarding the topic they search and give a better view about that topic.

Comparing to few colleges in our area our college place most innovative things in doing and practising..comig to my part being an mechanical engineer i know the min basics in my field and all the facultues helps us with any problems ..in our field we can njoy the experience by doing practically.

There is an annual fest called "Momentum" in our college which goes on for 3 days. Comedy events,Challenging Games, EDm night and Star night are the events organised.Inter college Fashion show and plays were also organised. Tedxx talk is also organised in our college. CYBER Security workshop was also organised recently in our college.

Exam Structure is balanced exams are taken in three phase.Minor 1, Minor 2 and Major. Minor 1 in our college is like FA-1 in school.20 marks paper. Major are of 100 marks but their weightage is 40%. Rest is given to practical and internals.Labs were once in week which were enough to perform experiments.

After finishing my XII exams, i took the IPU-CET which is the entrance examination held by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. One has to secure a minimum of 60% in the AISSCE to be eligible in the IPU-CET. After giving the examination, the results were declared after a month in which I secured a ranking of 5557 the University invited me for their Counselling process and I was allotted the institute based on my ranking and the options that I had filled.

The cut off was released on the university website and the next day i went to the college with all the necessary documents including my 12th class marksheet , 10th class marksheet , Caste certificate , Migration Certificate, University registration form and my character certificate. I just entered the college went to the department room and the professor sitting there checked all my documents and sent me to another room where my name would be announced over mic once all my documents are checked thoroughly again. As my name was announced i went to the fee deposit window and deposited my fee in return of which i got the receipt and i became a member of the Ramjas family.

The admission to any Delhi university college is based on cut offs i.e. by percentage of marks scored in class 12th. I scored 90% in my class 12th examinations and got admission in the college in the 3rd cut off at 89%. I opted for this college because in my dream list of colleges i had three colleges in my mind including Ramjas. The cut offs of the other two colleges were pretty high and so i took admissionin Ramjas. I opted for English hons. Because it is a different kind of course and it has helped to gain confidence and open up among different people coming from different parts of the world.
