The candidate who secures the highest percentage of marks in P.G. admission entrance examination shall be eligible for the award of Merit Scholarship @ Rs.500/- p.m. for the Ist semester. For the subsequent semesters the Merit scholarship at same rate of Rs.500/- p.m. shall be awarded to the candidates as noted here under.

There was loads of events in the college to celebrated from freshers to farewell. Cultural events was the main attraction of our college. we celebratred teacher's day, freshers welcome, farewell, sports fest, cultural fest.the Institute organizes TECH FEST (technical Fest) once in a year. In Tech Fest teams of single and multi-discipline students of the Institution take assignments on designing, fabricating, and demonstrating the outcomes of their designs in the forms of products such as robots and functional models as well as in the form of process charts / blueprints to explain the design of process or techniques.Table Tennis Bat,Table Tennis Ball,Table Tennis Net,Football,Volleyball,Carrom Coins,Carrom striker,Carrom board,Volleyball net these are the list of games which we enjoy.The Institute organizes annual cultural festival comprising of number of cultural activities like dance, drama, poetry, painting competitions etc. All these activities related to fine arts are highly important to ignite creativity and activate right brain power required for creative problem solving and designing products and processes with full sensitivity to people, environment, economics, traditions, and culture. The contributions of such budding designers are recognized by awarding best design awards as well citations.

I was student of MCA (Masters of computer application) . we had 3 years course with 6 semester. In the first year we had digital,C programming,C with data structure programming, C++ programming and DBMS(SQL) lab classes. In the 2nd year we had Unix(Shell Programming),Advance DBMS(SQL),Graphics, Tally lab classes. And in the 5th semester we had java and visual basic. Apart from our curriculum subjects there was some special class to strong our knowledge they also provide us soft skills classes to improve our communication skills. In the Final year they arranged some technical class for preparing students for their campus interview.

Faculty was fabulous. I have learned a lot from few of the senior faculties. There were very helpful in the studies and Placement officer was also very helpful. I do not remember buying many books for my engineering because we used to manage standard books from the library or teachers. As I used to live in hostel, which is in college campus, I often used to approach teachers for help in certain section of course or any doubt regarding our subject.

We had a admission process in GTU. At first we had to fill a form for the admission which we got in our school. According to our rank, we asked to stand in the line and complete our admission process. Parents were allowed and we had select colleges on the stop with the help of a volunteer. And had to submit the fees there itself in the fees submission room. So process was quite easy.

Campus life is great with equality on the gender at the ratio of 1:1. Different in diversities is great at making new friends. There are sports grounds for students to vent out in between studies and help on maintaining a healthy physical life. There is no racism and everyone is felt as an equal within the walls.

There are a few functions and programs that every college or university has to help with the social mind of the student. They are times to relax and gives opportunities for students to show off their talents. Sometimes there are big events too, these are very exciting but are not always mandatory.

The person who was having biotech back ground in B.TECH, can take food technology as specialization to increase your focus in a single subject. In 1st year curriculum we will be having two semesters with 3 labs in each sem In second year We will be having 2 semesters, In 1ST Sem we will be having mini project with 2 labs and 3 subjects. 2nd sem will be whole project.

SUNBURN - First Sunburn in Delhi was held in our college. FRESHER - for first year students fresher is organised by our college and most of the time celebrities are the guests FEST - Our college fest happen in Feb each year for 3days. There are few unnecessary subjects that an engineering won't come across in future. Beside this there are many interesting subjects like Artificial intelligence, cryptography, Computer Graphics. There is one subject i.e webtech it includes java(core and advance), php, html, css, I feel that this subject should be fragmented into 2 subjects for better understanding of this languages.

I participated in counselling in narayannaguda, cbit head office.they called me basing on my JEE rank. I submitted my certificates and fee dd.they given allotment order & admission number the whole process is completed in 1 hour.

The course curriculum was particularly rigorous with stress on practicality than rote learning. It was a semester-based curriculum and the last semester was supposed to be either an in-house research or Practice School, that would involve us to be posted to various companies across the country for work experience.The system of grading was relative which used to promote competition amongst the class.There was no attendance requirement. However, that didn't stop us from attending classes every day, as the course required lectures from our experienced faculty to understand the technical aspects of the course.All exams were Open Book, that meant we could get any textbooks to the exam hall. It meant that thorough understanding of the topic would be necessary before we attempt the exam, otherwise nothing can be made from the textbook on the exam day. We had regular practical sessions along with theory for all courses. This meant that we had to be on our toes to understand the subject and we used to work really hard to get the sessions digested. Incidentally all our Computer Science Students were interested in getting Work Experience and hence, had opted for Practice School instead of academic research. But all of us had got a paper published in relevant technical magazines such as IEEE.

The notification for BITS Higher Degree Exam Notification was released in April 2009, the examination was conducted in May/June 2009 and the result was declared on 1st July 2009 the Exam Application was performed online including the payment and other details of the candidate. After appearing for the BITS-HD Exam, that was performed in the Online Mode with MCQs provided, and passing out of the same, we had to check our results again from the online portal the administration was standard and straightforward. We had to appear on an scheduled date for Admission. We had to get all our education certificates from Matriculation to Engineering which would include 10th class Marks List 12th class Marks List provisional Marks List for Engineering as the Original Degree would take time mark lists of all Semesters in Engineering and other certificates specified at that point of time we were then allotted subjects for the curriculum that semester.

Course structure is according to university and is quite good according to academics and experience . Assignments are also there to cope up with the external environments seminars and workshops are also provided regularlly so that we can be awared off the corporate world. Electives are according to the wish and status of knowladge of students which is also well designed.

The department of English has sufficient extremely helpful and talented professors who provides us with all the necessary stuff for the pupils to go forward with their further studies. We get to participate in various literary fests and activities. We get to spend hours in the huge library and take down notes. Each of the professors are specialized in each subject and paper and they teach us accordingly. They dictate us important notes and books that are to be brought. They do take care of us. The faculty of this college is definitely high standard in every terms. We also get to attend several seminars and interact with different social and literary bodies and heads.Shri Shikshayatan College is an institution of sheer excellence the professors are not only highly qualified, but they are also experienced the professors of my course, i.e., Economics Honors are M.Phil in the subject. The college has one of the most celebrated faculty of the university all our professors work in close connection to improve the quality of education and also impart knowledge beyond the text books.

In first semester we taking the knowledge about some basics subject like - Quants, Economics, Marketing etc. and In Second Semester we learn about the subject in deep like in HR, Marketing, Finance, Computer etc. Its Help to Select Our Specialization in Third Semester. Direct admission on management seat i have filled the admission form of the college and make registration first the administration was good in behavior at the time of admission but after taking admission they changes very quickly after submitting the registration fee they make list of the selected candidates according to availability of seats after that shortlisted candidates were called for taking admission.

The faculty was very inexperienced and bad i attend the course by going to classroom in the college the faculty uses old methods of teaching on white board no presentations were there only a short topic is studied by the faculty they don't know how to teach the particular topic just book reading.

Highly acute gender ratio. Only 35 girls in my batch of around 550 (B.Tech. batch). Very happening campus life due to numerous options of extracurricular activities available. All the sports facilities like cricket, football, hockey, swimming, athletics, basketball, volleyball, badminton, lawn tennis, table tennis, squash and any other sport you can think of are available having international standards. Hobbies club is there with facilities like robotics, electronics, gardening, philately, etc. Cultural societies like SPIC Macay, Watch out in house magazine, etc.

In 2007, all the students got placed with many students having more than 1 offer Schlumberger - 40 LPA (overseas posting), Lehmann Brothers - 15 LPA, ONGC - 12 LPA, Microsoft - 15 LPA, Google - 15 LPA, Facebook - 90 LPA (overseas posting) total more than 200 companies visited for placements, P.S. - The salary figures are of the year 2007 when i was placed.

Placement and job offers are only for few selective students who are very close to management management well plays a politics behind the placements and campus interview one girl from my class was rejected on campus interview but in a few discussion after the end of campus interview, she got selected and now she is working in that company there is a game of management behind this I am sure.

Faculty are not as good except few faculty most of the faculties are not as good in communication and conveying ideas are very bad faculties play around in our internal marks for any silly reason and personal motivation some faculties are really good enough and come up with best teaching techniques and give you time to come up with latest seminar topics and encourage you a lot.

Deeply analyzing this, we find that core subjects in our school like physics and chemistry is only studied for one semester. There is a lot of math in my course, computer science. From our second semester, we can choose our own courses and our own time tables as per our wish. Hence there is a wide choice of courses.

VIT is a huge university especially our Vellore campus. There are over 1000 faculties and the university says all of their faculty is from IITs and IIMs. As far as I'm concerned, they have experienced even if the latter statement isn't true. There are a lot of people who complain about their teachers but they aren't so bad for me for now as I'm just in my 1st year.

Notification for CET will release in the month of March or April. Then CET will be in the month of may or June. Once exam is done, results will be in 15 to 20days. After that there will be online procedure to fill college names to which u want to take admission. Depending on ur rank, u will receive u will get a seat and confirmation letter only if happy with seat allocated.

College is name so widely spread with glorious respect but still fees structure is very much affordable to the common man currently fees structure is, I have no idea. But is shouldn't be more than 80k per year including every services provided by college, such bus facility library facilities and many more.

In our college the facility is very good they will teach each and every topic that which it included in the syllabus.If we have any dought regarding any topic of non -syllabus the will help as mush as they can for clarifying.There are so many of Ph.D completed faculty that which has doctorate that which it helps to proceed fast of researching or inventing any products.

Not much but some of the companies will come and recruiter our students based on their skills the famous companies like Hitachi, Tata e.t.c. I don't no nothing much but minor companies will come based on their particular departments some of our students will be doing the jobs in side campus interviews.

Campus life is awesome. Gender Ratio is nearly 50-50. Diversity of thoughts, culture and knowledge is available inside the campus. I very rich library, good labs of computer science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering are available. College infrastructure is treat to the eyes. We really enjoyed it. Cricket tournaments, Volleyball tournaments, Bascket ball tournaments, Robo Race, Treasure hun, Fashion Parade, Music Concerts, Rock conclave etc. are regularly organised.

The course curriculum is amazingly great. We got subjects of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Engineering Drawing etc. They were balanced and it required a good study. End term and internal exams were of good standard and had to be written with proper understanding of the subject else students were never allowed to clear it. Marks had to be earned and teachers were strict.

The admission process was easy. Submit the application form along with CAT scorecard and experinece certificate. Minimum experience to apply for this course is 5 years and this has to be duly approve by employer. Send the physical copy of all forms by speed post. Then appear for a personal interview round and final selection round. Within 15 days got admission letter with an admission form. Fill the complete admission form, attach a draft for fees (there were options of part payment). Full and final payment of fees and Hostel boarding charges were to be made in person at the time of admission. Hostel rooms were alloted on the very first day along with Library card and other relevant documents. Next day attend the induction week and kick start your learning journey.

KJ SIMSR is full of cultural and sports activities with every month having some or the other celebrations. It starts with an Induction week comprising of yoga and bonding session.
