It is hectic. Generally classes would be there from 8-2, generally. And we give quite a few exams. Each subject has two internal exams, atleast 2 surprise tests, one mid-sem and one end-sem. So each subject has around 6 exams. And you have 6 subjects generally. so 36 exams in a sem.

Faculty is again descent. Most of the time they are available, if you want to ask something. But some of the faculty lack experience and some just do not create enough interest among students while teaching. But you can always learn on your own and ask whatever you want.

I myself was member of the T&P office of the college. Almost all the students got placement at the end of the curriculum with good employment offer. Some of them bagging multiple offers from different employers. Companies like naukri.com, UCO bank, IBM, Target, IDBI bank, Vijaya bank and many more visited the college premises for campus placement. The highest package for 2009-11 batch was 11 LPA and an average package was 4.5 LPA. Considering 2008 financial crises i think these are preety good number and we had good placements that year.

We had many events celebration at the college right from Management festivals, cultural program, technical festival, annual festival, CSR events, fund raising events and the graduation party. As fun as it sounds they were big in terms of participation quality of crowd and the hosts that college invite for these events. Even on the graduation day we have been awarded degrees by the most elite people from corporate, politics etc. One such name would be Kiran Bedi who visited our college for graduation day of 2008-10 batch.

The exams are in three phase in semester Exam(ISE) : 20 Marks per Subject for Five subjects per semester. This marks are given on Oral examinations, Student attendance and Behaviour in class and assignments basis. Mid Semester Exam(MSE) 30 Marks per Subject for Five subjects per semester there are two exams in two months in between semester of which 25x2=50 marks are converted to 30 marks. End semester Exam (ESE) 50 Marks per Subject for Five subjects per semester 2-3 Practical Subjects exams for 100 Marks.

Campus life is awesome except their is a sugar factory near college. So sometime odour can be problematic for some peoples. Their is strictly no gender discrimination. We have diverse environment with students from South Sudan. College participates and have won many Go-kart championships, Supra, BAJA, E-Yantra, E-bike, etc. Their is not so much politics involved.

The Faculty of the college was good enough to teach us the basics of whatever that elective hold. Faculty was pretty young in terms of experience, couple of teachers only were having high industry experience. Most of them were pass-outs of one or the other college a year or two ago.Teachers were always into books and no extra experiential activities were happening at the college but still they were helpful at most of the times in getting our issues/problems sorted.

Conclusion: College is ok, not good in academics due to outdated academic content. Other facilities required by students are good enough during the entire stay of the college. Its been 7 years since the first batch is out in the market but still they haven't been able to get good placements for the current students.Please join this college only if you dont have any other option in your hand as there are more options available even nearby.

Campus life is good. If you are a friendly person, you will end up with many good friends from all over the country. There are international students as well from Asian & African countries. The university had tie up with over 150 foreign universities. So if you want to exchange a semester, you easily can, but with a extra amount of money.Lot of gaming and debate competitions happen around.

If you love events, this is your place. Events are very frequent here, nearly every week. You can also join the event management group of the university and get chance to meet celebrities.There are technical fests also and many other celebrations.And if are missing anything, you can ask the DSW to arrange an event and you can coordinate it.

There are limitless events in the IIT Bombay. if you count it one by one, maybe it more than 100. the biggest cultural event in India is MOOD INDIGO. MI is celebrated in the month of December and the whole of India's students participated in it at MI various artists and celebrities and known personalities come into the college and share their ideas and experiences one of the main events is cultural night. the biggest and the brightest 2nd event is the TECHFEST, for technical, this is also biggest in its own in India. MST's brightest students of India participate in it.

Jobs and placements opportunity is more and more increasing. Placements are also dependent upon your branch. if you have a branch-like CS IT Electronics then you get the highest package others have lesser than that but it is good you have to perform well in academics to ensure a good placement offer and also you have to work in some other extra curricular activity to get a good offer you can call any company to campus as you wish. and you can check their requirements and present yourself before them.

AIEEE exam in 2008 in which I got 2000 rank and go for on online counselling then I got civil engineering in my first counselling and then in second counselling famous civil engineering then I join the college and land experience and information useful for my life it grade thankful to all the teachers and college administration homemade be able prospector job thank you.

We had Sanjay many event in our college light annual exam and we'll meet sports meet and other technical as well as Cultural Event which held in regular interval and hostid also many events in department also and as well as another department also participated from where will learn a number of things is useful and informative for our future life.

For gender ratio i found girls are lesser than boys all the parties like freshers and farewell celebrate in campus, workshops their are so many cs/it labs mechanical labs and many more workshops in tit for sports tit is the worst college of mp campus doesn't have a play ground you cannot even think of playing no sports lecture and many more.

All over review is if you wanna study hard and wanna attend lectures and wanna attend labs and wanna see best functions you should join tit but if love sport or you are a good athelet and wanna do something for our country in olympic you should never think about joining tit but if wanna get good job you should join tit.

There is no gender discrimination all are equal in the campus and the life in the campus is cool the student has the freedom to take his own decisions and there where are good number of extracurricular activities and good labs there is vast freedom for students to go to ground and participate in their interested sports and there are sports events yearly and inter college competitions in the campus.

The entrance exam is all thing about basics you have learnt in intermediate(+11 & +12) all the basic formulas and some logical questions but there will be more competition the exam is common for all kinds of students there is only one common exam from that the students are short listed for different branches as per their interests.

I am diploma student after the results declaration in june the procedure for admission started in july at the start we had purchased the admission brochure from KjSomaiya college after the purchase we filled the student details form on the site dte.org and then logged in using kit number and password provided in kit when the student details form was submitted, then we had to submit a copy of it to the ARC center (KJ somaiya) along with the verification documents and the most important the kit purchase recepit and after this our profile on Dte is valid after a week of time provisional merit list was declared based on diploma final year aggregate and 10th marks when dte displayed the final merit list we were advised to fill the college option form once option form is filled, after a week the 1st CAP list was displayed after display of list, I went to campus of LTCE for further admission process in the college, they provide college student form and mumbai university form link which we are supposed to fill at home once college form is filled and necessary documents are submitted they direct us to college office for fees payment DEMAND DRAFT payment is accepted in this college at the time of payment of fees, we are suppose to pay exam fees and stationary fees here once you pay the fees the will give the fee recepit and the stationary for the current sem you can join the college the next day.

Course drafted by mumbai university is followed in every college of mumbai. Now the revised course R-2012 pattern is followed. The course include an overall knowledge of all the engineering aspects the course includes from the basics of electrical to advance electrical systems and power electronics system for future development but some content of the syallbus is outdated and is not in synchronism with the advance technology. Subjects like electrical measurements, Numerical method Optimization, microcontroller has an very outdated contents which are obsolete now.

Exams are labs always leave you with a hectic day. Each semester you face two exams . And for labs , you get labs for each applicable subject at least once in a week. If you really want to involve yourself with the studies then you have to utilize all your time in the studies , assignments , CA , and projects ( Most of which have no relevance to what we are studying) and exam preparations which will leave you no time for other activities.

I took LPU Nest exam and scored a pretty decent scholarship. Then i went to one of the offices of the college in my city (Lucknow) and talked to the officials present there about the admission process. They guided me well about the admission process and I was able to complete all the formalities and paper work at the office itself. Then finally I reached the college , marked myself present there and started college the very next day.

All the faculties are highly qualified in our institute. They have very well experience. Some faculty members are awarded for their hardwork.They always try to explain various terms in simpler way. They have updated their knowledge as some new concepts have been introduced . They have deep knowledge of every minute concepts regarding their field.

Along with curricular activities institute also undertake various programs encouraging students in field of sports, Art,literature and other skills each year traditional day is organized. Mismatch day sports day is also a big event in college. Gathering is also well organized and full of joy national festivals are also celebrated.

My college is in Ghaziabad. when talk to other students of different college and i talk about placement those students always says that very few companies come to there college for the placement than i feel good about about my college in my college a lot of companies comes to give the placement specially in CS and IT branch almost a company comes everyweek and almost 70-80% of CS&IT students gets the placement. CIVIL and MECHANICAL core companies also comes. few names of company are : Cinda Webkul QA infotech HP HCLGenpact and lot more.

Well the college faculty can be easily approached with any quarries related to the particular subject or project (if any). i dont know about the other department faculty but civil department faculty is well qualified every faculty is gate qualified and has mtech degree. faculty is very polite and very helpful they understand the problem provide the best solution the method of delivering the lecture in the class is also very efficient and good. every faculty of the department has vast knowledge of the particular subject.

There Is A Large Number Of Faculty In Our College We Have Very Well Qualified Professors And Asst. Professors Who Are Atleast Masters In Their Courses. And The Main Faculty Are Almost Doctorates And Many Have Also Had Book Published By Them. Like In All Other Institutes, There Is A Mix Of Both Good And Average Professors. Most Of Them Are Dedicated Whereas Few Are Just Interested In Completing Their Classes. The Faculty Is Well Experienced, Qualified,Disciplined And Bold Enough To Make Us Learn.

Our College Is Affiliated To WBUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Univeristy) In Out Of Total 100 Marks 30 Marks Is Internal and 70 Marks Is External. 70 Marks Semester Exams two Times In A Year ( 1st Sem & 2 Sem. ) 30 Marks Internal Includes 15 Marks Two Internal Tests, Attendance, and Assignments. Lab Also Has 100 Marks Which Includes 60 Marks Of Lab Report And 40 Marks Lab Exam In Each Semester.

I am sorry i could not recall those details as of now, as i ahve passed 13 years but still remember atleast 25% of the students were placed through college in 2003.Can not give more information. But come to know that college much developed and are offering campus placements to around 60% of the students in the year 2012.Dont know the status today .But i am sure definetly it is more now.

I have the opted the college through the counselling carried out in chennai along with my father we went to shoulder for the college admission . We have met the correspond and submitted the necessary forms with certificates and paid the fee.The administration was carried out through out the day we were given a warm welcome during the admission.

Yes it provides internship such as scholarship, and ebc which caste wise terms given to the students the scholarship is provided to the students who are in caste and ebc is provided to the students who are not in caste wise term this terms gives back upto 50 percent fee is given back and in scholarship also 50 percent fee is given back.

The fee structure of the diploma students is feasible for the students as per it is near by 40 thousand per year and we get back about 20 thousand by the college it is great structure of the college that we get back the fee in the scholarship term and its good for the students over all students its use full for the students.

First I gave the exam. After 2 weeks the results were out. After about a month there are counsellings in 3 stages in which we finalize our choice of college we wan't to go in. Also in the counselling our 10th standard marksheet is checked as that is a proof for a student. After the choice is made we are allotted hostel. Then we pay our fees for the first semester along with the hostel fees. we get a provisional admission letter that we have to show at the time of admission in the college. You should keep it safe. Until your admission is done completely.then we have to report to the college just three days before the college is about to commence.All our admission procedure is done there. Filling of forms,etc. After the admission process the guy at the college reception will give you a instructions paper. It will have all the necessary items required by you in the college, and the right uniform to be weared by the student in the college.

All the subjects that are thought to us in the college are required for a good concept building of the course. we study all the subjects that are part of the curriculum and that are required in the hotel management field. we have to study all the subjects for all the 3 years. They make us study all the subjects so that we become all rounders and can choose any field ahead in this line without any worries. The faculty in this college is the best than all the colleges out there. This college has the most expierenced faculty for each subject. We also have our practicals based on the subject that are taught by the same teacher in a very good environment. The practicals give us a lot knowledge about the field.

Yaa first i went to hindustan office in nagar and i enquired about admission details and filled the form and the administration office is quite good and one of my brothers friend is studying in this college and he helped me to join in this college administration in hindustan office is some what difficult and my brother helped me to fill the form and my parents also helped me a lot and they encouraged me.

The fee structure is feasible in hindustan and we are happy to get scholarship for all the students who performed well in their intermediate exams well and the persons who secured well will get good scholarship in our university and we all are happy that maximum members of our college got 50% scholarship end i also got 50% scholarship.

GATE score is used followed by Interview however institute also conducts its own exam for entrance. GATE is conducted by IITs for PG admissions. you can apply for it online for institute form you can apply it online through college portal.then if you are called for admission process after entrance exam and interview will be conducted . if you are shortlisted then you will allow to get admission into institute by paying the stipulated fee.

Course curriculum is awesome. institute is affiliated with cusat university i opted for information security as a elective. many students different subjects according to their future requirement for career rest is good if you consult your course director and gets the sufficient admission as in institute various courses are running which are a on advantage.
