The educational infrastructure in UP is not good. The system there does not attract most of the companies to come to the college and select students. The companies go to a handful of colleges only, and there also, select only 5-10% of students. They don't go to medium colleges, and their preference is always the top institutes. Plus the Corporate exposure in UP is less, and hence the students face a lot of challenges in getting a start for their careers.

Exams, Labs are all not up to the mark. Labs are there, but even the lab assistant has difficulties with the equipment. Its not one college, its the situation in all colleges of UP. Exams are again - impractical, there can be repetitive questions. Even if I have answered the question properly, there is no guarantee that it will generate proper marks.

Campus Life: Brilliant, vibrant, beautiful extra-Curricular Activities: a whole lot and just awesome events: Right from cultural to technical to fun you get to taste everything students: From all parts of the country and some abroad students as well. Half of them are dudes or wanna be dudes Hostels: I think VIT has the best hostels, clean, spacious. Wardens are friendly. The mess is messed up anyway. Sports: A lot of sports opportunities like Tennis, Cricket, Badminton, TT, Football, Track events, Basketball, etc. Although I never played them and I regret it now. To sum up, the best thing about VIT is that everything is very good apart from Academics in terms of personality development, exposure, and overall growth from a student to a professional.

Tech Fest: GraVITas Gravitas is the technical fest over here. More than 100 colleges participate in the fest and are conducted in the last week of September. The technical festival is spread over 3 days with over 100 events, 50 workshops with over 30,000 footfalls RIVIERA: Reliving the era (Cultural fest) the cultural fest is ranked 5th best fest in India. This is conducted in the first week of February It is known to hold more than 100 events in the fields of dance, music, literary arts, fine arts, and debates, and this year Riviera celebrated 100 years of cinema in India. The debating competition has students from all over the country participating and Star Night at Riviera is famous and attracts a huge crowd.

course structure is good as it is helpful for future civil services examination. firstly it covers the smaller aspects of the subjects lile a brief introduction and after that slowly it rises its level which i feel very good for the students who are from science or commerce stream and opted for b.a.

i got admission by enterence.form was released in April and the enterence examination was conducted in first week of june. after that the results was declared in university website and at the end of july the counciling was held. the counciling was online.and the classes starts in August.

The college had a good gender ratio. We had good gender ratio of 60 girls per 40 boys. It was a good ratio for a newly opened co-ed english medium college. We had college elections every year to choose new president and active student council. I also started first Charter Rotaract club in this college. And did some good projects for community service and professional development.

Almost all the faculty were very good especially faculty of Financial Accounting and Business Administration.The faculty provided good teaching and notes for better understanding and helped me a lot in clearing all fundamentals practically. I had the same faculty for all three years, so i must appreciate the college for providing me the regular and good faculty.

After my pre university college completion, in which i scored 78%, i tried for common entrance exam (CET). But before the results were out, i got admitted through management qouta as there was a tremendous amount of competition for mechanical branch. so i submitted my marks cards and other documents to the college and got admitted.

The gender ratio according to me would be 6:10 as female/male. There used to be parties at a common hangout near the college. The people though were narrow minded. There used to be workshops regularly for people with common interests. Students of all classes , races, gender religion were in the college.

I passed out in 2010 and currently 2016 going on. I seriously do not remember much about which all companies came to the campus and how much did they off but yes I do remember about one such company GIIT Solutions in Sec-15, Gurgaon which offered me Rs. 10,000 salary after 6 months internship period with no stipend in the internship. I did not join there as I was much interested in teaching profession and later joined as TGT Computers in Bhatnagar International School, Vasant Kunj teaching classes IX-XII.

Yes, definitely my college provides internship period of 6 months as in the last semester of MCA (6th semester). Students are placed in various companies based on the respective recruitment processes which includes written test, interviews and group discussions as well. Students can either choose for on-campus placement or off-campus placement and stipend depends on the company recruiting. It may give a stipend of Rs.0 - Rs. 15,000.

I went to the counselling and I have chosen this. The process of counselling is to go to the counseller and stnad by the line with the rank. once our rank turnsup we have to chose the college. At the time of joining they have taken all my certificates and other documents, This is the overall process that I have followed. Now it is changed.

At that time, I got a fee waiver seat which does not have the annual fee. This is because, I got a good rank and government introduced such fee waiver seats. For BC,SC and ST casts, there were free seats and they used to get the scholarships as well. As I am OC candidate, I did not get any scholarship.

Feasible and the total was around 3 lakhs but don't remember the details exactly right now as it's been 2yrs now but they provided various fee structures so that the students family wasn't burdened by the money they had to pay and have been considerate and lenient when fees was a bit delayed.

Through a friend the admission procedures was pretty standard the notification came pretty fast and the administrators was very helpful to go through the admission procedures no matter what doubts I had and were very patient with me as well the admission happened very smooth and quickly.

The staff of the college are well qualified they come in neat dresses but some have that stinking smell i think they don't bath often they have good knowledge but as already I told you the vocabulary, you will sure die laughing but here we have some good lecturers who can give the most, they speak well, have sound knowledge, and they are great personalities too in the college.

We have lot of placements going on, We get companies like L&T, Bosch, Tech Mahindra etc, for the core job they come and pick you up if you are extraordinary. For example say, 1 out of the whole department. And give you 40 to 50 k per month and the major placement goes on in Infosys, and other IT companies where bulk placements takes place with over 25k per month.

There are so many events that use to take place starting from very first month of academic Year there are following events: Freshers Party- Aug, Sangathan (University Sports meet which last for approx 10-12 days) -Sept end till Oct, Technical Fest (Incyte)- jan/Feb, Cultural Fest (Urooj)- March/April, University Fest (AYF)- April end all the events use to occur a massive level. In fest the footfall use to be around of 10000 people. whereas for sports meet approx 15-18 sports were played.

Campus life extremely enriching with a extreme diverse population to live with. The gender ration is pretty good here. courses such as Biotech, life sciences, Language courses had more of female students whereas courses such as mechanical, Aeronautics had more of male crowd. Though the campus had pretty heterogeneous crowd which involved students of different nationalities and exchange programs. Such as African, French, etc.

My experience was very good and I like the atmosphere that provided by the college. U get chance to meet your seniors frequently and they support you and take care of u and guide you like you elder brother or sister. College organize fest that give chance to everyone to interact with seniors and the students from the other departments and work with them and get some good experience.

Gender ratio is equal. The number of boys are equal to the number of girls. The extracurricular actually like cricket basketball and football kabbadi and many more sports coaches are provided by the college to the students. The labs are good each and every department has its own labs for students to do practicals. There are all religions people are there in college.

The course curriculum is set by the Engineering Board(VTU), the course is good but can be better as it is outdated and can be improved a lot to train the students to compete with the real world problems the college follows the course strictly and is very good at it. But the only drawback is course is bit outdated which is set by Board and has nothing to do with the college.

In our college fugacity is given good jobs in my college civil department is good all faculty is well qualified and my college M.E candidate can allow to faculty in structure is teaching keval Patel sir is the best in teaching structure subject and irrigation subject is taken by priti madam she was teaching very easy language and givens practical knowledge about the subject

In my college many events celebrated like days event is celebrate navratri festival,ganesh chaturthi ,sports day event to play all games like cricket,wally ball. Kabbdi,kho kho, football. Hammer throw. And many indoor games and every two years to organized big function in college student participate

The environment in the college is good and pleasant, here is an raging free environment,but lite raging is common like asking self details etc,the sports days are held in the college it has good equipment in laboratories and workshop's, parties are prohibited in the college environment because of some external issues,almost the gender ratio is equal that number of girls and number of boys in the college,the economic and the political. Status of the college is high that it can do what it want,you know the standards of the Andhra university ,in same way it maintain its standards ,exams are conducted in this campus only and also the certificate come under the andhra university,the quality of sports it provides

The course structure is good because teachers teach freely like a university level and also practical knowledge would be high, it contain c.s.e wing overall 180 members ,in first year all the branches will be in same block after completing first year the students go to there own blocks,and the college conducts Some cultural programs but now-a-days cultural activities are some what dull, but the sports and other activities are running good,and the college runs on semester wise system and also maintaining 75% attendance is compulsory.

I haven't found anything bad to give a conclusion. Its just we have to take care of our progress on our own. Like in life opportunities doesn't get served to u on plates you have to grab them on your own. I can't say enough great things about KIET There is no hand holding and you absolutely must be intrinsically motivated to succeed in school in this school (and in life). If you are able to follow directions and complete the work, you will do fine.

You have to give the UPSEE exam. After the declaration of results you have to attend the counselling process in which you will be allotted a college on the basis of your rank and choices. 85% seats of total approved intake will be filled through UPSEE counselling and remaining 15% seats of approved intake will be filled under management quota

There was good campus life during span of 5 years, so far as gender ratio is concerned it was also quite satisfactory however as the admission process was fully depending on merits hence there was no partiality on such matter and there was a good library having various books on various subject matter and sufficient space for reading.

There is college alumni which is still working and it connects to past students and hence it helps lot during the course of college period and post qualification period like job placements, knowledge sharing etc. and such system is still in operation in our college and hence it is very good for current students and past students.

Most of Faculties are newly qualified in our college. But as begin recently as a student they knows better how to teach the student in good ways that is better understood. Also they are inspirational to the new generation. The most professor are qualified in BE and some of them ME and also they are studies PH.D. And out of them our HOD is not only focus on study he keeps inspiring us so we proud to be student of him.

The placement in Silver Oak Is good, there is lots of chances get into top companies like Tech Difence, Tata consultancy Service(TCS), Wipro but it needs hard work.The co-operation of faculties during placement is well. I don't know how much placed in my IT course but comparing to other course Mech Engi,Civil Engi. This course has higher rate of placement. Recently in Agile Info ways comes and hires two candidates.

VIT holds the national record in Slot-1 placements (Software Services Companies) for the past 5 years.VIT has entered into Limca Book of Records thrice for the highest number of campus placements done from a single Institution by a single company: 2009 (TCS-1075), 2011 (Cognizant-1643), 2012 (Cognizant-1820). Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, De Shaw have recruited students with a package of more than 10 lakhs per annum. Companies like Flipkart, Intel, Akamai, Cisco, Yahoo, Oracle, Google, KLA Tencor, Dolcera have recruited the students with packages of more than Rs. 7,00,000 per annum. To add to the list; Reliance Industries, Reliance Power, Tata Power, Tata Bluescope Steel, Crompton Greaves, Renault Nissan, Hyundai Motors, Ashok Leyland, Delphi, Cummins, Essar, Tata Consulting Engineers, Malco, etc., are some of the core companies that visit the campus every year.

The campus life of VIT is very environmentally friendly. There is no gender discrimination in any aspect. The diversity here is vast because students across 50 countries stay here. The campus has a Big outdoor stadium, a football ground, 2 gymnasia. And every hostel building has a badminton court. Here in VIT, there are many clubs, chapters, creation labs, teams which are all a part of extracurricular activities. There are some automotive clubs where they participated in international events.

It provide good packages in its ranking. It gives around 1-2 lac package. You should opt for further job exams. If you compare with other colleges like btech and medical it is so small. So i suggest you to go for exams rather than these jobs. We have also vast field after studies that depends upon us what we choose.we can choose for banking, civil service, railway etc.

We have yearly exams. But we have to give another test before examination. We have five subjects. Lab examination were done 15 days before the examination. Our teacher helps us in lab examination. A teacher from other college comes in the examination and ask us some vivas and check our experiment and give us good marks according to our performance.

In final & pre-final year, many companies came for placement. i would thanks to college management whose started a extra class for communication & personality development which put extra confidence in us. around 8-10 companies came in the premises and conducted the exams. i have cleared 2 companies interview exam and they offered me 3.5 lacs & 4 lacs. i was happy to get placed.

I took internship from my college. college has tie-up with multiple big corporate and MNCs. i have twice internship in my 4 years course tenure. 1st from NTPC and 2nd from BSNL. even there was no stipend but i learned a lot from both organization, they explained the all process within the organization and prepared the research report for the same. overall experience was good.
