The curriculum is also good, they have everything planned in a proper manner. whole semester course is divided into 5 modules, and 2 internal assessments are held in every semester. all the subjects' syllabus is excellent. Since it is an autonomus college, they have very good planning. they also have proper research facilities, if you have any innovative idea,you can make it happen,they are very supportive. you can rely on it.

Over all I would say its a good college than many other colleges in the state and it would not be wrong if I say it can be better than few other colleges faculty- Ranges from worst to best. I think the latter ones are more most of them are student friendly no one bothers about your low attendance and also its consequences faculty will help as much they can only if the student initiates sports- I have only seen Football , Cricket and sometimes Basketball being played (that to only guyz) whole Year other sports will be played only during the annual sports fest Athlema.

No,exams and labs was not hectic we have 70% of practical and 30%of theory we all love our practical as well as theoretical class we learnt a lot if things from our course we have classes from 9 am to 5 pm with a lunch break and 2 tea breaks we have both practical and theoretical exam in same day.

I belong to Computer Science and Engineering Department. So I'd like to discuss about the course structure related to Computer Science and Engineering. There are total of 8 semesters, Courses are divided into these 8 semesters. Each semester consists of five courses with some other practical subjects such as GD/seminars and some programming concepts such as java and .net Technologies. I personally don't feel that the courses in any manner are designed for research or focusing research. Most of the courses offered are theory based with very less exposure to the practical world of subjects. Most of the courses are classroom centered and they are covered in classroom. Particularly talking about my College, Technocrats Institute of Technology there are very few Practical Sessions and faculty is also very poor in the field of Practical arena.

Though my college manages to present good faculties on the board or ads, Faculty inside is not that much qualified and interested in teaching. I wouldn't say that all are poor in this category, there are good ones as well but most of the faculty is poor in knowledge about the subjects.Even the teachers working in the college for about 5-10 years too do not have good knowledge about the subject and their teaching methodology is also not Developed according to the scenario. These were the things about the classroom lectures. Talking about the practical section of the course there are very few teacher who are good in that. Teachers here don't teach well but always expect students to attend their classes.

Fee structure is very cheepest and other expenses depend on student but overall Everything is cheepest and also many policy by college for poor student also many foundation providing fees by some do not by good people that's why fees not issue if student is brilliant. But only focus our target and success in life.

College facilities is good and and car parking and bike parking by separated so i see many time college take action unauthorized parking and also great facilities in my colleges. If i say lot of good people and management here. Also faculty in college awesome. Every faculty is good professional by aborted.

There comes lots of companies for computer science branch. But only 1 or 2 for electronics and communication branch. That's why i was disappointed once my all Electronics communication branch students were got placed in computer science or IT companies, i did not like that. All though my college shown me the path of robotics.

Faculties were well educated and knowledgeable. They have corporate experience also faculties are mix of experienced and youth they are very cooperative and helpful even you can call them any time they focus on every individual. Some time they behave hard on you.but it's important for students to learn something new.

First of all, IIT Kharagpur is having the largest campus among all IITs and probably the largest among all technical institutes in India. Other than area inside hostels. maintenance is very well. It looks really nice. You can have a photograph with my campus's premises background and upload in the facebook and anywhere else. Regarding extracurricular, each semester inter hostel competition is held here. Courts and grounds are very well maintained. Labs are very hi-tech here. IIT Kharagpur is known for having resources needed for studies and practicals. There is no way you can skip by saying'it's not available in the campus. Everything can be arranged here in minimum possible time. Competitions like robotics etc. is held every year in the campus. Students from other institutes also participate in these competitions. The event has lots of sponsors also. Competitions are held at highest level during spring fest. Last year around 56000 outsiders had registered for the same. One can imagine how big is this event. One of the famous celebrities are invited. In last spring fest 2015, Amit Trivedi and group were invited.

I appeared in GATE 2015 and got 17th rank with a score of 814 out of 1000. I wanted to pursue masters degree from a renowned institute. IITs are among premier institutes in India. Especially IIT Kharagpur is known for the resources available for studies and experiments. All about the production process i have to learn from this course. It was divided into eight semesters for four years. Per year two semester. In first semester i have to learn the basic mathematics physics and Engineering graphics which are the core subject of Engineering course. After that in each semester i have to learn the production process for all the finishing goods which is familiar in worldwide.

The exam is conducted for every semester no of semester per year is two and the total no of semesters are eight for each semester there is three will be three internal exams for each subject. Best of two internal marks are added as 50% for your semester final marks for that subject.

I went there they share a form to fill and ask to submit all documents photocopy, some documents was original. I do the same. Then they ask for pay the first year tuition fee. It was informed earlier. I pay them the fee. Also they demanded more funds in the name of development which I pay through cash. Also I submitted a cheque for balance amount. college finance department was good and make sure I do not find myself in any trouble, hence they suggest me to keep the copies of all the receipts. I do not opt for hostel.

AIEEE scored 88 with this percentile, I started searching for good college and my brother helped me in this. Last competition remain with JECRC and SKIT. one was expensive with low rating than SKIT. Hence I opted for SKIT. As far as course is concern I analyzed that less student would go for this course hence I opted for Civil and EEE, lastly college selected me for EEE and I was happy taking admission. Also one of my senior which was already in Jaipur help me to decide.

Exams are conducted on mid semester basis and are quite chilled. It is actually good to see your level right before the main semester exam. Your points other than theoretical marks also depends on these exams so you need to be careful for same. Labs are quite big, clean and full of equipment's. You will prefer to sit in lab and do the experiment rather than listening to a teacher who has no idea what she/he is teaching.

College life is always a good experience despite the level and status of your college. Oriental is really a good college with its mesmerizing infrastructure, frequent curricular activities, good labs and guaranteed job placement. The only thing lacking is the provision of efficient teachers but then again, you can always learn on your own with little extra efforts.
