They sent once all of us to Christ university for campus interview but, only two girls selected in that campus interview. As we all came from rural area we failed in group discussion itself. But some girls are from city area and from that two girls selected and joined now they are getting 18000/- each as salary in one of the company.

Campus life: the campus life was very good, we enjoyed a lot. Gender Ratio: the gender ratio was 55:45 and no diversity and no raging in our campus. Extracurricular, Labs,Sports etc: we had sports competition at the time of college day.

Currently, the placement has been very good as many students who are eligible are getting placed at various top industries. Some of the companies that are visiting our company include SAP labs, ECI telecom, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, L&T, Tech Mahindra, Yodlee, NTTDATA. 90% of the companies will be on campus interviews only 10% of them are off campus.

The exams will be conducted every 6 months once and the lab internals, as well as externals, will be conducted at least 20 days before the final examination. There will be 3 internals which will be held in the first three months of the semester, the average of the best two marks will be taken and added to the marks given in the externals.

There were no campus placements but many people working in government organisations got a higher rank in their offices after the graduation. I didn't face any problem while searching for a job. I'm currently working at a construction firm for the starting package of 15,000 rupees.

The regular faculty were sub par but it didn't mattered much because it's a corresponding course. When we complained about the faculty they did invited the professors and professionals as guest lecturers. That helped us a lot.

Not a lot of students are placed just a few lucky ones are placed placement percentage would be around 5-10% only some of the companies do not even hire a single student though package is maximum 5 lakhs. The total fee is around 1.02 lakhs per annum which is to be paid in two semesters accordingly and there are some examination fee and other minor fees to.

WBJEE, Generally speaking, four year colleges place a lot of importance on your SAT and ACT scores. Your grades and high school classes may have different curriculum and levels of difficulty among schools.

The biggest event for every anitian is its foundation day which is also celebrated as annual day. Every alumni is invited for this event. Generally, this would be march of every year. The other events are very specific to their respective departments like Radian-2k15 and Ignition 2k15 etc. which are held as college fests. Generally these would be a 3 day fest events.

Overall the campus life is very good. The maintain gender ratio as per the Andhra pradesh govt. rules of category allotments. Again, the note on diversity is completely dependent on the govt. rules and bounded with in the andhra people for category-A seats.Other states people need to try for Category-B seats for their admission.

Till I passed out of the College, there were no schemes for external students to get internships. We try with external institutions like IIT/ Companies to get internships outside the college. It would be better if college itself creates schemes and send its students for internships in other top colleges/ companies.

Faculty of the college are decent enough for UG courses. But it depends with the Department. The Mech Dept had some good Faculties however there were some exceptions as well. To be frank, at times they make you feel if they have cleared their own UG exams. But there are a few faculties who deserve a Salute.

The fee structure is feasible. If the students wants to avail more scholarships he should perform well and try to come within the top five ranks in each department. The fees needs to be paid at the start of each course year. June-July. The fees structure is as follows Rs.32,500 for educational cost , Rs.37500 for Placement Training and extra curricular activities. Rs 2.22000 in case if you are availing the college transport.

Campus life is good, when compared to the stricter colleges in Chennai. My college is really good in many aspects. The gender ratio is almost 50:50. There were people from many parts of the country opting for my college. Equality is maintained in all grounds such as Race, Religions, Gender etc. There was no student elections or any sort of political groups inside the campus.

Our college hosts an internship season in the months of september to december. A lot of companies do come with generous offers. Some are familiar names like Microsoft, Goldmann sachs, Samsung, Flipkart, Amazon etc. A lot of startups also visit the campus mostly in the coding field. Occasionally students go abroad for internships in reputed universities across the world. Stipends range from 10K to 25-30K.

The faculty quality greatly varies. There are few teachers who are genuinely interested in teaching us and succeed in doing so very well. There are others who want to get their teaching through to us but aren't able to do so. Then there are few who don't really bother with the teaching part. They make the grading too hard and make the course hell for the students.

I am a computer science student and we have mainly theoretical papers. We have one main project and one mini project and seminars we have 2 labs for one semester .

Feasible fee structure . I got admission through entrance rank and got merit seat. My tution fee was 35000 yearly for 4 years and we have mess fees also . Its around 35000 for mess and rent for college hostel. There is no additional charges .

Exams and labs are from time to time. Never a hectic day but more emphasis is given on learning and understanding all topics. Labs are regular and enough time is given to thoroughly understand topics. You cant say chilled out but if you are really looking to study some new technical world things you will be happy

Placements and job opportunities are very good. 94% in my year 2008. Even Google placed one and Microsoft 2 in my previous batch. Microsoft 2 and Morgan Stanley 2 in my batch. Along with that there are more than 40 companies who visit the college and place student every year.

There are sessional exams , one pre university exam and one university exam per subject per semester (if you are lucky enough to avoid those backlogs). Practical exams are also conducted in the laboratories. Don't expect a chilled out environment. Be prepared for a hectic environment. Examination environment is the strictest one that I have seen in my entire life.

For my batch (2012-2016) academic fee was around 95000 per year which was the average fee if you look at the top most private engineering colleges in APJAKTU. If you look at the C-grade engineering colleges, then you might find the fee on the higher side. But in its own class, I will say the fee is comparable to other institutes.

Our College is known for the Fests. Like, every week we have a fest in the college irrespective of inter or intra. It's like some mandatory stuff tbh. Fests maybe Cultural like Kalotsav or Business fests like Cipher (Intra college) and Chanakya (Inter college) And the best of all is the fest known as DHWANI which is the most important fest which is participated by the college all over India.

The companies they associate with or the companies who come here for the recruitment are well reputed ones and can give us a good exposure. Companies like Delloyd, Google, Goldman Sancs etc have been recruiting their trainees from here. Also since I'm in the first year, i do not have much knowledge about the companies who provide job opportunities to the students.

The faculties of Electronics and tele comm and Comps are very good as well as the qualifications and teaching experience are also good . I can not generalize good or bad over all because there are some exceptions in every college , some who take advantage of there position , rest the teaching or practicals or notes are well enough for anyone to top university if you do self study also.

There are basically 2 main events celebrated in our college. One is techinical event ICARUS held in odd sem period and other is a cultural event namely ZODIAC which is held in even sem. There is also a Academic focused event known as Innovision. Apart from that there are many small events or festive initiatives like Ganpati Sthapna , Industrial Visits , Workshops and seminars , etc.

Placement is very good. CSE branch placement is best. In electronic also so many core company coming like qualcom texas etc. It give best platform to talented student who want to join core company. Many company who does not visit other nit or some IIT bit it visit this institute.

There is two exam one is mid semester exam contain 20 marks. Other is end semester exam which consist of 60 marks. And rest 20 marks on teachers hand. Grading order is a+,a,b+,b, etc. It is based on grading system.max grade is 10.

Fest and events organised twice in a year,dancing and music events are nice, paper dance and painting was good.engal College of Engineering and Technology, Durgapur was set up under the aegis of SKS Educational and Social Trust in 2001 with an objective of imparting quality education in Engineering/Technology and Management for the upliftment of the society and the masses.pus and its infrastructure

All scheduled and based on WBUT pattern,every six months one exam, total eight exams to get degree or we have to finish all exams in 12 attempt , people can get 12 chance to write all their exam and if he or she is fails to write then they can get this change in next year but in same semester so we can say it was nice overall.

There are 3 Mid-Semesters called CIA (continuous Internal Assessment) which would be conducted mostly once in a month. 2 exams are conducted each day during the CIA which is generally burden to most of the students. Each semester has 90 working days. 1 exam is conducted a day during the semester exams. Internal marks are given for a maximum of 50 and external marks are given for a maximum of 50.

Faculty has good knowledge but they don't expose it much. you need to approach them to gain good knowledge. Some of the faculty has Ph.D's with good excellent skills and majority of them will be having M.Tech degree's who are from within the state and so, lacking in communication skills.

Ther are many events organised in our college.We can take part or volunteer or just enjoy the events.When the year starts, first event is Freshers party where freshers show their talents then comes CU fest which is similar to a fair and is very enjoyable.As i belong to engineering, there is an event that is tech fest, organised by us.Similarly there are events of hotel managements and other streams.All the festivals are also celebrated with enthusiasm.

The placements and job opportunities are totally assured.The package reaches upto 24 lacs and companies from wipro to microsoft, all invest here in our college.The wipro packages start from 3-4 lacs. Though i don't have much knowledge about all these, but the passed out students are really enjoying their placements.

Exams were conducted periodically and Labs were fine providing good infrastructure helping the students enhance their capabilities practically. Faculty help their part in helping the students perform well. Examinations were not as hectic but were there to test our academics and were conducted according to the curriculum.

Campus life is good enough to enjoy all the facilities provided by the college Administration. Gender Ratio is 2:1(Boys:Girls). Extracurricular activities like singing,dancing, Rangoli competitions etc were conducted. Sports like Basket Ball,Volley Ball,Cricket, Tabletennis,CarromBoard, Football,Chess etc were provided.

There are various types of events conducted throughout the year. Cultural fest called Zest is celebrated annually in which various recognized personalities like singers, actors, writers, politicians etc are invited. There are various seminars and other competitions for robotics, Hackathons etc organised.

Campus life is nice. Students from all NCR region come here. There are lot of extra curricular activities and sports competitions. Seminars and workshops are conducted for robotics, debates, quiz competitions etc. Students taking art in extra curricular activities are provided marks for these.

Around 43000 rupees per year is tuition fee they charge to student. I think it is very feasible and affordable if we compare to other colleges fees. But extra charges are also applicable like exam forms etc. There were scholarship available to poor and backward classes. Exam fee was also feasible. Fee structure was very clear and as per norms provided by the governing university.

Our seniors are good. They were having behaviour with there juniors. They were showing good work ethics with juniors. Seniors always used to share there work experience with juniors and are having sense of responsibility towards juniors.
