Labs were well equipped to modern facilities. The marking was also lenient in most of the cases. Books and Library provided apt resources to study.

Since PEC (Pondicherry Engineering College) was the cream of the colleges in the University. We were the first pick.We had mass recruiters TCS, CTS, Infosys, CSC, Keane, IBM, Caterpillar come into college. Salary packages started off at around 3L PA and went to as high as 6L PA. We also had a rule that once a student gets placed, the student cannot attend another company for placement opportunities.
