As we learned basic bechlore in commence course from our college there was no job placement or any offer from companies. We have to find job from our end . But i opt for master in commerce i didnt went for any interview or meet any companies executive for job.
The course was not an easy one as we had to work very hard in order to score good marks. The course was semester based and we had a total of 6 semesters. 5 subjects in each semester. We also had the choice of an optional course in the 5th semester .
Those were the best days in my life as we had programs every week. Mostly cultural conducted by each departments and sports. There were no sexual discrimination in those and as a result we had all out participation.

They are good. But can't go much out of the subjects. Since I took computer science branch, most of the learning came from books, internet. We had a pretty good library and computer lab with mediocre internet facilities. The speed of internet was the only disgusting thing. Most faculties are M-Tech and are good in there subjects. Being a private institution they did a lot of spoon feeding expecting a better result.
All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE)I loved computer science branch since I wanted to pursue my carrier in computer security. The admission process was simple, the college will publish a ranklist from the applicants based out of the criteria 50% of +2 exam marks and 50% of entrance exam score. According to the rank you will be called, you can choose any branch if seats are available.

Campus life is not very great. You wont see students bunking the class and sitting around in the canteen area or around the play field. Strict rules makes students unable to bunk classes and you cannot even access library during college hours. Every class has only one dedicated library period in the week.
I took JEE entrance and ranked about 3 lacks. Didn't want to leave the territory so looked up for the best colleges in the state. The college ranked among the top colleges in Haryana, called up and enquired about the admission procedure and based on my 12th percentage I got the admission.
Placements for Computer Science is the best among all branches. Mostly all without backlogs will be placed, although many go into service companies like CTS,TCS , infosys. But there are good companies coming like HP, Amazon, Commvault,Red hat, Oracle etc. and many others as well providing good placement opportunities. Average package would be 6 lakhs. Although many good companies would offer upto 15 -18 lakhs.
Exams are hectic in the sense evaluation is strict, so you need to write decently to score good marks. But there will be leaves in between generally for university exams so it gives scope for last minute preparation as well.

Quite good for IT field while core people seems to be left out at large. Highest payment of my batch went to 12 lakhs by barclays while average is in range of 2.4 - 3.2 lakhs. As MIT is a brand, many big fishes do visit the college.
All government scholarships are available in college and also college provides some assistance to students who are from backward classes who can't afford their expenses. But no. of such students is around 5 a year.
There are various groups, clubs for different activies, they organise competitions, events and keep the campus alive. Debate competitions are organised by debate club, members participate in the outside competitions every year. Robotics group is a very large group. They work really hard and make the college proud throught different competitions. Labs are of really good quality and there is quality check maintained by the institution.
As this is an autonomous institute, they decide their syllqbus and exam system. We went through a continuous evaluation every year, every semester. Also, every even semester(4th, 6th and 8th), we had to take electives(subjects offered by other branches). I studied one of the metallurgy elective in 3rd semester, in 5th semester I studied ERP from production and 8th semester I studied bioinformatics.
In the month of october, there is Mindspark, which is a national level technical event, there are robotics competitions, coding competitions, over 10000 students from different colleges visit during this 3 days event. In the month of January there is Zest, which is an sports event, that goes on for 3 days. It is also an intercollege event organized by COEP. In the month of march, we have Regatta organized by COEP boat club, which has Punt Formation, Mashal dance, Kayak races etc. During the same time we have our cultural event. Also their are different clubs, which participate in differebt competitions across the country. Coep drama club and coep street play group(mad adds group) are some as examples. Also there is SpicMacay, which allows students to enjoy the presence of world famous artists like Pt. Biraju Maharaj.

The campus life was good with good relationship between the male and female students. The number of female students would be slightly high in each branch except in the mechanical branch. Ther ewould be workshops conducted on a regular basis with equal participation from both genders. There has never been a problem based on race, religion, politics or economic status. There was tolerence towards students coming from all sections of the society.
Instead of internship, we had to do our industrial training which was part of our syllabus. We had to undergo training for 7 days at any civil engineering related company. And then had to prepare an industrial training report, which would be subjected to questioning by the external examiner during course viva. The training could be done in groups of maximum 9 persons.
I-CET 3800 score it's the top one the college in city and their education quality is good when compared with other colleges and atmosphere of the college is very good and faculty is good for management studies. Even infrastructure of the is good.
They offer free internship programs. If we want to do out side they allow you to do internship program out side of our college and must need to report day activities in internship schedule.
Campus life on a scale of 10 would be 7. Since no hostels were available so no hostel parties were there. But extracurricular activities were organised efficiently like tournaments of cricket table tennis football, etc were organised. The labs were provided with all latest equipments to meet with the tooling standards.
The first batch was started in 2008 so the seniors of those batches were really helpfull and guided the juniors in academic as well as other matters. Seniors also helped in making arrangements for juniors placements.

Corporate oriented course curriculum. The couses has been designed such that the students get full knowledge about all the domains and get placed in the top recuitment company. They teach professional skills for recuitment and employeblity.
One of the best faculty which a student can get fully supportive faculty. Anytime available for help.Gives the proper notes and Gives the full details about the syllabus .Proper assignment, Viva, test exams has been shecudled.
Gender ratio was pretty good.It was a gujarati doninated college. Quite conservative. No one had a slightest clue about world affairs neither had the curiosity. It was a very regressive place. I hearf recently had a case of sexual harassment by the PT professor.
Course curriculum was quite exhaustive and I had Marketing as the elective course. Studying material was very obnoxious from the University. The text books had more than 200 spelling mistakes and at times it even had really sexist examples.

There were no companies who would look in that college for placements. Internships had the same status. The students were so disinterested in achieving anything and didn't have any caliber to say to make it to any companies.
There are lots of companies that come to our college but many of them are related to computer science and I t . Civil engineering companies are less to come but one cinda company was there. Welcome company , TCS many placements drive also take place.
I don't want to give any remarks. I have spent my 3 .5 years life in college and i can't forget these days throughout my life. Forgetting everything about studies sports. I found real friends here which I will be thankful to college.
Our college strictly follows all the rules and regulations of the University it is registered with. Apart from that it is very strict with their students at the exam hall. There are cameras also been recording your movements.
My opinion is really good about the campus. Its a large campus. With playground amd all courts. In campus hostel facilities is also available. There is a shop too from whrre u can buy pen paper notebook ans snacks too.
They shared that your senior year could be your last chance to get some real world experience before you start pursuing full-time employment, so try to complete an internship or even get a part-time job related to your field of study. This will give you the opportunity to develop useful skills and get some much-needed experience to put on your resume that will make you look more appealing to potential employers.
Application form with fee structure and prospectus can be collected from College. Admission is done on the basis of merit (marks obtained in Higher Secondry).Admission to B.A./ B.Sc. is done immediately after the declaration of HSC result of Maharashtra Board.
