There are so many MNC's visited our college.tata consultancy services were offering 2.1 lac annum. Syntel were offering 2.0 lac/ annum. CSC computer science corporation 3.0 lac/annum.Birala Soft, KPIT, IBM, Hexaware so many MNC's visited our college or our student appeared in interview.

I like the college and the administration too.as I said earlier if I could opporchunity I will join that college again. Overall the reputation to this college in MP is on good rank. as well as the locality were this college has been established was bit far from the crowed and noise.

We had many events organized from our college, that made us rule our college, in that srilankan cricket tournament was the best, All srilankan who studies in Bangalore participated in the tournament

I enjoyed my college life, with all this extracurricular activities, expecially I was meant for sports, I am sorry I dunno anything to write about the above mentioned options.

The faculty was a mix up. Faculty was enough qualified but when come to teaching some are excellent in explaining the subject while some fails. Remember good faculty as of now but they were helpful expect the management.

Had a different cell for placement but at our time we didn't had good experience with them. Most were the companies are closed when we went for joining but some companies were good. Package not too high expect 3-4 lac.

I have done three internship in three different level and in three different organisation/institution. Association of municipalities and development authorities, new Delhi was the first organisation where i worked as a intern for 6 weeks and then Action for children environment where slum children and their surrounding environment were analysed during my internship. Generally they offer around Rs.5000-Rs.7500.

We have lacking in placement as all other colleges are having placements. Although we have good job opportunities. This thing i can say because the passed out batches are successfully working in some organisations and some of them had opted for higher study.

Gec has mainly 2 fest and one annual sports meet every year the fests are as follows, EUPHONIUS: this is a tech fest conducted by students, ALFRESCO this is a cultural fest. Both the above fest are conducted every year within a span of 10days alongwith these two fest gec conducts a annual sports meet known as SPARKZ. Here the students from different college across state take part in different sports competition like cricket, football, volley, badminton, racing games etc . These competition are held in the gec in campus ground and proizes are distributed to the winners.

I have been studying in Gec for past 2 years almost but have never or heard any racism or religious issue inside campus. Everyone enjoy equal freedom in and out of campus in Gec their is a high percentage of boys compared to girls like 70:30. There is no college politics in or outside campus against any thing related to institution gec has a great field where students practice cricket, football, volley etc. Gec conducts many state level workshop and seminars.

There were celebrations going on all the year round. Some of these were:Annual function(singing, dancing, drama, band). Performers from other colleges are also invited. Robotics- we were encouraged to create our own robots in an intercollegiate competition.Diwali party- Only college I have heard of that actually throws a diwali party for its students and teachers. We all assemble in the grounds and burst crackers, light lanterns, feast.basically have fun.Saturday evening parties- Oh yes, thats true! Our college actually hosted parties for us every Saturday evening. Performers were invited and almost every party ended with a DJ night.Farewell parties, fresher parties, new year parties and some pujas were also held each year.

The college seniors have been very supportive and encouraging. They have always pushed us forward be it regarding participation in blood camps or sports or literary events. During placement too, we were in touch with them and they would always advise us in the right way. Our college also holds an alumni event every year where students get to interact directly and ask queries to there seniors who have actually faced the corporate world.

I did my internship in the Ericsson Pvt. Ltd. and i got the stipend of Rs. 10000/ month. I learned a lot about networking, transmission of the packet data, mobile communications , etc. The trainer was very nice. He use to explain everything to me in a very good manner along with his work. That truly shows his dexterity. The technicians were very helpful.

The faculty particularly in my department was fabulous. The lectures were very nice. They use to solve every problem we encountered very easily. They use to guide us in everything, either it was related to studies or it was personal. Apart from studies they use to organise some event where the interaction between studentams and teachers grow more.

As i said one of the finest colleges for accounts hons in asansol. So the faculty for accounts are very good with deep and througho knowledge. Apart from that one of the teacher from english leturer was very good. We use to go for any type of question related to any topic any time he help us a lot.

There were total 4 semisters per semister there is a fee of 20000.addmission fee was 100000. We use to pay this with transfer from bank and online transfere facility was also there which is a convenient way for the paymnet

Appeared OJEE entrance exam and qualified with 1047 rank to get this college. I opt because it is renowned college with high prestigious reputation and highly followed curriculum and best performance under Orissa state.

Placement is above average. l would say more than 80 percent student got placed every year in reputed companies. Mostly information technology. Providing good support to increase job opportunities.

I have done three years of Polytechnic Diploma with Information Technology branch, so based on percent. I got selected for this college. This college is the most reputed college in the city which provides lots of other courses like MBA, BBA, BCA, BE etc.

Institute of information technology and management college is part of ITM universe which is now became an university itself. And in my city(gwalior) this is the college from where most of the student got selected in company like infosys and wipro.

The placement for the college was good. However if I specifically talk about the Chemical Engineering branch it was below average. Only 32 students were placed out of the 60 students. One of the reasons for this was that only 42 were eligible for placements as others had a low CGPA and had backlogs, hence could not be a part of the placement program. The college had an exhaustive 6 months internship program. I was among a few lucky candidates to have got internship from the companies visiting the college. I did my internship at IOCL R&D Centre Faridabad and got Rs 8000/month during my internship. Generally speaking 50% of the students got internship from College and the rest had to use their links to get internship. There were less than 10% of the students who were paid during the 6 months internship. The other companies which came for internship were Ranbaxy, DCM Shriram, Ballarpur Industries, BILT etc.

Since I have selected the Evening college the syllabus of this course is received from the University of Madras, and the Syllabus contains with the Organic, Inorganic and Physical, Chemistries and there are few elective subjects like physics and Mathematics for first and second years.

There are so many faculties available for each subject in my college, for example, for organic chemistry we had a lecturer. Who is having a Ph.D in the Organic Chemistry and similarly to the other subjects also, the lecturer will be mostly a certified Ph.D professor.

All in all, amazing faculty with great experience. The exposure provided here is extraordinary. A lot of events are regularly organised in which students can actively participate. A wide range of courses are offered. The crowd is really nice. No ragging. There needs to some improvement in infrastructure and new equipments are required in the labs. The managing staff is excellent. Library is overwhelmingly filled with books. Any and every book can be found there.

Extension of class 12th syllabus. Overall easy. All the three subjects physical, organic and inorganic chemistry are taught. We have to choose a generic elective subject as well. A language is also compulsory. Along with that evs is also compulsory in one semester.

My college follow co-education system,both girls and boys study in college. Number of boys are more if compared to girls in my college. My college has hostel parties, celebrates almost every festival arrrange workshop at regular interval of time, have guest lectures every week, overall the life in campus is good just we have to tolerate with mess food.

One problem of my college was it is strict regarding attendance and they detain if low attendance throughout the semester and also they provide less holiday. As holidays are necessary for the completion of projects and doing extra curricular activities like visits,participanting in competitions and having internship.

We use have sambharama named for our cultural event happend in the collage. Which had the combination of both north and south cultural events. Events was given to me . But for the execptional bright student or the needy one stipend was given. Ther was multipple govt and semi govt program for poor students offer for the stipends.

Intially I took multiple engineering entrance exams, starting with PET,IIT, AIEE, KCET. I chose to go to Karnataka as I was intrested in going to bangalore. Great location n environment. Good study cultuer with mis of all north and south students.

Exam structure is very complicated because of all exam schedule made on festical seasob and two miid taken in each semester and final exam then practical exam and viva. College arrange extra class for fail student in mid examinatin.

I stugling period of job competition market placement policy of college is good but some problem is faced in campus. In college campus computer field got more oppurtunity to get job but mechanical stream got trouble in campus.

Exam structure was based according to Calcutta University. Before the University exams, preliminary mock test was also carried out in college and whoever pass this exam are allowed for the board/university exams. Apart from this, regular class tests and surprise tests were also carried out.

Course Curriculum was very well organized. College follows the Calcutta University Curriculum for UG Microbiology. It contains Basic Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biophysics, Industrial Microbiology, Biotechnology and Laboratory based studies.

I have given UPSEAT exam, My Rank was around 8000. And My Army Rank was 102. Initially I went for counselling considering that I will get Army Quota but on counselling center i get to know that Army Quota is valid only if my Dad is posted in UP. I missed counselling of AIEEE where my rank was around 38000 in a hope that after using Army Quota I will get government College. I selected this college as i wanted to do my engineering from NCR. I learned many things in NCR

Till 3rd semester exam structure was good. After that our University have started taking inky theoretical exam. People used to just read last 10 years paper and Quantum. They used to get passed just based on these 2 things. They have stopped studying to earn knowledge. And those u have not referred these things got less marks as even they have converted numerical paper to theoretical.

College is simply awesome a good life starts here celebrations of many many fest may be cultural, technical, management, health workshops and what not. Competitions are always entertained and so sports mostly the teams will be going on here and there for any of the competitions going on. There are five campus in the college and so there are many inter college competitions too practice matches and all happens in between the campus and hence the most best thing is achieved. College teams have won many competitions at different level players are sometimes not provided with what they want but sports is always encouraged.

Mostly annual day, freshers party are celebrated like hell else importance is given to all festival. Other cultural events are also celebrated many other fests are also done in a year and those are mind blowing as many students turn up with the innovative ideas. The best was the robotic fest mostly the huge ones are the technical fest and the annual day celebrations. Many local celebrities also joins up to be a part of the celebration media support is also there. Even I was interviewed for my model presentation which won a second prize on national level.

Course Curriculum was indeed a good learning and intuitive one. Of the course interesting subject like OOPS and Data Structures accompanied with more theoretical subjects like Data Mining and System Engineering. Also there were other interesting programming language subjects like Java, C# etc

College has been a moulding structure for me and all my friends. We were made into what we are today because of what the college has thought us We would not have reached the place we all are not if not for the college and the management that has led it to be one of the top colleges
