In my batch 95% people were placed in various companies like TCS, infosys, Hewitt, wipro. Consulting sector was the largest recruiter, contributing 274 offers from 33 companies including A T Kearney, Accenture, Booz & Co, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Global eProcure, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Oliver Wyman, Parthenon, PwC, Siemens Management Consulting, and ZS Associates among others. The E-Commerce sector made the second largest number of offers on campus. 142 offers were made by 15 companies such as Amazon, Bluestone Jewellery, BookMyShow, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal and Quikr among others.

Quite good highly qualified faculties were there to take our classes education canﾒt be used to its fullest without its application and we have realized that its equally important to provide various current and future prospective job opportunities to the students. We organize our facilities to Train & Place students as per their aptitudes and interests.

College was good with nice staff regular classes they support students also standard was middle canteen facility and all other facility was there in which student can survive most important fees was not much.

There was no placement from college they have to search job for themselves only but if u score good marks afcourse you will get the good opporunity like i have got more than 3lakhs per annum package.

Starting of my degree i was in canra college mangalore we used enjoy the college i had lack of attendence shotage, due to that principal did not allow me to write exam so i joined besant college and wrote my first semister and passed in good marks.

Actually we did not have any stipend or any internship the fees was not so high in the college it was three years of my degree i did not apply to this not did not know any general stipend.

There are so many sub-faculties available under engineering faculty in my college like mechanical, electrical, ENTC, computer but i choose mechanical faculty becz i like machines. These College is good for mech department having good staff and have good workshop.

My college have 10 yard campus in which one workshop is there also we have room for playing indoor games also all the faculty of college institute has one conman ground in my college we enjoying so much we live free life in my college.

Extra-curricular activities by various students clubs happen throughout the week everywhere. The labs are well equipped and modernized. The sports department and gym are very encouraging and equiped. Debates and competitions keep occuring all year round and various levels with active participation of students. Students from various religions and countries go to our college. They get along well with the native students. There is absolutely no discrimination of any kind.

A number of fairs and exhibitions have been conducted only in the last five months. Technical fairs such as for robotics, hackathons and student mini projects have been held by various departments and student groups. The kannada rajyotsava was celebrated on a grand scale showcasing the students talents. The NSS volunteers even conducted a BDC very recently and helped blood banks collect 1450 units of blood.

Faculty was very co-operative and knowledgable as it was 1st CET for Diploma students i was 45 days late to college and the classes were already running. All the faculty members helped me a lot to cope up with the subjects.

Fee structure was feasible and every year scholarship was sponsred for rmerit students college management was very supportive to all students and fee structure was efficiently revisited for merit students.

There are lots of events we celebrated in our college technical as well as cultural programs are gathering dance and natak technical events are gravity in which college invited a student from many colleges to participate also the robo races solar car race also the star events.

Nice course intresting thing you can learn a lot of innovatory things you also join the course if you are intrested in circuits and networks basic subjects of electrical engineering are electrical machine power system Network analysis smart grid programmable logic controller.

Course was elaborate and in sync with most of the other universities. First year being the basics and common across all branch. Second year had basic core topics like programming, algorithms, computer organization, data structures mathematics, graph theory, logic designs, unix and digital electronics. Third year had Operating system, microprocessors, networking and databases. Final year had advanced computer architecture, Wireless netowrks, elected for net as elective, project and presentation.The Course has evolved over the time to include some latest technology like artificial intelligence etc.

We had a mix of students from all part of the country and the world coming from different economical and social background but everyone existed in harmony and interacted with each other. There were hostel fest only for the hostel mates managed by themselves and it went over for 4 weeks full of sport and cultural events and ending with the hostel day with lot of cultural activities and award ceremony.

So many events are celebrated in the college every year. Departmental events are also there.Samvad:-This is a lecture series in Computer Science Lectures by eminent professionals in the field of Computer Science and is organized generally in the month of January every year. Bits & Bytes:-This is the technical festival of the department organized by the students with the help of teachers. Department organize various events like programming competition, project competition, quiz, seminars, paper presentation etc which help the students to develop the organization skills, and also to explore new areas apart from their regular academic activities. This is generally held in the beginning of the second term every year.

The fergusson college was established at a time when the attitude of the Indian masses towards higher education of the western type was yet in a formative stage and when facilities for such education for the generality of Indian students were inadequate cricket club was there where various college level competitions are held there is tennis court, basketball court, well equipped gym. So many technical and non technical competitions are held by the college college days were awesome.

The college organizes the following events:1. Freshers- for 1st year students at both students and teacher level. So 1st year students enjoy two parties.2. Orientation programme- for 1st year students.3. Parents Day- where 1st year students perform and they call their family members. 4. Fest- A three day fest is organized every year where groups from other colleges participate and many competitions are held during these three days where any student can participate. Some celebrity or band is invited to perform on one of the nights. 5. Sports day- is organized every year in which groups are formed and students participate in various sports events.6. Founders Day- is celebrated every year. On this day meritorious students in academics and co-curricular are given awards. Some celebrity is invited and a well established alumni is given award.7. Farewell- Like freshers farewell for 3rd year students also happen at students and teachers level.8. Pre-fest- A pre-fest event is organized every year just for the students to dance and enjoy.

There is no placement cell per say in the college so companies do not come to college. Students have to look for jobs on their own. But for few students teachers refer them to their contacts. The only drawback is that after just doing B.Sc. a great job cannot be expected. This course requires M.Sc. in whatever field that suits the student. I did my Bachelors in Home Science and Masters in Human Development, after which I got a good job. The package though was nowhere if compared to other MBA or Engineer students. If money is what motivates you then this course is not for you. If learning and good work attracts you then please go for this course. Mostly all the students get jobs after the course, of course if they want to do a job.

We had electives from electronics, mechanics and civil and it was very helpful in learning beyond our curriculum faculty from other branches also were very helpful and made things easy to understand with labs, field work etc involved, though not a part of the course so it was very helpful.

Many fests each year then we had rotract club organizing fun fests aisec also had its events each year technical fests were held branchwise, but on 1 year we had a big fest jointly held by all the branches together there is a lot of learning experience involved besides the fun element.

Our Training philosophy is to provide a range of relevant learning opportunities that support and develop students at different stages of their academics. In Training and Development we collaborate with a range of Industries and Companies across the various specializations of Engineering to identify Training needs and to design and facilitate Training programs to students accordingly. The Training wing consistently researches and interact with the recruiters understand their expectations from prospective students and create an annual roadmap for training. The department executes the training plan and consistently tracks the studentﾒs performance to ensure improvement through periodic assessment tests. These periodic mock assessment tests aid students to know their areas of strength which they can upgrade further, and their areas of improvement which they can focus much time on them. The Training scope includes aptitude, technical, language skills, personality development and awareness on the company. The Training Team consists of both in-house and external trainers who are trained to provide a differential learning experience focused on application oriented to the students. Thus the entire process of training unlike tradition system covers the essential techniques to solve logical and aptitude problems, Impart avenues to improvise the language and personality and more significantly enhance the competency in strengthening the technical concepts.General stippned offer is about 9000 per month.

Laboratories: REVA has well equipped high-tech labs with qualified technical staff, latest machineries and highly configured computer systems. Reva mechanical lab has the more number of lathe machines after R.V. College of engineering and MSRIT. Transportation the college offers bus services to different areas in the city. As compared to other colleges around our institution we have more number of buses to cover different places of Bengaluru. REVA has total 21 buses which are highest after sir MVIT College.Infrastructure: provision for internet access has been made available and has Wi-Fi enabled campus, but its usage is restricted accordingly. Wi-Fi hotspots are spread all across the college, with popular spots being the library, canteens, and certain blocks.ATM, convenience and stationery shop, launderette and water dispensers. Classrooms are decent and well furnished with desk and benches with curtains on the window to restrict the sunlight into the classrooms which is not there in MS Engineering College, Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering.

Course curriculum is not up-to date according to change in the technology but still better them some other technical institute.course curriculum needs a lot of change of changes because technology got changed a lot in previous years.

This is the negative point about our college because fee structure is expensive for an average or middle class family but it is not that much college also provide scholarships for those student who are not able or financially week.

We have legal debates with different colleges, different seminars are held on various law related topics, moot court competitions are also held then there are also the common room games girl ratio is more than that of boys there is no gender biasness elections are regularly held it is a co-ed college.

Faculty had 6 permanent teachers and many famous well-known guest lecturers from the high court of calcutta and other well-known law colleges. The standard of education that they provide is good and we have a huge law library to help us for consulting and reference.

Seniors comments are not good because college can not help him for the placements so no job provide by college no extra efforts taken by college for the placements or no interaction with parents, not given awareness to student about private sector or market life.

After completion of my Diploma the BE course is only 3 years, so getting exemption for the 1st year subjects are thermodynamics, design, refrigeration. Theory of machines, Strength of machines, Fluid power, Machine drawings, ets which are very interested.

You have to source your own internship/summer training, a letter from the college for the same will be provided as per your needs on request stipends are rare, it is up to you if you wish to learn really from internship or just for the sake of fulfilling university requirements because summers in chhattisgarh are really hot often crossing 45 c.

You will appear for class tests through out the semester of 20 marks and internal of another 20 marks which is called as TA (teacher asssement) you require to attain 12 marks in TA atleast or you will be failed in that subject which causes serious issues, the main exam theory is of 80 marks out of which you need to score 28 marks to pass.

The course curriculum was quite good. It gives a detailed description of what a computer is inside and outside. The course also includes human ethics which will make you a better human being. It also has humanities and economics so basically it touches all branches respectively science, commerce and arts.

Lastly i would like to say that my college life is something that I am enjoying to my fullest. It is not better than school life but it has wrapped me up so well that I can't think of a life without this college. I am spending 4 years over here and am making sure that I make the most out of it.

Very nice and knowledge full facalty was very frank to students and also was helpful they give us a right direction of our career electrical department's head of the department was so help full to us.

Electrical engineering with 7.4 CGPA my subjects was electrical machine, power system, power electronics, control system, computer language c, electrical drives, engineering mathematics.

There is placement cell in the college this cell works to provide job to the graduates after successfully completion of their graduation. The college is very good in comparison of other colleges in the city as it has good faculty who always ready to help students without any biasness the management also watches every student and make sure that politics do not get space between studies and student all in all I must say the college is good to study.

Yes the college management provides scholarship to the students, but to avail the benefit student has to under go test organised by the college and if the student clears the test then only they get scholarship one more thing For those people who do not afford fees then they can get scholarship offered by the management college manage offers fee waiver to minority students too as shia College comes under the management of minority society.

U have to pay the course fee before starting the course for 1st semester and similarly you have to pay your fees for rest of the semesters. There are total six semesters the fees changes every year so can't tell exact fee amount.

Campus life was really very good and very competitive at the very same time in both academics and sports and other activities. Parties were not allowed in the hostel no there was no discrimination in any religion.
