The course which is Bachelor of Science in Geography and Geoinformatics is a new course under the new NEP rule 2020. The course is about the geography and geoinformatics which helps us to understand that how is technology is used in surveying and mapping and map making by cartographers. The curriculum is good as it prepares for three types of jobs. One is UPSC and other government jobs then comes IT sector and then the Teaching profession. More computer and tracing rooms should be provided as many are getting admitted to the course. The following course has semester wise exams which will be twice a year with practicals. As of now I have Geomorphology, Cartography, Environmental studies, Statistics, Kannada and English. The difficulty level depends on the student itself as how he studies but out of 6 paper one to two papers are usually difficult but other are easy and average which helps the students to understand and clear the exams without any difficulty including the practicals.

The fees structure is affordable for all. As of now my fees was 25000. And payment will be made through online from official website of Bangalore University. The fees hikes from around 5000 to 6000 rupees yearly. The complete cost of my fees is 25000 but after paying for service charges and compulsory charges it increases upto 31000 and hostel for general category students is also being provided for 30000 per annum or 2500 per month. The scholarships are provided to the students who are from backward class and students with less than 100000 income per annum. The State government provides a state level scholarship called SSP and central government provides a national level scholarship called NSP which allows students to pay their tution fees which students can avail through official government portals after admission. The placement have been from year 2023 and made compulsory for everyone to apply and attend the interview. I work as a volunteer in my geo forum club.

An annual event of Sports will be organized every year, cultural festival will be organized each year where all tribes of northeast india meet. Book are updated and relevant. Classrooms are equipped with modern equipments. Overall sport conduct is mind blowing Yes neau have clubs, press, and bands

My strong interest towards accounts and finance led me to choose this course. The course curriculum is hihgly regarded for its relevance, well structured to provide a balanced blend of theoretical and practical knowledge. However, there is a place of improvement in making the curriculum even more practical to better align with industry demands. While the frequency of exam is once in 6 months and regular internals and assignments their difficulty level is moderate.

My overall experience with campus life has beeen higly enrichihng, college events happens in regular basis and an annual events in the end of year. The majority of all books related to courses provided are available an many more. The majority of classes have technological provisions, most of sports equipment are available an separate basketball court and many more. There are many societies in collee and can be choose as per one preferrences.

Tution fee is same as what the MPPURC told them previously 2,3 years back fees was 90,000 and now it is 110000 per year decided by MPPURC, but they write in the fee structure that it can be changed any time depending on situation,but never changed b/w last 4 yrs just changed bcoz decided by MPPURC. complete cost will be 4,48,000 approx for 4 yrs. schlorship names:for getting first rank in boards/for getting top on whole state board or CBSE/staff member child; and schlorsip for st/sc/obc not disburse yet because just 4,5 days bac registrations started. money rearded competitions are held time by time and companies visited this feb 2024 is 15(including tcs and accenture)for 7 to 10LPA package,last yr companies visited in placement season aug/sep was 20-30;

Infrastructure is good with good IT labs. SVVV's biggest fest called "spandan" held every year in jan or feb for 3-5 days and believe me its te bestest best event @SVVV. and remaining festival events and clubs event+competitions are usual. nearly all needed books are there. every classroom has its own projector and with a security camera on all time. Students can join extra curriculum activities anytime, its very flexible. and Inter competitions are also there. their of many clubs focused on hobbies and hackthons to be more active,they didn't impact student life its all good. And overall campus life is more than ok.

The tuition fee of the course is near 1.5 lakh.it is bit high when compare to other central universities. Also we can apply for NSP scholarships and other scholarships. University also providing scholarships for stidents who get high marks in semester exam

There are lots fests are happening by department wise. Lots books available in the library and digitaly also. They provide smart classrooms with tv or project. Also AC there. Different types of clubs are there for students.

The experience of my college life is quite good.Many festivals are held in our campus including hillfair which is our annual fest held in October and Nimbus is our technical fest held in March,these festivals are very existing for us.Wide range of books are available in our library such as spiritual books auto biography general knowledge etc .The classrooms are well maintained and has facilities like smartboards ac fans for students .Many type of sports are being played time to time like cricket valleyball badminton tabletenis marathon jewelin throw football etc. Various technical and other clubs are there for students which they can join according to their interests and hobbies which provides them a free space from their studies.

From eighth semester students are eligible for placement before then we can do some internships.The average package for our trade is eighteen lakhs in the previous year.Minimum seven and a half cgpi is require to sit in the placements.Many students sit in the placements but only about ten percent of the students get placement.I am planning for a good placement also but if I don't get any placement I would consider to get job in navy or in army.

Tech societies have hackathons, boot camps in which students can learn web and app development.Library is quite good here.All subjects books and genre books are there.sports like basketball,cricket, football, table tennis etc.

Campus life is pretty good at NMIMS Hyderabad. Overall it has good infrastructure and a good sports complex too. The entire campus is wifi enabled and all the classrooms have air conditioners as well as led screens for interactive learning. The library is like a treasure chest. Here you'll find a lot of useful books which will help you in your academics as well as building your career. Also the library has modern computers for doing research and Bloomberg terminals for the finance enthusiasts. There are multiple student run clubs and committees which keep you engaged in various activities throughout the year.

So my total expense including my college fees, hostel & mess fees and other deposits was around 24.5 lakhs for 2 years. According to the trend I've seen I think the tuition fee hike is around 10% though it's not necessary it may happen every year. Many people say that the ROI is not justified but what I think is that it's up to you. You can make the most out of your mba and fastrack your corporate life. Every Type Of Sports Is Played. But There Is Single Ground For Cricket /Football/Volleyball. Space Is Very Less. No Basketball Court . We Have A Badminton And Table Tennis Court. Also A Carrom /Chess Room. Selection Of Teams Happen Every Year Before University Compititions. We Have Almost 10 Cultural Clubs And 15 Innovtion/Tech Clubs With Ncc And Nss Too. Student Can Choose Club Of His Choice May It Be Music / Dance/ Acting/ Filmaking/ Photography.

There is no need of improvement in the course curriculum and teaching level because college is running form 70 years with good opportunities. Timings of exam are in morning for mid sems and end sems and for quiz and tests timing are in evening after classes

Name of the annul fests is engineer which is held in every odd sems in a month of October and cultural fests name is incident which is held in even sems in a month of March. There are two library in college one is central library and other is e library which is of great facilities and technology. The infrastructure is very good in the campus. There are like 18 hostel blocks, 12 men and 6 girls hostels. The campus is huge, we have many different accademic buildings. We also have a huge library with 4 flors and a lot of books like you can find everything there. VIt does decent in sporting, they have all the sports with fields and everything but the good infrastructure is paid like the indoor badminton court, swimming pool and gyms are paid. There are hundreds of clubs and chapters. Rivera is the biggest cultural fest of south india and our tech fest is Gravitas which is also very good.

The course curriculum is good for CSE especially, as we have exposure to many fomputer languages, AI ML and a lot more that theoritical learning. Being a college, the professors are qualified but the study part you need to do it yourself. There are some subjects like Digital System Designs, Microprocessors, which is not very much required considering our course of CSae but they are there as compulsory courses. Coming to exams, VIT has more exams compared to other colleges. Every month there are either CAT or FAT going on in our college.

The names of annual fest is BITOTSAV ( March) and some tech fests includ. PANTHEON etc. The range and accessibility of books is in good but lacks newer edition of books. The facilities and technology provisions are according to fulfilling the course outcome but lacks maintaince . The facilities and technological provisions given are projector in classroom.the classrooms are not that comfortable having plastic benches. An overview of sports and extracurricular activities have a wide opportunity but the college lacks intrest in funding students for sporting events . The college doesn't properly maintains it's fields and courts as per the funds received. The 2nd semester fees must me less then the 1st semester since it includes extra fees in form of admission fees . 20000 increment is seen as we move from one year to another.
