July 6: Shivaji University Kolhapur Summer Exams 2021 to Begin From August 10, Details here
Shivaji University Kolhapur (SUK) is set to commence SUK Summer Exams 2021 for all registered degree and diploma students from August 10, 2021. Shivaji University will conduct all exams as per schedule.
- As per the official notice, Shivaji University’s affiliated colleges in Kolhapur, Sangli, and Satara district will begin the academic session online.
- Summer Exam 2021 syllabus will remain crunched for the coming exams.
- The summer session practical exams will be conducted latest in the last week of June 2021. All summer exams are likely to be completed in a month’s duration.
- Summer Exams 2021 will be for 50 marks, in which 25 questions will consist of 2 marks each.
- SUK Professional Courses Exam 2021 will be conducted in clusters meaning, affiliated colleges will conduct exams one at a time.

The University has made the date of online application form submission by the students of the colleges from July 12th, 2021 to July 22nd, 2021 and the date of confirmation for candidates enrolled by the college has been from July 14th, 2021 to July 24th, 2021. Similarly, the date of downloading the admit cards has been 29th July 2021.
July 2: Calicut University Postpones Semester Exams Slated for July 3 Onwards; Check Here
Calicut University has postponed all semester exams scheduled to be held from Saturday, July 3, 2021, following the government's decision on the COVID-19 situation in the state.
- The university has issued an official notice that reads, "In view of the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown, Calicut University has decided to put off all the exams that have been scheduled to begin on June 15. Revised dates will be announced in due course.”
- Calicut University had made the decision to defer exams amid rising demands to cancel exams. However, online exams will not be held for UG sixth-semester and PG fourth-semester students in its affiliated colleges or distance education centres.
- As per sources, engineering colleges will hold online exams as followed in APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
July 1: Gujarat Education Department Allows Colleges to hold Offline Semester Exams 2021
Gujarat Education Department has given a green signal to state colleges to conduct offline exams 2021 for students in July. The decision was made seeing a dip in daily new COVID-19 cases in the state.
- As per Gujarat Education Department, the final decision to conduct an offline exam is left to state colleges’ exam authority. However, many colleges have already decided to go with the pen and paper mode of exams.
- For now, all semester exams of undergraduate programs (except final year) have been cancelled. Such students will be promoted to the next semester/year based on merit. Further notice for the same will be released on the respective college's official website.

June 29: DU to Hold Online Exams, Issue Digital Degrees Due to Covid-19 Pandemic
Delhi University (DU) has decided to conduct online exams and offer digital degrees to ensure safety of students. University officials said, “The new examination system threw challenges now and then during its implementation, but the university learned on the way to tackle each of them and improve the system in the process".
- Delhi University has introduced "Digilocker" through which students will be able to access all academic records through online means. DU will furnish online transcripts, digital degrees, migration certificates and also provisional mark sheets.
- Earlier, it replaced traditional classes with online education platforms for students to continue their studies with ease. The university held internal assessments and online exams for the first time in August-December 2020.
- Delhi University affiliated colleges offered Digital Degrees to prevent any physical activity amid the pandemic. Over 1,000 digital degrees and 3,900 digital provisional certificates were issued in the past academic year, while 1.78 lakh degrees were issued at its 97th annual convocation.
June 29: DHE Odisha Releases Online UG, PG Exams 2021 Guidelines
Department of Higher Education (DHE), Odisha has released online exam guidelines for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs on June 28, 2021.
- UG, PG final year exams will be conducted online in the months of July and August 2021. Result for which will be declared in August-September.
- Students have the option to appear from their homes or any place suitable for them. Odisha universities or colleges will share online exam details and modalities before exams commence.
- Students have to attend interactive doubt-clearing classes, online from mid to the end of July. College teachers will mentor an assigned group of students; list for the same will be released by June 30.
- The official notice also read, “All Back Paper examinations will be held in online mode by the end of July or August for these students as well as already passed out students".

- Utkal University will be conducting PG semester exams 2021 in online mode.
- The decision has been taken in view of the spiking COVID-19 cases across the country.
- Mid-semester exams will be held from July 15 and 20, while the final semester exams from June 20 and continue till month-end.

- students will have to enter their roll numbers and enrollment numbers and would get the digital marksheet in an all-new format.
- This will be a digital marksheet wherein in addition to the subject wise marks, the marks obtained in the previous year and the total marks will also be mentioned.

- The examinations will begin from July 07, 2021.

- MIT Manipal has announced the cancellation of end semester exams for B.Tech students due to the Covid-19 surge in the country.
- The institute made the decision considering requests from students and parents with regards to cancelling exams.

- BFUHS has released the revised date sheet for BDS, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic and M.Sc Nursing on its official website.
- Candidates belonging to the above mentioned courses and appearing for the exam must check the revised dates.
- BFUHS was scheduled to conduct the exams in the month of May – June 2021 but it was later postponed to be conducted in the Month of July 2021.
