Remarks

Ramjas College is one of the best colleges of the University of Delhi. It located on North campus. All teaching and non-teaching staff of this college are so supportive. Classes run everyday timely. Lots of societies like dancing singing debating theatre and so many are here. This College is like a 2nd home for every student who graduates from here. Overall It's best.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose physical science coz of Physics chemistry and mathematics. Faculties are best in this college. They all are highly educated. Classes run everyday timely. Exams held twice in a year. Exams for this course are so easy. You can pass easily just preparing in 1 month.

Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement is rarely seen in this College. Sometimes few companies visit in college for campus placement and only a few students become eligible for campus placement. Placement is poor in this College.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are normal according to course. Neither more nor less. There is no any fees hike issue in this College. I haven't got any scholarships. The scholarship is provided by State governments also. Campus placement is available but rarely.

Each department conducts individual fest in February month in every year. College also conducts a fest every year in the same month. Books and journals are always available in the library. College library is best for studying. Lots of students studies there. Sports and so many extracurricular activities are available on the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Some knowledge some confusion

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.

The admission process of the college is through Cuet ug admission examination, I had applied to other top colleges of The University of Delhi including Kirori Mal College, Hindu College, St. Stephen's College and Hansraj College, However my score was best suited for Ramjas and I was allocated this college during counseling process. For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects. Scoring atleast 750 above out of 800 is necessary to get into top colleges like Hindu, LSR, SRCC etc. Then based on the marks , you are allotted the college , there are 3 rounds of allotment.
