Absolutely satisfied with the college

To get into college you have to be qualified for jee mains and get through JOSAA counseling. the official jee main authority releases the application dates and application forms. The application differs for boys and girls as well as differs by reservation category. Our college provides a certain number of seats for all categories of students. once you get into the college you will be verified your respective documents online and after they are verified physically, and you are allotted a seat. The admission process is very smooth and well being. We have enquiry centers for every state. If we have doubts we can contact them.

I am interested in the automobile sector. As NIT KKR is one of the reputed colleges in India I chose this college. All the teachers here are highly educated and have high teaching experience. we can learn a lot from them. they help us both mentally and physically. In the college, the faculty-student ratio is 1:11. Teachers from all departments help us. They conduct mid sem exams once a month, and end sem exams will be conducted at the end of the semester. All the question papers are difficult but easy to attempt if we learn the concept in them. Our college takes absolute grading in which scoring 85 marks out of 100 is the target. however not only the marks also skill in the concept is essential.

Nearly 90% of the students got various internships from the college. Top companies like Google and Microsoft gave opportunities to students with the highest stipend of 5LPA and average stipend of 2LPA. Also, many students get internships in the government sector like DRDO, ISRO, etc., Mainly the roles offered are project developer, project intern, and many good roles. Also, many students who excel in their intern get directly placed in their company.

The placement drive starts the procedure for the students of the 7th semester. By the end of August, 70% of students will be placed in various companies. amazon, honda, google, Microsoft, Nestle are some of the top companies that recruit students from various departments. the highest package of this current batch is 48LPA and the average is 12LPA. Also, many students opt for higher studies, and also many students also get into a startup business. The placement procedure also runs very smoothly. The training and placement cell takes care of these things.

The fee is not a problem in our college. The fee is structured according to the annual income of the parents. below 1lakh - 100% concession in tuition fee. Between 1lakh to 5lakh - 1/3 to be paid. Above 5lakh - full fee has to be paid. Our college provides merit scholarships to the top 3 students of every department. Also, we are eligible for many scholarships. I selected to PRIME MINISTER SCHOLARSHIP and I get 30000 from them. For student educational loans, the college provides a form having our complete data. For special category students, they get nearly 70000 for various scholarships per year.

Our college conducts many various fests and events in which mainly two of them are techpardha (the technical fest) and confluence(cultural fest) in which students show their talent and enjoy the complete event. our college has many clubs. I was a part of 5clubs namely SAE, AEROMODELLING, MECHSOC, ANTARIKSH, SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE. I learn a lot from the clubs and enjoy being in the club. we have a large library with various types of book collections. The library is fully air-conditioned and with well-equipped Wi-Fi facility. and we have many sports events conducted among hostels and departments. each department has its separate block having classrooms and labs. the classrooms are equipped with fully modern technology with a great learning experience.

Our campus has 10boys hostels and 3girls hostels. Each hostel has its own mess and has a separate volleyball court, badminton court, common room. each room is provided with a bed, fan, chair, and table. The room is well sufficient for the student. The room also contains a LAN connection with a maximum speed of 100Mbps. We need to register to get into the hostel. We need to pay a mess advance fee of 30000. and we are allowed into the hostel. the food is good for north Indian students but it will be difficult for south Indian students for a while. Thereby the student gets adjusted by the food automatically. But every day we used to different curries, the only disadvantage of the mess is that it does not provide non-veg food including eggs. We also canteen that runs till 10 pm.
