Remarks

It is better to take admission online than offline. After online admission, they can cross-check and it would be student-friendly. They should give proper time to get the documents from government office like for income certificate etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My previous record of placement and internship was very good and I am interested in electrical engineering so I choose this course. The faculties of this college are excellent and have a sea of knowledge. Our lab assistants have also had a great experience. They teach us in the best way and they are student-friendly. There are two mid-semester exams of 15 marks each and 50 marks will be external or end semester exams, 10 marks will be attendance, and 10 for class performance in a semester.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There are so many companies that offered internships in our college like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Netflix, Apple, Samsung, cloud, and coding ninza. There are also so many paid and unpaid internships available. If anybody doesn't want to take internships then they can easily join the project work in college itself and get opportunities to work with great faculties available in our college.

Placement Experience

4

In the 3rd year, students can get the internship and in the 4th year, they will get the placements. The placement record is very good is an average of 80 percent with a good package. Placement of computer science and information technology students are very good and Other are above the average.

Fees and Financial Aid

After getting good results in the semester exam they will give a merit cum scholarship. I got the scholarship from the national scholarship portal. It is very easy to take a loan from SBI bank which is inside the instate. I also get financial ads from our respective alumni associations.

Campus Life

4.5

There are lots of clubs and societies in our college and website too. Sponsorship club. Electrorek club EMR Music and dramatic AVR And each game has another club One special club is for web development and I am also part of this club.

Hostel Facilities

5

There will be a separate room for a student in which a fan, study table, chair, bed, and almirah, will be provided and the building structures are very very good. Our meal quality is very good for nonvegetarian students. Due to Kurukshetra, a holi city nonveg are not in our mess menu. So somewhat it can affect non-vegetarian students but you can easily take it outside the campus. You can also order it from Zomato.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
