Before, the lab condition was not good. But after the coming of the new director Padma Sharee Satish Kumar, labs are improving suddenly and all instruments are properly working. But after having a good lab, there are no good lab assistants, so students are facing problems to get knowledge about practicals.

In the undergraduate courses - B.Tech Degree Courses, admissions are made on the basis of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on behalf of the Govt. of India.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum of Nit Kurukshetra is up to the mark for research purposes, but needs some up gradation with the development in technology. in this regard the college faculty is working hard to upgrade the syllabus of the courses.also developments in the laboratories is being done tp improve the practical experience.

Yes college provide internship various companies visit for the internship programme as per my filed of computers amazon microsoft may be not sure flipkart came or not but yes a good variety of renowned companies came for the internship process and for offline google was also an option for internship.
Placement Experience
Placements : Many companies visit for campus placements. Top most companies are L&T, Amazon, Microsoft, Hero, Maruti, etc offer packages starting from 4,5 lacs up to 40 lacs. There are nice and quality placements.
College Events
In NIT Kurukshetra a lot of events are organised in even semester by different courses separately. In one year about 4-5 fests are organised, on band also come and one celebrity come every year a open theater is there for celebration of fest and night party dance is also organised by student. I Also had organised a twelve days Solar photovoltaic teacher training programme every student get opportunity to get part in events and organizing team.

Fees and Financial Aid
Mainly scholarships are for SC and ST students for ST students a friend of mine received around 1.25 lakhs each year as scholarship loans are also provided for both tuition fees and the mess too educational loans as we say them.

Yes our University supports etxtracurricular activities.Tt brings the inner talents of the students.The facilities are good.
Hostel Facilities
NIT Kurukshetra has nine boys hostels.The Institute girls hostel namely Alaknanda Bhawan, Bhagirathi Bhawan and Cauvery Bhawan have the total capacity of 610 seats for B. Tech.
Alumni/Alumna
During the convocation we meet up with the alumni of our college. They are very helpful. Those who are working in any organisation that on of us got placed into, then they share every minute details about the life and opportunities.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is like this.every semester we have two midterm examination of 10 marks each.we get 20 marks as attendance benefit. And 20 marks as teachers assessment. The final examination at end of each semester is of 50 marks .That complete the 100 marks in each subject.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is, no doubt, very good. Most of the professors are themselves from reputed colleges (IITs and NITs). The faculty of the college is very experienced in both teaching and industry purposes. All the teachers of all the departments are very hard working, nourishing the minds the students.
