- Campus : The campus here is quite large and have varieties in choices of demand as it contains everything you want ... want to wander every place is good enough
- Greenery : The greenery in the campus is too good be exist ... their is an excess of trees acting together to give a overall good environment for studies
- Swimming pool: This thing is new to me that's why I am biased towards this ... college have an amazing swimming where you can learn this sports and make your day interesting.
Dislikes
- Professors: Some of the professors here are not very enthusiastic when it comes to teaching . They need to improve a lot regarding the pedagogy of teaching
- Attendance: Attendance here is 75 mandatory which makes it difficult to manage sometimes because the boring nature of lectures .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course Curriculum here is pretty much fair you get the know a lot of things regarding subjects with the latest technological advancement studies The faculty member here is very well-qualified teacher with an immense good background having phds. Some of them are very lacking in terms of teaching methodologies which sometimes bear you a lot but you have to cope with that. The student ratio is 8:1 Exams here are at a moderate level. All you need is just a good dedicated hour of study with proper planning.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very much available for CS IT and ECE students but for civil and other OCFE branches they have to opt to get an internship based on their interest in the technical field.
Placement Experience
In 2021-22 the number of students who got placed was only 50% because the civil branch didn't have a lucrative job offer like in computer science or IT. Placement in CS, IT or electronics branches is excellent. all you have to do is work hard and grab the opportunity. The first reason why civil engineering students do not sit for placement is that they are preparing for government jobs. Logically, civil engineering students have lots of spare time, so they try to utilise the time for something better. The average salary package offered in the civil branch is 7.94 LPA. The average salary packages in the Cs and IT branches are 19.81 and 18.30 LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, it's a government-funded college, and you need to pay the fees according to your family income and categories. You can check the fee structure at the college website. Scholarship is also provided for those students who scored very well in their exams That amount would be around 80k.
Campus Life
The campus life is very well and good. Here we have many societies where you can spend your quality time with like-minded people. The annual fest Confluence is here which is organised every year and lots and lots of activities are done here. Talking about the academics campus wise facilities it's no doubt at par level .... Good libraries, amazing infrastructure and other supporting materials.
Admission
The admission is done on the basis of JEE MAINS Entrance examination and usually, the cutoff for this college is somewhere along 47k for the home state (Civil Engineering ) for another state it is 39k. Eligibility of the course depends upon the rank you got in your jee mains. There is no such admission form rather than counselling itself through Josaa. Different categories of people get their admission based on their own cutoff.
