Course Curriculum Overview

I didn't choose this course. I got this course based on my numbers. I want to pursue others. The student ratio is generally good. The faculties are also good and have great knowledge. Faculties are very trained. Graduated from IIT, some from DU itself. Exams are semester-wise. Only internal exams are there. It's easy to pass the exam. If someone reads one month before the exam he will easily pass the exam.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 18110 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I think the fees are high according to the course. The fee hike is there. However financial aid is provided to needy students. Those who have a family income of less than 5 lahks get a 100 percent refund and with 8 lahks 50 percent.

Campus Life

There is no annual tech fest. books are available there in the library and Libra is well maintained. The classrooms are vary old because the college is 104 years old. Sports activities are there you can play any sports you want. There are numerous societies you can join.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is good for there but seats are less. But it is very affordable. But I live in pg. Pg starts from 10k to boys. The college distance is 1 km from here. Pg has good not very much but edible food. I was also allotted with hostel but I didn't choose it.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

Eligibility: Those who have PCM in 12 can apply for this course Candidates have to give CUET in the domain of Physics and Chemistry with English and maths. The exam is conducted by NTA. Application fees are approx 1250. The exam is conducted on various days and shifts. Improvement:- Some reforms should be there for science students. As it is difficult to score the same number of questions in that time. It is easier to score questions in arts and commerce than in science. It requires time to solve questions in science. Which students from commerce are getting in Maths, Stats, and Cs courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Some knowledge some confusion

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.

The admission process of the college is through Cuet ug admission examination, I had applied to other top colleges of The University of Delhi including Kirori Mal College, Hindu College, St. Stephen's College and Hansraj College, However my score was best suited for Ramjas and I was allocated this college during counseling process. Ramjas college experience

For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects. Scoring atleast 750 above out of 800 is necessary to get into top colleges like Hindu, LSR, SRCC etc. Then based on the marks , you are allotted the college , there are 3 rounds of allotment.
