Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum at my college is meticulously designed, offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. It covers relevant topics, fosters critical thinking, and prepares students for diverse career paths with valuable skills essential for success in the real world.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement services at my college are exceptional, providing personalized career guidance, internship opportunities, and networking resources, ensuring students are well-prepared for successful transitions into the workforce.

Fees and Financial Aid

Financial assistance is provided to those who family income less than 5 lakhs per annum as give some fee waiver and those who have income less than 1lakh are also given fee waiver , but hostel and mess fee is fixed and has to be deposited in advanced

Campus Life

The campus social scene thrives with a myriad of clubs, events, and gatherings, offering students opportunities to connect, form lasting friendships, and explore diverse interests, enriching their college experience.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

NIT KURUKSHETRA: An Honest Review

The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly. Document verification:-Required documents include JEE scorecard, class 10/12th marksheet and income certificate for fee waivers. Pay intial fees and confirm your seat....Read More
