In this college market is very small. For many thing taken outside the campus
Hostel is very old . So be prepared for it

Placement is the motivating factor and main factor for me.this college is a good reputation in india.his campus is very big and professors are also good. Extra curricular activities are conducted in frequent manner.the 60%of syllabus is usefull for professional journey. The no. Of subject is very high that is approx 40 subjects . There are two mid sem and one end sem in every semester.

In this college so many companies are visited for the internship like Microsoft , infosys, Google ,tcs ,Akash, byjus , the Symons and in this college ppo (pre placement offer) are available for approx every student.

In starting of 4th year company will come for placement . Tata , infosys, Akash,ongc,ntpc,iocl, Microsoft,Google the mostly comes in campus placement. 1.25cr is highest package and approx 14.16lacs is average package. 85% placed in this year. I want to get placement with min 1cr.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is high but very less as compared to private colleges.but if your income is less than one lac then you get tution fees is 0. Total cost is approx 7-8 lacs including hostel charge, library etc.if you get fee remission then total cost is 3-4 lacs including all the things. For scholarship jpp birla, reliance finance and nsp. Many phd students get stipend

Campus Life

The annual festival of this college is confluence and technical festival is techsparda. More than 1 lac books is available in college. Dr. Sushil,Dr. Abhilasa,Dr. Ashwini,Dr. Dwivedi,Dr.ramnna Reddy are the most professor in this college. The annual sports fest is citius. Many students are run ngo and social helping group.

Hostel Facilities

2 fans, 3 table ,1 big study table. Its meal is very good. After taking admission enter hostel after that pay the hostel fees through SBI collect . Don't take room for rent outside the campus because the campus provides a good hostel

Admission

In intermediate min 75% marks And cleared jee main with a good scores Admission should be taken by participating in the jossa counselling. Jee mains exams 2 times conducted in every year. You have three attempts of jee mains one with 12th and other two after 12th. The process of counseling is very tipicle be careful.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

This college is in tier 1 nits and also it has given many great alumni which are one of the main reasons to go for this college . The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly.
