Good faculty and good staff with clean and green class rooms such a good college with standards of teaching with the courses

Absolutely fantastic experience that will be there with me forever. The only remark with my college is college timings.

It was awesome experience. No i had not faced any bad experience about my college. Overall it was a good experience. At starting, i was afraid that how could i stay here, and then after few days later it was awesome.

We had given a entrance exam at the starting of college. And then after tge college was started. No there was no any interview process followed. I am interested in mechanical branch so i had choosen the subject.

As mentioned in the Introductory title of this Survey this is Placement driven Institute which offers Training to all the job aspirant students through Soft Skill, Employability Skill and Technical Skill Training. The Placements are through On and Off Campus Interviews with many Top Multinational Companies. It has MoUs with many Companies for Placement and Training activities

The Admission Process consist of Entrance exam and followed by 3 rounds state level. I got the admission at Second Round for the Preferred choice. Followed by reporting with fees at this institute. The fees are decided by Maharashtra State Fee Structure. I didnt opt for the next round of admission. This is 4 year course and I preferred over 2 year diploma course

The exam structure was pretty chilled out. We had enough time in between each exam and the semester exams were well spaced. This helps in better preparation. The practical exams are conducted prior to the theory exams and since it is batch wise, it is conducted in a very organized way. Theory exams are conducted for 3 hours. There are 10 two mark questions and 5 twelve mark questions. The whole test is for 80 marks. 20 marks are internals, calculated from the internal assessment tests that we write. Scoring well in the assessment helps in improving the overall scores.

At first it was difficult to adapt from school to college. But once you find friends, it is great. In my department, there were more girls than boys. All of them are very helpful and friendly. People from all walks of life, various social backgrounds, ethnicity were a part of my department. People from Andhra, Telangana, Kerala, Delhi, Punjab were in my class. The staff, the students, the administration of the college treats everyone the same way and shows no sign of intolerance towards any race, religion.

Yes we do get ample time for extracurricular activities. Our college football team won many runner up trophies. And we many gold medals in athletics from past few years.

THERE ARE ABOUT 16 FESTS (TECH, CULTURAL,MANAGEMENT). We Enjoy a lot in Cultural fest. Entrepreneurship fair was happening from last 2 years.

Placement starts by the end of 1st or 2nd month of final year. But recent case is that not many technical based companies for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical are recruiting. Placement for CSE, ECE is good.

Faculty qualification was excellent. But sufficient faculty strength is not present. Many elective subjects are left untouched. But students faculty interaction was open to all.

HNLU organize COLOSSUS, HNLUIMUNC, HNMCC they are the major events of HNLU which organized every year. They are good enough and many institutes from the all over India come along.

Yes, college helps you in getting the loan with their banking partner IDBI Bank. They provide you Central Scholarship for concern classes.

Exam structure was very bad. one can easily pass the exam without knowledge of the subjects. most of students prepare for exams only before 2 or three days before exam. most of us studied sorry learnt from 10 years. there was around 6 to 7 of my friends who came to me before one day from microcontroller and embedded system exam. All of my friends passed the exam but i failed. even my teacher indu bala was saying me to got rechecked my paper but i refused. I have to pay recheck fee even if in recheck there was a huge mistake my checker.

I got admission by paying admission fee hostel fee and one semester fee. i paid all the amount in cash. i also paid around 4000 security which they promised to return at the end of course. but at the end they demand too may formalities for security return like no dues from hostel warden (i had left the hostel in 3rd sem), no dues from mess, from canteen, from librabry, from all the lab Computer lab , chem lab, phy lab, internet lab, etc..

I am a Delhite and my college is on outskirts of Delhi and also i being residing near du north campus used to think i will enjoy the same college life. but being into a professional (b.tech) course gave me a different view of college and its life. i came to know how to lead a professional ethic life, learnt some good meaningful things.college management is getting strict day by day for laws against students but the other tasks like things that need to be get done from peon are not getting done. ac's dont work even after complaints. in total the college needs a great improvement else it will keep running the business with no fruits.

fee structure is worth it if they provide all the facilities someday they dont have working ac's someday they dont have working internet, someday non working pc's. Infact the fees is not even for all it varies alot. i think they should first create their infrastructure with all the facilities that they mention in brochure at time of admission and then demand the fees. i pay 50000rs for bus fees , 175000 for tuition fees with development charges. but in last 2 years only a few students were taken on industrial visits not all, which was most disappointing. in 3rd year we had our first visit.

I got this college after giving upsee 2014 exam, as per rule of college selection through counselling, i choose the college after a lot of interactions with students and people, as they recommended me about this.i chose the course B.TECH from mechanical engineering as I found it was great to get that.

the most entertaining thing, that is our Annual cultural function"DISHA", Four days function that includes sports, educational, cultural related programs.BENNY DAYAL, MIKA SINGH, NEERAJ SHRIDHAR, DALER MEHNDI have visited the college too for making the night special call" STAR NIGHT".

The consider Common entrance test and Pre university marks...it was a merit seat . After pre university examination...Common entrance test will be conducted ...in that there will be total of 120 marks ...they consider both CET and Physics chemistry mathematics marks from pre university examination...

Fail at Ram College is a pack of awesomeness whether it be in terms of STUDIES or enjoyment. So i can say i had completely utilized my college life from study to taking part in various events, from emotional sadness to great happiness along with frnds. Overall wonderful experience.

14000 p.a fees Fees is affordable to each and every student. Compared to other colleges, Daulat Ram College has minimum fees among st all the colleges of Delhi university

I got admission in to my beloved college by eamcet examination and there is not there any interview process, and the course was advised by my parents

Good to be in part of all the extracurricular activities in our college with my friends and enjoying the way of implement our inner talents

Exams are conducted according to a decision made by committee of principles frequently , usually students love to expose themselves involving in exams such that they help knowing themselves about their knowledge.

There are also placements for some good companies also but most of students get job their jobs in interested companies even though many of them prefer to continue with their higher studies.

very good in extra carricular activities conduct many activities like joy of giv ing which is csr activity sport event lakshya, teahers day for every sept 5 freshers for juniors farewell for seniors business games for both years guest lectures skill building activities training and fest named colloseum. ratio is good many people come to study and are very friendly irrespective of thier age and we work in TEAMS AND MAKE EVERY EVENT SUCESSFULL

ts feasible comapred to other colleges its only 6.6 lac for 2 year i think its good and bus fee is depending on area u stay the college has tie up with rtc where rtc busees come for student pick them up in favour of gitam and drop them in clg by 9.00 and render there rtc services normally till3.00 pm and come to college till 4.00 puck the students drop them till the buses last stops and render thier rtc service again

There are crises for placement in mechanical dept Around 10 to 15 percent Accenture Infosys Tech mahindra etc.... 3 lakh per annum but for some student who are really intrested in placement they got placed in big companies also like nvidia, google etc.

The annual fee structure is 1 lakh..... Fee structure is good for middle class family but its not worth it.But for maharastra student they got schlorship according to their category from their goverment and that is very helpful.

KEAM entrance exam.I was trying to get admission in this college because it was near my home.In my opinion to get this course is a Boon because it is a standard course than any other courses. Most of the students who wants to do engineering opts for this course.

In this college the faculties are very experienced and they are changing on every semester.Their interaction is good, they are teaching us very effectively, giving many problems to practice in class hours and homework etc

Every department of the college holds departmental fests. But for the entire college 8th mile is the most awaited. The annual techno-cultural extravaganza of RVCE, “8th mile” is one of the grandest and biggest fests in South India. With an annual footfall of more than 30,000, 8th mile seeks to celebrate the incredible talent and caliber of every engineer by hosting a diverse array of events and shows. Staying true to the adage “work hard and party harder”, over the last few editions, 8th Mile has become synonymous with epic proshows. If the days are ruled by hackathons, treasure hunts and other cultural competitions, come dusk and the grounds of RVCE evolve into a concert and take on a vibrant hue courtesy of the show stopping performances by some of the top bands and performers in the country. From glamorous fashion shows to intense battle of the bands, 8th mile has always set the bar high when it comes to delivering an action-packed evening. With all the fanfare surrounding it, 8th mile is more than just an annual fest, it is a movement. And the blend of talent, creativity and youthful exuberance of its participants ensures that it will continue to snowball into something bigger and better every year and still never cease to amaze.

I took Karnataka CET and secured 2nd rank in the entire state. During counselling of CET I gave option as RVCE. After getting the option letter from CET I went to the college admin department where they gave me another form for admission and challan for depositing fee. I filled all the details completely and deposited the fee in the bank in college premises, took reciept and approached the admin department. After verifying the receipt I was asked to come back on a particular date when they issued me identity card and my name appeared in the roll of computer science department.

I am just unsatisfied with the infrastructure of the college although it's improving day by day. other than this college is good in all the other fields like faculty, food, sports etc. Learned and also shared a lot with them. The surrounding is also good, education is good and overall i would give a good score.

The exams was and labs are making me feel tired. basically its not a proper lab for English hnrs students. The lab is defined by interactive sessions and public speaking practices etc. Sometimes it is so overloaded causing headache but also necessary to develop skills too.

Pretty good. But we had to do that on our own because the college didn’t help us in that case. Yes alumni contributed a lot for college's development

Actually, the case was when the syllabus was completed in time there wasn't any problem but when our portion used to lack then labs made our day hectic
