We used to celebrate three things 1. Once the college starts there ll be a election for president, V president, Secretary, after the election there would be inaugural function for that. Normally winning party came with band and drums music with their supporters in mass crowd seems like political election then songs and dance, fun etc. 2 cultural days Cultural day would celebrate in the middle of December after the semester leave it's like a re union our team again with loads of fun. It's celebrate on the month of February.. We do have many teams as route mates who are used to come by bus in the same route. They Form one team and celebrate the bus day with drums and dance in the road.

After 12th results, college would open for admission process. There would be a very big que, Mostly girls don't prefer this college because boys total strength is 85%. Its near to my home like I was residing at thousand lights so I went early n got the Forms and I have applied maths n stats and finally I got admission letter for statistics course through postal. most of my friends were got admission in presidency college but some other department on my first day of college, I felt like a complete man and I appraised my self that came to a right place to make my career upwards.

Management is changing to apt the present criteria of students and present research advances or social advances. But management should pace up thier change. I know funds are required for college but the ratio of good students to avg students should be high like at least 9:1. Research should be funded more in laboratories, softwares.

Yes, they provide internships. But i was not aware so i took internship outside the college and done it in the summer vacations. The have strict rules that wants all the details of your every day at the time of internship and after that they also organise meetings for every internship guide to meet and explore their company for job opportunities.

Fees structure is not good as it is very high for any middle class also. I don't know about other courses but the fees for b.tech student of one semester is 120,000. This is for those who passes the criteria of admission and those who don't they have to give 2 lac +sem fees which is not good and also not worthy for studying in amity.

Different courses have different placement offers. For courses like HRM and Labour relations you can get whooping amount of 20-22 lakh per annum on average. In other courses like MSW you have multiple options, you can go for various NGO through central placement cell in which you can easily get the package of 5-6 lakh per annum. You can also opt for various PSUs which pill pay you 6-7 lakh per annum.

There exist a kind of student aid provided through various agencies. First is GOI post metric scholarship, which funded the whole degree including all expenses(tuition fee, hostel and food), though it is just for a particular class and cast. Apart from this TISS also have its independent budget for providing student aid to the students who came from a economically backward background.

I passed UPSEE in 2014. I gained 160 marks and obtained 1277th rank in that state level entrance examination. With this rank i could have easily got top private college affiliated to UPTU, this was the reason i chose JSSATE without any second thoughts as JSS, undoubtedly, is one of the topmost private college in UP. Secondly I was aware of the fact that topmost companies regularly do visit its campus for recruitment.

Our whole semester is full of technical and cultural fests. Greatest of them all is 'ZEALICON', our annual fest. It is the gateway to showcase all our best cultural and technical events. It includes participation from all around the entire college. Zealicon is a three day annual fest which does the work of shooting up our technical as well as cultural skills amidst the hectic schedules of classes.

Campus life was quite sound. Gender ratio was also quite rational. And the diversity was wide. People had come from different states as well as different corner of Odisha. The labs were well maintained. Good equipment and faculties were quite good in the Labs. There were a wide range of extra curricular activities that took place through out the entire year.

The semesters date and structure were maintained by the university under which my college was present. But the internal exams and Lab tests were maintained by the college administration. The exams were so maintained that students did not run out of touch from studies and at the same time assures that it does not grow too much hectic for the students.

The course curriculum is exhaustive. There is a lot to be done and initially, the schedule overwhelms you. But in due course, you learn to adjust and acclimate. The best part of the curriculum is that it helps you become extremely self-sufficient. The professors guide you whenever required, but a major portion of the learning process is self-study. So, it is a great way to learn to be independent in one's academic endeavours.

Yes, the college provides internship as long as it is not a paid one. They are very supportive of all opportunities which allow the students to learn and grow and become wholesome individuals. They are an extremely encouraging lot when it comes to learning for the students. A stipend is also provided for students who perform consistently well in their semesters.

No it does not proved any placement at that time and company comes to college campus to enroll student to their job list,job opportunity u have to find outside the college.job placement was not famous or not in regular practice to offer job in college campus

Course structure was not different from other college, but regularity for class was must atleast 75 % class attendance was very necessary. I have not attended 75 % class but we have managed to appear for final exam.good college for study.

Semester wise. Every semester had 3 moths because 2 months are for summer internship. Apart from semester exams we use to had Class presentation and group discussion as well. All these activities were very Learning and gained confidence a lot. Now I can say i can easily represent any thing in public as well.

Sports championship, cultural events, clubs formation, corporate connect club. There are so many other activities as well which includes Class room activities such like painting compition, logo designing etc. Then we use to get points on wach activities performed and then prize distribution

The Faculty of Annamalai University is heavily qualified mostly comprising PhDs, M. Techs and so on with heavy experience in the field of teaching. However, qualifications aside, the faculty was well experienced as to how to deal with students to carry out the teaching-learning process in a smooth manner and were extremely helpful and used lucid techniques and language to explain things whether in class or off class.

Campus life cannot be described mere in words. I can keep on writing and writing and writing. Gender ratio is well balanced, students from all over the country and also from overseas come to study. The campus is of 1500 acres. Separate campuses for physical education, sports are available. When taking about labs, I don't see any other college in entire India which provides such good labs.

I give the all India engineering entrance examination and I scored 54 marks in that exam and rank about 3 lack in all India and my state rank is 11051 and finally I got directed admissions in lovely professional university with the help of my state rank and I opt bachelor of technology in electrical and electronics engineering in the university.

The course which I opt is bachelor of technology in electrical and electronics engineering the course structure is very strong and good for future purpose and further research purpose. In this course we study about the all the fundamentals of electrical engineering and the fundamentals of electronics engineering.

We have a lots of event in our college. The events includes both cultural, sports and religious events. Starting with sport, it is a cult in our university. We conduct one of the South India's major sport event called EMT(Evangeline Memorial Tournament) were the sport person from many university of south India assemble and plays various sport like cricket, basket ball, kho-kho, kabbaddi etc.

The course curriculum at my time was not very impressive. It was ok at a basic level but the time in a given semester and and the practical industrial exposure was very less or nil. After taking admission a lots of other factors came in my mind. That i should not have taken admission in a college with engineering as well. because most of the priority is given to engineering students.

yes,stipend varies from 15000 to 20000 per month depending on the student .After the declaration of the result jee 2016 . i have applied for councelling tracking by cbse. as i already got 153 marks in the exam then it is easy for me to get admission into NIT for computer science.I have applied in many college but luckly i got NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECNOLOY SILCHAR.

Computer Science is best course for future scope in multinational company as well in research field.if any body want to do research it is better to o for mtech and phd after btech .There are many research topic that is introduced in the later stage .wo should very good in the the company also to improve my life style

Yes it does But with terms and conditions. The computer branches will receive internships in lots. The stipend may vary from 10k -60k depending on the company. Most of the students get one The scene is different in core branches, civil, mechanical and the rest. Companies aren't in abundance and the stipend is bare minimum. Some companies visiting are L&T, Barclays, Samsung, Lodha, Microsoft to name a few.

The course structure in VJTI,regarding Civil branch is good if not the best. Research is poor,they are taking steps to improve it. But it will take time. Electives are there 6th sem onwards. In 6th sem you have a choice between Advanced Geo technical Engineering and Advanced Hydrology. As compared to IITs, the electives are few. If you have a good CPI,you can attempt both subjects.

There was a online portal in which we can fill our preferences of colleges and branches according to that branch of particular college is allotted, you have to fill your choice according to your rank and in which stream you want to proceed. You can see the previous year opening and closing rank of each college and of each branch according to that and your rank you can give your preferences for branch and college.

Campus life is awesome but the gender ratio is very bad in IIT's their are many cultural , social, sports and technologies societies for extra curricular works and competitions are held during inter hall. In inter hall every event is covered from technology to culture to sports. In which you will find the best. and their is Inter IIT competitions held in every December.

The course curriculum was not good at all. But, it is same in every college. None of them talk about practical work or experiments or new ideas. All they talk about is passing the exams somehow or get the good percentage for future benefits. But once you get out of college and go for your first Interview, there you get the real picture.

You do not get any opportunities so you really do not need to worry about that. They call a lot of companies for the placement but either those are Call Centres (BPO) or those are there just to give you offer letter. But once you get passed out from the college, they never gonna give you joining. They keeps on giving you lame excuses.

There are a lot of placements and job opportunities for VIT students. In last year's the top package is 48 lakh per annum the Amazon offers this for one student. And there are a lot of other big companies are also offered jobs for Vit students like ford, bosh, Volkswagen, amazon Flipkart, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, and there are a lot of other companies came for placements.

There is a separate entrance examination for VIT. I scored 72 out of 120 and I got 4204 ranks in the whole of India. Everyone knows VIT is well known for its excellence I got a good score in many university entrance examinations but I chose VIT because it's the best.

The course structure is really good and it covers all the aspects of my stream also the structure part in the course was well taught by the faculty. There arn't much electives in the course but whenever you had to choose the electives it needs at least 10 students to choose a elective so that it can get allotted to , those are university rules so college have no say in it.

The 80% of the admission process was done online and only 1 form was filled at the campus and fees was deposited. I got the admission within 2 HRS. The form was readily available at the booth that the college assigned us. The college was allotted to me via online counselling so only thing that I had to do was to go there and claim my seat.

Exams are taken every month of which the marks are counted in the final. Many exams are taken within the week by teachers and assignments are also given good enough. In the end of the day if you do your work regularly then every day is chilled or else at the end of semester the days go hectic.

As the college rank is good the teachers take special care towards children. 5 students from one class is allotted to a teacher and she take all the required care towards children. Few teachers are good qualified and few teachers are worst as if they don't even know what they are teaching.

The tuition fees differs according to the courses. The fees for b.tech is around 1.5 lakh per annum. While for MBBS its like 11 lakh per annum. So it totally depends upon which course you're choosing. There are a whole lot of courses to choose from. So if I'll have to say the fees structure is feasible according to the courses when to compare them to other private universities around.

The Course structure is credit based,where more focus or credits are given to your core subjects. There are a couple of subjects too which you can chose as electives to sharpen your off field skills. There are departmental electives from where you can get to choose among the department subjects and there is open elective, where you get to choose among subjects from various departments.
