Gender ratio is about 5:3 which is pretty good i guess. Parties , co curricular activities take place almost every other week and with huge participation keeping students in good form. Dance , Debating , Music , Theater are one of the best Student clubs working to make life interesting here. Robotics is also a hugely followed religion with teams winning in competitions all over India.

Placements are truly the best when compared to any private college in delhi - ncr region. Companies like amazon , kuliza , deloitte , Ernst and Young , Belzabar , SAP labs , Zomato , Barclays bank came and offered packages between 6-28 lakhs p.a. Fee structure was a bit expensive but it was worth for what we were gaining from the college it started from 101000 INR year which continued for 3 years. It also include lunch swimming pool educational trips industrial visit to a different state it was expensive but to gain a future we had to spent on our present.

SNU follows a continuation evaluation patterns, which means that we keep having quizzes and labs throughout. This keeps us up-to-date with the course work. The test schedule is given well beforehand so that we have time to prepare well. The tests are easy most of the times, and if you are regular in lectures, it is not at all a problem. The labs are fun to do and we are given time to complete before moving on to the next.

The events at SNU are always happening. Be it a technical event, or cultural or even management fests. There's an annual inter college cultural fest called Breeze which happens around November. Many great star performers are brought and students from over 30+ colleges from all over India participate. There's also sports fest happening at this time. In class 12th while filling the forms for various universities I filled form for this university to keep it as an option. After getting my marks in JEE, counselling date was assigned to my JEE score. Counselling was held in chandigarh at Chitkara International School in chandigarh. At counselling a demand draft for fees of first semester was paid. At the time of starting of college hostel or transportation fees was paid.

Faculty here are well qualified but sometime will be very strict on various disciplines. You will get good faculty to work with. Teachers in CURIN will be proved helpful if you want to go for research. Students work on paid projects with teachers. You will be allotted a mentor to have conversation with Admin Department at college. Your mentor would take 1 lecture in a week to ask you about any problem.

As far as placements are concerned they are going really well and by now 10 companies have arrived and offered around 3.5 per annum and some are coming from different corners of the country providing good opportunities to the students. Companies like nestle, Deloitte, JLL, HDFC AMC, Birla sunlife, ITC have arrived and companies like viacomm18, Times of Indian, HT media, Sewells are yet to come.

I got to know about this college from one of my friend and then i just searched the application form and downloaded it from the college website and filled up the form in the month of march. After a month i got the from the college for the interview. The selection process was divided into three parts Group discussion, personality test and personal interview.

placement and job opportunities were limited as our college were not tied up with many industry, however student used to get guidance from faculty and director for approaching a right company. Most of our students were got placed where they did their final semester project like A'bad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.

Faculty was very enthusiastic and cooperative with students to help them learning. They were always open to explain the topics and help us for boosting our knowledge. All were highly qualified and helped alot. All faculty were friendly to boost our confidence and worked hard to keep our college name a top.

The course curriculum was good enough to understand the concepts provided to us by the university Visveswaraiah Technological University (Belguam). There were many courses - Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering ,Information Technology, Construction Technology, Automobile Engineering, Biotechnology .

Admission process was very simple as everything was taken care by the CET cell at Malleswaram. We had to just take the fees acknowledgement receipt to the college and then enroll to the college. Entire admission process is pretty simple. Management quota students have to directly go to the college and meet the principle for admission and then proceed further.

After getting AIR i have appeared in counseling procedure .In the counseling i have to go for the selection of college & branch. In first round of counseling i am not able to select my college but in second round i have got my college & my branch. In first round i didn't get my branch & in second i got my branch Mechanical Engineering.

I have appeared in UPTU entrance examination .And i have got 50111 AIR and I am very much familiar about this college & that is the reason behind the selection of this particular college.

CIT is an autonomous syllabus. they follow a unique curriculum focusing on the more innovation among students. The course structure was very good and challenging. It made the students to think creative and helped them to build confident. Course materials were available both online and recommended by our professors. We accessed our study materials from Library.

We have many cultural and inter college events every year. Technical symposium between the department brought us unique and creative students. Cyber fest was our department symposium. Cultural events includes dance signing mimicry and so on which was full of fun. We also had spots events for basket ball, cricket, volleyball.

Companies can come to college campus and conduct drives to offer internships to students. College is a platform then for the students. College doesn't make it mandatory for the students to do internship and nor do they ask companies to visit campus to offer internships. Amazon came once and offered internships to 2 students and the stipend was around 25k. One growing startup did that too and I am not aware of the stipend.

Placements and Job Opportunities are out of the world. That can be one of the biggest driving force for a student to join this college. RVCE is a brand and every year more than 100 companies visit the campus to hire resources. It starts even before the 7th semester starts and goes on even after the 8th semester has ended. The strength of my batch was 66 and more than 60 were placed.

Placements and Job opportunities are up to the mark.With almost 100% placement of eligible candidates in the Civil and Automobile departments. In the Computer department we were around 72 students,out of which almost 80% were placed through campus. We had companies like Infosys, TCS,Igate, GE, CSC,etc. The highest package was around 4.25 lacs with the average around 3.0 lacs.

The course curriculum is in sync with the Mumbai University. In the final year out of 4 electives you generally get at least 3 choices depending on a minimum quorum of students. Every branch would follow suit. In the computer department you may get the choice of all 4 electives but it is best to discuss with the faculty the pros and cons of each.

Nothing special just form filling and simple interview nothing else. it will hardly take more then 15 min. then they will tell you that we will inform you if you get selected and you will get selected 100%. Because only 10-20 student take admission and rest seats left vacant.

I took CMAT and opting taxila was blunder of my life. I asked students of taxila about course and everyone praise about it but the moment i joined it they started asking why did you join it. management force student for it.

The first step is registering and starting your application. In order to complete the application you must have 4 things read- test scores, essays, recommendations and college transcripts. If your application is shortlisted, you get an interview call. You are offered an admission once you clear the interview.

The faculty is the USP of the institution according to me. We are taught by world class facility, among the best in their fields. At least 50 per cent of the faculty is visiting and outside of the class they are as good as our friends and would participate in all college events etc.

I have attended counselling at Jhodpur MBM college. They are invited me for attend the counselling. I was there. I have filled the many admission forms and submitted the 50% fees also. College faculties guided me as well as helped me regarding the whole process.

As i mentioned i was the student of first batch of BE (electrical). Nothing is there for my course like no labs, no faculties . But when we were in second year we got our labs and faculties also. It was very difficult to manage without faculties and labs.

The placements of some branches are very good with an average of 6 lakhs with approximately 90% placements but some branches have very less placements as low as 10%. The core branches like Mechanical,computer sciences,chemical is good.The non core branches like paint,oil,food, also have good placement from the college with an average ranging from 800000 to 600000 rupees. Other branches do not have good placement.

The form was released by the end of 2015. Exam was held on 19th April. The answer key was released on the same day by the official UPSEE website. After the declaration of result, I had to go through 6 rounds of UPSEE counselling process. During the first round of counselling we had submit 20k rupees to get registered for the counselling process followed by document verification from verification centers.

Exam structure is surely based on the MCI guidelines which include both theory and practicals. One will have a maximum of 3 internals and 1 final exam at the end of each year. One should have to score minimum of 50% in the exam to pass the exam. In lab exam also the same thing applies which will have 3 internal sand 1 final exam.

Faculty is well qualified with having masters in their field while some having PhD. they always ready to help you . They use to explain each and every point of syllabus and class . Also they gives us extra knowledge about our field. They are very helpful in projects and other stuffs related to field.

Previously I mention that I am fresher. Till I heard that 70% of students got their jobs.from our IT department about 40 students got their job in cognizant and 20 in WIPRO. From other core stream they also got job but not as much IT department. They offered more or less 30000 as per their ability. Maximum of them would go out of West Bengal.

I know our IT faculties very well. They teach us very simply and we also learn this without any hazitations. They always there for us. Our departmental head is very much knowledgeable person and always he try to teaches us by the current situation. At lab we get a chance to do some new and the faculties also cooperate with us.

Yes, the faculty is really amazing and knowledgeable. Each and every problem not only related to academics but, also to real life and incidents are being discussed during classes & sessions. All the professors & doctor have a vast amount of knowledge which they always are ready to share with their students. What could be amazing than this, that the CHAIRMAN of the institution himself conducts a class daily for computer science.

Placement from my college is about 90% . Companies like WHIPRO, TCS, INDIAN NAVY, INFOSYS etc. all type of companies visit for their placement in campus. The average package is 3.2 lakhs per anum. And the highest package recently was 43 lakh per anum. A good and a reliable student never get disappointed due to this factor of getting job from this institution as the placement is growing rapidly with whole lot of opportunities.
