The admission process is some you have to go through counselling. If your score is good you are selected for the college. You name is registered with them you just have yo go and fill the form and get your self admission into the college.

The exam structure is nice. Two exams before the final semesters held. Mid terms and pre university tests. These re helpful to score good in the final semester examinations.

Well, the ratio is approx 60% boys and 40% girls, there are lots of extracurricular activities like in sports there are lots of games for example cricket, badminton, table tennis, football, Volleyball, and some other indoor games also, robotics and debates you have face every time.

Seriously, Placements and Job opportunities are too much here, every year final year student got the placement in IT company related to MNC's and Non MNC's also, apart from that some of them student got the placement in Navy and Indian army also. they got very good package also.

There are to many events held in 2015 when i am in 5th semester. Director Dr. V. D. Abraham is provide a permission possibly all events like janmashtmi , youth festival, elections, sports meet, days celebration all other events also provide a permission he also a present at this moment also.

I appear in JEE-MAIN 2013 after complete 12 science exam in april, i scored a 27 marks in this entrance because of it's new for our batch not have any idea about this entrance test. I option this college because it is near to my home so i can easily travel to it because of this reason.

Coming to the placements there are huge number of companies who arrived to our college many of the students will be placed every year. Some of the companies which arrived our college is TECH MAHINDRA, GENPACT , AMAZON, WIPRO, MICROSOFT,BIRLA SOFT, VIRTUSA and more. They provide very good packages. Around 230 members were placed according to 2K 16.

Coming to the faculty, The faculty of CMR college is fabulous. they are well experienced in teaching. They explain each and every point clearly and make different types of power point presentations in order to understand the students in a clear way. During exams they boost up the minds of students and encourages them.

the fees has to be paid. On a semester basis ranging from 30000 to 45000 per semester which is feasible for maximum number of students.for those who cannot afford .there are educational loans provided by the banks. There is a separate fees for the 2 kinds of certificate courses in which one is related to sports and the other related to any other skills as mentioned above and the inter disciplinary electives.

The course which I selected was b.com professionals. The curriculum of the course includes accountancy in depth which is relatively equal to that of other professional courses like CA, CMA, ICWA ,CS etc. Apart from the subjects we have inter disciplinary electives which also help in improving our knowledge like tourism quantitative aptitude which do not form a part of the curriculum.

The faculties of our college is best. Friendly, well experienced, well educated. Every faculty of college is pH.d holders. They have lot's of experience and they know how to teach and how to behave with the students. Sometimes they are soft and sometimes they are strict like parents. In one sentence I would like to say "Our faculties are best ever."

There is many companies comes for the placement. Many students are also selected from college. Every month at least 3-4 companies came here for the interview and the selected many students from here. College gives the chance for the freshers also so which company wants fresher that company also called by college for the interview.

I got the admission through 35% all india merit list provided by the university. I applied on the university's website. The notification was on the website in the month of may. The form included personal information, scorecard of 12th standard, scorecard of JEE, and the choice filling was include.

IIt JEE, and i scored 92 matks in it. I opted for Nirma University because it is in the category of the best colleges on India as well as it is ranked 6 th best university. Apart from this i had heard about it a lot so i opted for it. I opted for civil engineering because of my keen intrest in it.

There are lots of opportunities in this college. In final year there were so many chances you will get. You have to decide which company you want to go. One thing if you to do carefully is if you got placed in dream round company then you can not go for another dream round company. I got placed in 2 companies Wipro, MAQ Software.

Gender ratio was around 6:4, campus life was very good. For boys hostels were outside the college boundary and for girls, hostels were inside the college boundary near to faculties residents. Campus is very big. For boys it is good to have one cycle to go to class as class rooms or labs are little far from hostels.

The application process was pretty straight forward and described properly on its website. The forms were released sometime in November. I applied online. The whole application process was done online. Then I got my admit card and the exam was conducted in April. Once the results were declared there were two/three rounds of counselling that happened in which I was allotted a college based on the preference that I filled.

Placement opportunities are ample. All the big companies come for placement. Startups also come a lot. Some of the companies that came were - Microsoft, Amazon and D E Shaw. Microsoft IDC offered around 15 lakhs, Microsoft IT offered around 11 lakhs, Amazon and D E Shaw both offered around 20 lakhs.

University provides Placement support through few deemed Companies which have there network all over the world. Namely GOLDMAN SACHS- The best company which places students for Internship for atleast 15 k package a month. And after that when they get placed they pay 40k as minimum package to them. Now the Company comes is L&T- Package starts around 18k as trainee a month & 32k as Maximum Salary package.

Notification were put up in SRM University website already. I was pursuing my Higher Education in Kendriya Vidyalaya Island Grounds. I then found that SRM admission has started online. I applied for it, Then a date was been issued when to meet for The admission process. Hence I went up and Submitted all my documents and Certificates.

The faculty was like an extended family. Full of joy, helping nature and always made us feel comfortable. They were always ready to explore new projects with us willingly and without any time bounds always were there whenever in need. It was a lifetime achievement to get admitted here and explore so many new technologies and projects.

Through centralised procedure in second list after completing my diploma course. The form was out and since I had higher expectation and did not get any college in first round. I got it in second round. I was more than happy as I wanted this college only, I completed my diploma also in MIT, kothrud .

Events are organised by their respective committees throughout the year. Inter departmental activities, sports, NCC, NSS, Drama, Music, Art, Photography, Debate all other activities have separate committees. Most of the extracurricular activities are taken up at the Student Activity Centre, which also houses a swimming pool, two gymnasiums, boxing ring, snooker, pool, Table tennis and various other clubs.

Placements and Job opportunities are for most of the undergraduate students and some postgraduate students, very rarely it happens that a Ph D student gets placed from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad. Ph. D. students are expected and encouraged to apply for post doctorate research studies abroad.

The Placement opportunities in our college is excellent . Cadets are offered placements in the first year itself . Kings of maritime industry such as Maersk line , Chevron , Shell , Good wood Ship management are amongst the companies that visit the campus for placements . In the 3rd month from the commencement of the course , 13 cadets from B.Sc Nautical Science got placed into Good wood Ship management .

CAT exams are conducted to ensure the better performance of the students . In a semester two CAT exams are conducted , followed by Model exams which is like pre-Sem Exam followed by the End Sem Examination . Well furnished labs are there in the university and we are frequently taken to the lab and the workshop , Forget being tired , Instead it is good to learn new things .

Exams and internals will leave you feeling like you have no social life. But once you go on for post graduation, you'll understand how much easier it is here. Only because of all that you crammed in for internals 1,2 or 3 in all the semesters. There are constant internal assessment exams every month and one mid-sem examination before the final semester paper. All the marks you get will be added to the main exam.

The admission was based on applying online which I did. They will provide online forms which once filled if satisfies the criteria,you can see your name in the list they publish of students who are granted admission. Then you go there on the specified date with your certificates and they check the authentication of your marks as you mentioned on the online form.

Exam structure included both objective and subjective type of question and answers. They were testing the intelligibility of the students in different ways. They were 3 hour exams scheduled alternate days with Fill in the blanks, True or False, Match the following, Choose the correct answer.

The courses curriculum were excellent. They were well structure,updated and highly informative. It allows the students to perform in real time situation by making use of lots of problematic examples. They were in par with other top college university curriculum.

More than 90% students got placed last year and placements were really very good. Companies which come to DTU are Amazon, Flipkart, codenation, Adobe, Google, epic, Samsung, Thorogh good, Hike, paytm, Expedia and many more. Google offered a whooping package of 1.27 core to a student from IT batch. Epic offered 70 lakhs to 11 students. Goldman Sachs offered 28 lakhs. The average package is around 10-12 lakhs.

I gave a number of entrance exams like jee mains, jee advanced, bitsat, vitee. Admissions in DTU are based on your score in JEE mains score and board percentage in which I got 174 marks and 94.8% respectively. Although I gave satisfactory performances in other exams too I chose DTU because other than studies it gives you the opportunity and environment to develop socially too.

Our college invites companies to provide internships as it is mandatory for all UG students to do an internship during the course of the stay in IIT Kharagpur. If students can get into some of the major companies that come for internship, then the stipend is really good. There are several foreign companies as well which give very good stipend. The overall experience was excellent and it was a brilliant learning curve for all of us.

Being a multi-cultural college, all events were celebrated by the various associations. Being from Kerala, I never thought I'd be able to celebrate Onam in Kharagpur, but for 6 years I celebrated Onam every year. We also have several societies which organise and celebrate various events. In addition we have a social and cultural fest named Spring Fest which is insane as well as a tech fest named Kshitij.

Ceramic - before choosing it I don't know what was that but now I know very well. It is a new line and my nit is the only one to provide this. It is best for research like in the field of electro ceramics super conductor are there, in optical ceramics optical cables are there, many research can be done in nano ceramics also etc.

Exams mid sem after 2 months then end sem after 2 months with a contribution of 30- 50 in grade card, 20% is of TA I.e. teacher's assignment based on class tests , tutorials. Now labs, every working day we have 1 lab for which marks are given daily on the base of work and viva.

Out of a batch of 240 around 120 students got placed for 04-08 batch. In companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS and Infosys and few more (mostly IT companies, I remember only a few core companies which visiting campus). In short, most of the students having more than 60 % throughout where placed. But here I would like to give more merit to students than the placement cell as we mostly use to attend pool campuses.

Once you appear for the UPSEET entrance examination, depending on your rank you can opt for your college and branch preference in the counselling centre and after a day or two one is informed that in which college and branch they can take admission, if one denies to do so, he / she is eligible for a second round of counselling to apply for the left over seats.

For Computer Science people this very good course. Every year course update their subject with latest technologies. This will help us to get hired in best IT companies. College have very good tip up with MNC's. College provide very good infrastructure for students as well as faculties .
