It was good, but problem was with languages. Tamil student, Telugu hindi etc. But in campus we talk altogether. IIBS Provides free wifi for both campus and hostel. Everyone were coming from very far. So we were stay together and helping each other.
It was good, Compare to other college tuition fee was less. I already did the survey with my bangalore friends. They told that all the facilities same only. I found that IIBS has low fee and they provides Free laptop and international tour.

Placement was good for all branch except mechanical and civil. the worst thing about the college is the placement of mechanical and civil even they scored better than other branches. The thing should be under consideration is the my college was hub for off-campus but the worst thing they don't provide placement activity for his own college especially for mechanical and civil branches.
To be very frank and honest i din't get any stipend yeah but internship experience was awesome. especially the off-terrain vehicle competition was awesome which was powered by mahindra and mahindra company. their is an awesome experience of pithampur during the competition.
Faculty is very good in clearing the doubts and very transparent way explaining the subject content matter easily and it is very easy for me to extract the subject inner grave so i delivered easily the content of the question put forth me in the exam and clear the paper
Easy some elective subjects were very tough particular in Elective Data analysis & Algorithm was very tough i spent more time to concentrate to clear the paper more referral of books and guidance plenty of time to allocate for this subject
My family is from jai hind, my sister was studying there and Late Principal Shivdasani & Late Mrs Mohini Dias were two sparkling personalities I'd see in campus when I would visit my sister. Being interested in media, I applied for BMM and took the entrance exam and I remember being interviewed by Late Mrs Dias who recognised me, thanks to my sis. Great college, professors, experience and amazing classmates. Wish I could go back and eat the amazing keema pav in the canteen
We would celebrate chocolate day, Valentine's, cultural day, Birthdayy and anything you could think of. I can't think of any other days but we would take part in malhar, kaleidoscope and win them all and come. The principal would personally come and have a look at the preparations and encourage everyone.

Our college is organise all years 5 to 6 events in a year. And all student are also enjoying the all facilities gived by our campus. we are not taking difference between girls and boys. they all are equal in our premises

The faculty was good, i has a good scope of improvement. Lab equipment could be a little better too. Faculties could make the classes more interactive in theory sessions and get the students more interested and fascinated with the subject. Over all the syllabus should also be made easier by removing the redundant and outdated topics.
It was a VTU syllabus. It needs to be revised and should be more interactive. Lab sessions should be more. No point of studying al the theory when we dont know how to apply it practically. i got to choose my electives that i was interested in, and thankfully i am working in the same field.
The placement opportunities in DU are good. Companies like Genpact, Aegis, Barclays, NDPL came for placements. Genpact has many rounds of interviews and offered 2.2 lacs as starting package. Barclay offer a decent package of 3.6 lacs pa. That was our first interview, and they did a lot of grilling and brainstorming to bring out the fear of interview from all candidates.
Unfortunately at that time no companies came to offer internship. We managed it at our own. I had worked for a month in M/s Bhawani International, an export house as an office assistant at a stipend of Rs. 5500/-. It was a great learning experience for me and i used this money to fund my college tour to Manali, which was great and memorable.
A lot of companies approached our college for placements. I dont have an idea about the figures as i dint opt for campus placement. But, i had a session with the placement head and she gave me some pointers on how to attend an interview. Every student has to go through a mock interview and they receive a feedback about their session.
We had class tests every month to assess the student's knowledge on the subject and provide them with necessary help. We also had internal tests a couple of months before the finals to make sure that the student is ready to face it.

We had classes for 5 days from 10 am till 5 pm. Each day there were 2 sessions of 3 hours each. The curriculum is a semester pattern with around 4 to 5 subjects per semester. The final semester included a Dissertation and an Internship programme.During my PG, we also had electives which could be chosen on any of the 4 semester and we should fulfil around 10 to 15 credits. I chose Tamil Journalism, Sports Psychology, Child and Adult Psychopathology.Tamil Journalism gave me a greater insight on looking at different perspectives in life.Child and Adult Psychopathology helped me to gain more knowledge on Psychology Applications
The exams were not too hectic. We used to have a maximum of three internal tests, one assignment and one seminar, followed by one end semester exam. Atleast 50 % to be scored in both Internal and External exams to get passed in a paper. Similarly for Dissertation for Project, except that we had viva voce instead of the external written exam and we had to submit a report which is a consolidation of our internship activity or research work carried out under the guidance of a supervising faculty. Seminars, especially were more interesting and mind blowing.
Though we had only a few good residential faculties at first, as we reached the second year we had a great progress. And being a 6 year old college now, there are enough permanent faculties added with a set of visiting profs with industry experience.
Placements were a hiccup initially. But now, with the Big corps are fighting out there for the first day slots, there is no dearth of job placement. Still, it depends a lot on the individual caliber and luck to grab the job of his/her choice.

We used to have JASHAN every year in terms of cultural event celebrated at a grand scale covering all colleges and departments. No management festival. Some of the technical conferences were held in year 2008-10 due to initiatives taken by students of our batch with support from our teachers. However, this was not the ongoing activity.
Campus life was super awesome. Although gender ratio was a challenge but male counterpart was never a problem. No ragging, no crime ever heard of. There was some biasness wrt sikh religion and female wearing western clothes but nothing serious happened within university and was limited to oneself

The courses here are the same ones being taught in American universities. A large variety of different topics.World class lecture halls, the labs suck.Teachers don't really care if the students are understanding or not.

Campus life in vignan's engineering college is good. Gender ratio in mechanical is 48:12 and in other departments men to women is around 60:40. Hostel ratio men to women is 80:20. Sports competitions and grounds are good. Debates are weekly once and also presentations are also weekly once. The sexual orientation is almost straight. Economic status is good. Political status is neutral.
At the college level there are very few opportunities. There were around 60 candidates placed in different companies. Satyam Ventures offered 3 package 190000 per annum, Infosys offered 20 package of 240000, TCS offered 15 package of 220000, wipro 10 package of 220000, Cognizant offered 5 package of 300000

It was 4 year course with 2 semester in each. Total 8 semester. Actually i have taken admission on second year directly, cause i had completed diploma engineering from some other college, so there was a provision of taking admission on second year directly.
The fee structure is little high. Most of the family will not be able to capable of giving these fees. The caution deposit also very high indeed. The development fees and semester fees are usual with the other colleges.
Many scholarships are provided by the college. One of the scholarships is provided at the time of admission on the basis of the rank in the entrance exam. Other scholarships include the Star Student Scholarship, VITAA Scholarship.
Exams are frequent. We have two sessionals known as CAT and one final assessment every semester. Lab exams are also held three times. Sometimes it feels like chilling out but during the end of the semester, it feels very hectic.

It was too good. I have worked more than 45 days for a TMT bars manufacturing company in Gujarat. It gave me a feelings of first job, i learnt a lot from this SIP. I was not offered any stipend but the experience is worth more than stipend.
We had lots of fun in our college campus, it was equal gender ratio in our campus, our group was one of the active group in all activities in college. It was our golden days. We had many late night birthday parties.
