The course curriculum was rigorous but student friendly. Very well designed course curriculum by the stalwarts of Education Sector in India belonging to organizations like Eklavya, Digantar and Vidya Bhawan. The assessment was based fully on the assignments and classroom participation. No examination at all.
The course is low cost. For general category candidates the course fee is between rupees 20000-25000 per semester including stay and food cost. For SC/ST candidates the course is almost free. They have to pay some rupees 3000 per semester which again can be exempted on case to case basis.

Our college had a robotic society too and it had also won a number of competitions in national as well as in international events. Labs had ample equipment.

It used to be happen at the end of the semester exam. Mid semester consists of 30 marks and End semester consists of 70 marks. Both theory and practical labs paper were a mixed in a particular semester. End semesters were in general more hectic than the mid semester exams as they consisted of whole syllabus. Practical exams were a bit of fun experience for all of us.

I haven't given any entrance exam for admission. Admission is taken on the basis of percentage in 12 standard. I have chosen this university because I have to do forensic science which is not a very popular course and it was there in galgotias that's why I have taken admission here

The faculty at college suggests some of the best design offices in the city and in the country where students apply and get selected due to intensive academic work portfolios.A fair number of students also work in the offices of faculty and visiting faculty itself. My experience was very good. The studio was a great place to get exposed to the professional side of the field. It helped me grow greatly as a professional. In 2009, stipend used to be something between 6-10k rupees p.m. Today, it varies from 10-15k p.m.
The course was very well laid. It included intensive design and construction studios for all five years. Junior years had interesting electives which paid emphasis to research of urban and rural settlements. This helped one gain a lot of knowledge which could be applied to design and construction.Subjects in senior years are self driven courses which include a dissertation and thesis. This are rigorous and involve great opportunities for learning.

Only One thing I wanted to say that management should provide a strong campus placements for mca students so that all students get placed without other problems which they faced during off campus placements.

1st year was really good as courses are similar to 12th. However in successive years it became boring. So many chemical processes, equations, reaction you need to understand and remember. Sometimes I found really difficult to remember. However in last year few interesting courses added up in syllabus which were good.
Fees were pretty decent. Per year 14k, Dont remember the exact figures Hostel fees : 1.2 k per month Apart from these there were no additional fees during my periods. however these fees were changed as of now.

Boring. No teacher was knowing english properly, they should guide us through out the degree, they used to tell us the concept as overview but themselves were not knowing in depth properly. So teachers were appointed politically, but some teachers are very nice like M. Gaikwad, Deshmukh Sir, salwe Sir, Patil Sir. they were really nice.
I chose Information Science Branch (ISE) as my branch of engineering. My college was affiliated to VTU and the syllabus was outdated. It needs to be revised to map to the current age and the examination process should be changed to suit a more practical approach to learning.
The faculty of my college were approachable. There were exceptionally good lecturers from whom we picked up a lot and built upon our skills sets. As in every college there some bad faculty who did not have in depth knowledge and used very poor techniques to impart the same.

The faculty at PESIT-BSC was full mix of experience and youth, all was not good at PESIT-BSC,their were people who had pretty a good industry experience and also they helped students with their vital inputs and suggestions in all aspects. At the same time there were also those faculty members who took the classes for the namesake and just came to college for their salary, Finally i want to conclude saying that teaching at this college isn't that up to the mark,But enough to survive.
The fee structure was moderate for me because my admission into the college was through CET,but the fee structure looks horrible for people seeking admission into the college through a Management quota, the following are the details. *For cet entranceRs.45k per year*For management quotaRs.8L donation(one time payement)+ Rs.1.5L (comed-k fee paid annually).

I didn't get this chance to go for an internship from college side. But yes I tried to do it by my self during my vacations, its good learning period. I have to do hard work, I have to stay over night for support the team while project is going live. I earned 10000.
Campus life is good, my batch-mate are really supportive and cooperative. We all invovle in sports, drama, dance, labs, debates, madely. We enjoyed every moment with each other by fighting, friendship, love.

Took the MH-CET(Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) in 2005 scoring 128 out of 200 which is 64%The main reason this college was opted, was due to its location which was nearby home and was easily accessible. Other reason being, rest of the colleges had a higher admission cutoffs.MHCET was rather newly introduced then, and though other colleges accepted admission on it, PVPP opted for their own criteria and decided to consider the HSC PCM(Physics Chemistry Mathematics) scoring. There was no admission interview conducted, only the scoring secured my seat.
The course curriculum was pretty thorough considering the IT industry. The first year for all the engineering branches shared a lot of common subjects such as electronics, telecommunications, carpentary, welding, metal work etc. Later the branches focused on their related subjects, for example, mine had computer programming, data security, data analysis. data mining while electronics concentrated more on hardware circuitary etc. There were no electives in my course. Computer and IT engineering shared a similar curriculum throughout.
