During our graduation days, faculty never let us allow to touch or experience the computers after lab work/given computer work over. But here we have 24*7 allowance to explore new things around labs/computers and i can say i learn a lot from this experience. Hostel is also good and but they will allow only meals for post graduation students and not accomodation

Stipend we will get 5000 month and since we are getting food at nominal price we are able to manage to rent a house outside using this stipend. First 3-4 months it would be problem since starting stipend will become late, later on they are very seamless.

One can develop extra curriculars as per his/her choice there are really good options when it comes to extra curriculars the facilities are good there are various social, technical sports and entrepreneurial clubs that are available one can be part of these clubs to pursue his/her talent or develop skills.

I have completed my B.Tech degree in civil engineering and now i am persuing M.Tech in transportation engineering and planning in this college M.Tech faculty is very good and all are well educated.

We got an excellent placement cell and many companies used to come every year. In 2005, during our final year, CTS came first and recruited around 1000 students in the first day itself. Then on the consecutive day, TCS came and selected 72 students, later followed by infosys and wipro, both around 100 to 200 people. I got selected in Wipro and it was a nice interview experience for me after CTS and TCS. Many companies followed after wipro, HCL, birla soft, HP, Sasken, iGate etc. Almost all the students (99%) in my class got placed in on-campus and remaining got selected in off-campus. Many dream companies like CISCO, Microsoft, google, yahoo, amazon etc. also came later and offered dream package of 12Lakhs per annum in 2005 itself. Few of my classmates got selected in big companies.

Techofes - cultural event very famous in chennai. Many colleges come and participate in solo dance, group dance, singing, skit, etc. It was a very fun filled environment. Many celebrities used to come and host the shows, review and give prizes to the winners.Prodigy - quiz or game shows for school students conducted by computer science dept. I was one of the key organizer in this event. We gave certificates to the winning team and participation members.Abacus - progamming event conducted by computer science dept. This involves programming contest and problem solving questions for college students.Kurukshetra - Projects for college students irrespective of departments. This also very famous which started once I passed out.

I want to specify one thing first is there is no racking, could you believe? But this is very true in AJ college, and all senior will help to junior for example if junior wants any book, they will give their books.

Yes, Placement opportunities is good. In our batch, there are 20% of students placed in MNC companies and their life is now settled. They are still working there and had a chance to go abroad.

Since I got the seat through government counselling process they at first offered me full tuition fee waiver 40K Central Government. But after a year due to state government's awerful strategy they cancelled this scholarship and I have to pay half the amount of tuition fees 20K. For management quota you have to pay a hefty amount as donation and per year you have to pay 50% more than what government quota people around 60K.

What about the activities held on college it is arranged very well but there always some politics in the organising team. The boys and girls are allowed to talk and even sit in same benches if they want. Raging will be taken as a serious offense in my college and even students got suspended due to this.

They are placing us on mechanical company like uttam galva , securemeter and many more and l&t also come for placement. L&t provides 4.8 lacs per annum,utttam galva provides 3.6 lac per annum, securemeter provides 3.6 lac per annum.

Feasible and quite good every yearly i have to pay 45,00,00/- rs for college fees , library fees and teaching fees and also exam fees including and 35,00,00/- rs for hostel and mess including food and sports also.

Campus is like any other in Mumbai, a tall building with cafeterias, game rooms, huge library and also they have multiple student bodies like placecom, council, marketing and finance cell etc batches are fairly well balanced in terms of gender ratios and no cases of discrimination on basis of religion or social status.

As per VTU rules and regulation. it will conduct as per semester wise and yearly we had 2 semester and 3 internal exams.

Fee was 8000 for Each year, and apart from it the examination fee was 400 per Each Semister that is Mandatory, apart from that we use to have 5500 as Library Fee which we suppose to pay at the beginning of the year .

I joined my B.tech through EAMCET, I got 17175 Rank in Eamcet and Joined Mechanical Engineering in B.Tech, I had CSE and EEE in other college but I choose Mechanical Engg as my Intrest was in Automobile Side .

Placement and job opportunities are very good in CS, IT and ece branches but poor in core branches like mechanical and electrical.So one should take this college for CS and IT branch only, otherwise if he would opt for another branch like mechanical, his career would end in a IT company or he would leave the college empty handed with no job.

Campus life is average as mostly the college focuses on studies and one can play games only after their college timings. The debate and competetions happens mostly in the college, so in this particular thing college fares well. One can take part in many activites that takes place throughout the year.

We have plenty of job opportunities in each and every branch. Even though we electrical was the first batch of the college. Many of us was slelected in campus. Our topper shradha khadilkar was selected in kirloskaroil engine pune.
