Many technical workshops has been held at the campus to help the students understanding the topics better by live training. Many fests has been celeberated in the college to help getting students involved.

Alumni helps junior students with their experience. They often visit the college when college held any fest for students and alumni meet. They share their experience with the new students.

Campus has a large football field, basket ball court, auditorium, canteen, a two storied library among others. So facitlities are there. As my department was a only boys dept. so sex was ratio was 100:0. But all other departments are co-ed. The college also has a anti sexual harassment and anti ragging comittee to help out victims in any such a case.

The College management is very friendly. They do help out the students whenever we need help. They are the backbone of the collegee. Many of them are highly qualified. The College management is extremely approachable for the students and even their parents during designated visiting hours.

The college follows a semester system with two semesters in an academic year. The exam structure was divided into internal marks & external marks.Internals include 40% weightage of attendance, mid-semester exams, project submissions, presentations, class conduct. Externals include 60% weightage of the final semester exam conducted by the university.

The college has its own private entrance exam for the selection of candidates. They give a curriculum whilst taking the admission form about the entrance exam. I scored 96 percentile in the entrance exam. I chose this college because it is the best in Surat.

AIEEE, i was able to get the required cut off marks in AIEEE and opted for UIET because i wanted to pursue engineering in IT. UIET is among the top colleges in Panjab and is a good institute. Being a part of Panjab University, there are many facilities that the students can use such as, swimming, open learning classes, music classes, sports, etc.

The course curriculum consists of many useful lessons and teachers try to use resources like projectors, labs, workshops, etc to implement what they teach. WiFi facility is available in all the hostels and college campus. Teaches give extra tutorial classes for doubts clarification and supplements like tests, assignments, projects, etc.

Course was descriptive with in death knowledge faculty were so much knowledgeable with good subject knowledge only problem was timing which is not enough for detail study.

The college is a collage of many traditions, cultures, religions , and different people. In our college we do celebrate each and every festival with great enthusiasm and joy. Apart from festivals we do also celebrate cultural week where all the performances are done by various students who are highly energetic and enthusiastic

The college alumni has started in the year 2014 and has completed successfully 2 years of reunion and hope to see a lot in the future. Its always good to interact with the seniors and share their knowledge and experience. Its been a great pleasure down the lane meeting people Who had some mark in others life

Stipend offered is payable by you only only through reference or else forget it. Though the internship wes great it really demands a lot of patience. In internships you are learn on a particular subject in deep level. Internship on hacking and cracking, robotics, dance and music, sports etc.

Exam structure is quite strict.dont expect any cheatings and you will get pass.viva voice and lqb test are done in q systematic manner.it was really a good experience and most likely to improve your vision on upcoming competitive exams.

Accenture, Lionbrigde, TCS, Citibank, Wipro, Bosch, Aptech, Mumbai Education Trust, Amrita University, were the top rated organisations. Salaries offered ranged from 20K per month to 30K for freshers. But there were students with prior experience who got picked up for 40k.

Excellent internship opportunities, with companies like Accenture and Wipro etc offering internship and placements. The internship is a mandatory part of the course. Stipend ranges from 10K to 25K. Internship opportunities convert into jobs if the student performs well.

Placements and Job opportunities are by far excellent at NSIT moreover it is USP of NSIT and the reason why i chose NSIT over DTU placements are comparable to some of the top IITs and other leading institutes last year around 6 8 people got placed for a package of 1.2 crores which is tremendous achievement for its own plus all the dream companies like google, facebook, texas etc come to campus every year and recruit many students.

The course in my opinion is a little outdated and too easy to be taught to a student who is coming to attend classes for B.E program where as the faculty of NSIT includes a lot of well educated and over qualified professors who are always willing to teach and help some of the teachers might be a little nosey and will keep troubling you for whole semester but overall the faculty at nsit is friendly and co operative.

The exam I took up was an AIEEE. I opted for this college because I had known that the Chancellor and the management team is very dynamic and result oriented. They focused on quality education. They provided all the necessary infrastructure needed for all round development of Engineers. I had opted for ECE as the branch as I had a good amount of interest in electronics over IT and computers.

Annual days, department symposium, national conferences and a few cultural and literary events including essay writing and so on. Technical guest lectures by eminent professionals from academics and industry used to be organized on a regular basis.

Course curriculum and layout was standard and same as every college which comes under uptu. Though the university issues were very much irritating as i took admtn through uptu then 2nd sem. it was mmtu then again in 7th sem. it becomes gbtu. Faculty was decent but only those who had experience. New ones were just pathetic. Standard of the college changed drastically the day i entered in 2010 and when i recently visited to get my degree. It has become way better than before not best but certainly among the best in greater noida.

Gender ratio was almost equal but there was diff. in the ratio when it comes to branch wise evaluation. Local crowd spoils everything there in the city. Hostel parties do take place bug boring and isolated ones yes every semester there are tech fests and all. There are some issues like local rsdnce create neusense. Economic status of the students is same as that of our whole country.

They are really good specially for BCA. Companies like tcs wipro tech mahindra etc. Came every year to offer placements .They also provide higher studies option with working Minimum package is i guess 3 lakh.

It is feasible. Fees is 73500 per year . Consist of 2 semisters .Not as much high as private university like amity etc. Its affordable for middle class student .

CUSAT hosts every year big campus placement meets. Famous companies like TCS, INFOSYS, Tech Mahindra are leading companies who take pupils from the IT departments. Leading public sector banks consumes law students to their work force for the post of legal officers most of the students practice as lawyer under senior lawyers first and later they started their own profession independently. All other engineering and IT students who got placement were lucky to get stipend amounts to 60%. Legal students were not provided with any stipend that days.

There are Talent festivals at the end of every year before that a committee will be selected for the coordination and the conduction of the fest students of all three years are the participants best three are selected and are awarded mementos and cash awards. Apart from this Law Fest are conducted every attracting participants for the famous Moot Court Competitions. This is accredited fest and almost 200 participants from India and Abroad good cash awards and certificates are distributed for the winners.

In course curriculum they give every opportunity to get success for the students. It was an awesome and unforgettable experience.

There is a famous function which name is technorazz. It consist all type of events like technical, cultural etc.

Mainly two fests are there, techspardada it is a technical fest which involves various competition technical and aptitude based, Confluence it is a cultural fest which involves performances from bands and other art related performances.

Job opportunities varies with your specialisation for CSE many times placements go upto 200% approximately every student have 2 offers for ECE it is good but for other branches it is just average except mechanical.

Now days placement is must of college name. So they Offer many MNC company Like Texmo, CADeploy, General motors,Tech mahindra, SAS, Saint Gobian. Etc. Maximum students will placed but not assure for 100% placement. MNC is looking forward to pick up some dynamic people who can work hard part time or full time So maximum placement is critical. Placed Students Monthly package- avg (25000 - 35000).

Maximum alumni students are placed outside of areas and some students to do them higher studies. And some talented students are studying in Germany and Singapore for them higher studies. And secondary of alumnis are entrepreneur on his own way. Our college management will provide all support to the students that is most useful.

Placement and job opportunities are fine. We can not say that less number or very large number compies are coming. It also based on stream. More companies came here hiring IT & Computer engineers.

I wanna say JMIT is a college with a very cool and sweet hostel life. I got everything which i want. located on a pollution free location. Never forget the place.

Good since it is in the top 15 colleges of India & since a NIT placement is good more than 100 companies visit every year to our campus to take engineers i got selected in future's first which is in general an investment banker job. Job interview was although difficult but this company never visits any of the private colleges of the country.

I went to IOCL (Indian oil corporation, ltd haldia refinery) for my internship in my 3rd year overall it was a great experience the fact is IOCL did not come to our college to take interns but since i was from the college i applied and got selected as such without much difficulties the stipend offered was 10000 per month.

Over the years the placement scenerio is quite good as almost all the students got placed until now from the earlier batchs. Companies like Vodafone, Pantaloons, Kotak Mahindra and a number of companies offer jobs to the students. Compared with the fee structure which is low the packages offered are quite good the vary from 3.5lac CTC to above.

We were offered good opportunities, apart from the organizations offered from the department we also had the full liberty to arrange internship program in companies we prefer. The stipen depends with the organization we opt for the intership.

This college takes its own exams. The exams are held in different cities according to your preference. The ones who score good in their exam are selected. There are limited seats for every course. Limited students are taken. This is one good quality of collgege not for the sake of filling the college with students is the aim to take good quality of studens is the aim once you clear the exam then for some courses like mba you have to appear for an interview too. I took this course because i wanted to do it.

The college faculty should focus more on the education level should appoint more quality of good professors more qualified teachers more strictness and more rules to many things should be applied. There is no much of rules and regulations in the college it should be checked.not only books education should be there practicle knowledge must also be given. Trips should be organised. The office works and many procedures like exams and all should be done on time.
