"Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE)" is an innovative programme sponsored and managed by the Department of Science & Technology for attraction of talent to Science. The basic objective of INSPIRE is to communicate to the youth of the country the excitements of creative pursuit of science, attract talent to the study of science at an early age and thus build the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the Science & Technology system and R & D base.A striking feature of the programme is that it does not believe in conducting competitive exams for identification of talent at any level. It believes in and relies on the efficacy of the existing educational structure for identification of talent. So I tall about the inspire scholarship. This scholarship is the best scholarship in India. And I got the scholarship. This scholarship give Rs-60000 per year every students who got this scholarship.

Course structure is fabulous. Starting from 1st year, there is four core subjects F & B service, Food production, Front office and Housekeeping including this there are more side subjects like computer, hotel engineering, accounts, and nutrition. I have choosed Food production department to work in future because i found its made for me. I love cooking, i love experimenting with new ingredients, cooking is my passion and i can do anything for cooking. Apart from this, f & b service, housekeeping, and front office are also a very good department to work in a hotel.thats a brief information about course structure.

Gender ratio in our hostel is 60% boys and 40% girls. Every friday there is a student and faculty meeting is arrainged in hostel so can student can tell to hostel warden if they have any problem in living or have any problem regarding lights, fans, bathroom and so on. Every sunday we enjoy in hostel with a good food, music, party, and much more. Seniors are very nice and juniors too. They all are very talented in every activities like ancjoring, in debate competition, eassay competition, in sports like football, cricket, volleyball, chess, tabletennis.

The faculty was awesome and i have met those person in this college who made me a matured person in sense of respecting the teachers and education and sports was very important part of our college one of our dp has supported a lot in term of playing games like basket balls and boxing.

The admission is based on your 12 th class number and percentage i know there is better scope in finance section thats why i opt this course aggarwal college has the name and fame also in term of faculty and education.

Not so expensive. We gives 28000 as tution fee and a total of 4000 per year including exam fee development fee etc. A total of 32000 is taken from us in one year.But the first year fees is 39000 because of security money of 5000.

The exams are home centered and one exam is done during one semester. Another one has been centeralised per semester.Assignment, practical note book are submitted one time but the viva are done two times per semester.

There is gathering every 2nd semester in year. Gathering is well organised by the students. But college dont give that much support for the sports and etc. If students want to form a team and participate in anything college hesitate to sponsor them and also last year they organised a DJ night but due to their faulty organisation it really faild. There was uncontrolled crowd and anything could have happened.

College campus us very big. Its 101 acres. and as there are 4-5 different colleges its always crowded. Gender ratio is not so number of boys is always greater than girls. College dont have any student organisation which can fight for students rights and college do not support extra curriculum activities.

Training and Placement Cell facilitates on-campus placement opportunities and internship prospects and conducts comprehensive pre-placement training for students. 3-4 CTC is expected. Promised summer internship. Also addition to that they have WORKS APPLICATION, Japan visits which offer 35 lakh PA to systems and IT students.

I appeared for Mh-CET MBA and scored 63.71 percentile in that examination. I got my admission in this college through CAP rounds. Exciting placement package and friends reviews made me opt for this college.

The events celebrated in are colleges are tech twister which is a technical event and ozone which is cultural event for techtwister few other colleges from the state also take part but it is not so huge event and ozone is a inter department event these events I feel are just for the publicity of the college.

Placements here are pathetic hardly 6 students from 80 got placed with maximum salary around 20k only 2 or 3 local companies came for the interview that too because owner of the college has contacts with industries and also getting job off campus is difficult because because of college reputation.

The first celebration for any batch starts with freshers welcome parties from the seniors to the juniors. Between exams one would try to organise the technical seminars, national festivals, cultural fests and the annual tech fest.Along with this there would be annual sports events for track and field events, plus basketball tournaments, cricket, badminton.All students are encouraged to participate in all events right from organizing them to participating and cheering the participants.The sporting events would be atleast a state level competition. The annual fest would involve lot of outside college students coming and participating in these events. There were cash prizes for all events.There were lots of clubs that would be organizing variety of events. Right from Musical shows to computer programming events.

Huge campus, lots of tress, amazing sports facilities, great computer infrastructure. Our college had one of the 10 PARAM 10000 in the country at that time. Over 600 computer systems for different disciplines.Hand picked students from different backgrounds and all of them were street smart for sure without exception.we were a total of 550 students of which 170 were girls.52 clubs, LEO, Rotaract, Photography, Audio visual, IEE, IEEE, Association of computer engineers, Fine arts society, National service scheme, Highlanders adventure club to name a few.Lot of students coming from affluent and political back ground.NRI quota was 15%.

Exams were taken at every Saturday at the mid of semester and at the end of semester. That means 3 exams for one subject. External viva form first year. All the laboratory were built up with all setups considering industrial aspects. In the two hour labor

It was very useful for me as it was a part of my research and the course content is of course according to that with smooth flow of subject areas. All subjects gave me a level which I want and now I am assistant professor at college.

Having Capable to provide Idea on Plastic Technology wrt Plastic Testing having R&D approach and Processing of Polymers. It covers Adfitivation and Compounding of Plastic Materials with Idea on Mold Making and Designing. Management Theories and Practical Classes along with Viva Vose and Practical Classes are part of the Course.

Almost 100% Placement and Demand for Plastic Technology is very Demanding and would remain so. Mostly Polymer Industries and Downstream Industries come for the Campus Interview and they offered me Rs.2500/month in 1995. The Salary now varies from Rs.10000 to Rs.40000 per Month now-a-days.

The college management is decent and barring a few rules like no drinking inside campus and no entry after 11:30 pm, the students are mostly satisfied with the management. The sports complex is awesome and has all the modern equipment and facilities such as full-size swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, to name a few. Institute also provides free bus services from campus to city every hour for students. Apart from activities organized by the students, the management also organizes few events such as Mahashivratri and Janmashtami celebrations.

About Faculty of our college is the faculty are well qualified. Most of them have finished their PG and half of the faculty are pursuing their Ph.D. The faculty drive the students towards the practical knowledge rather than the book stufff. It really maintains the zeal and enthusiasm in students towards the real life except of few all are really total waste of time and money. There are faculty available and they only want to waste our time as they know as open their mouth you will come to know how intelligent they are need to change the faculties.

The course curriculum is the best for research. In M.Tech we get 1 year time to complete our research. And we need to do hard work to publish our work in reputed international journals and conferences. Proposed work must be implemented in desired platform in a given duration of time. Timely presentation is done to check work progress.

According to records 75% students get placed every year in this university and most of them are working in a private as well as government sector. GLAU has a very large network of alumni and alumni meet happened in every year where they all can meet with each other. And they all are matured and polite.

My college fee is nominal as it is yearly so you dont need take hectic to pay your fees in semister wise or vice versa.you just need to pay once per year.and it is done no other charges except that your free for aa year after that currently fees for my college is 50755 inr Rs.per year and my college is affiliated to guru govind Singh Indraprast university which is maintained from there the fee structure.

There are various events which are organised by our college and by our head university I.p university which we can take parts in sports and other activities, plus there are several events and seminars and educational event organised by management and commerce constitutional bodies such as aima.so there are very good opportunity to take part in.

Our college celebrates quite alot of events. It includes Technical, Cultural and fun events. Pupa, is a technical event which is held every year. It is an event in which you get a seed capital of ?500 and you are said to develop a product out of your ideas. Whatever may be the product Innovation is expected. And then, Pliedes is a biggest cultural event which has all the fun events, cultural events.

You get ample amount of opportunity when it comes to campus placements. Many well reputed companies like Microsoft, Infosys, Akkamai, HP, Toshiba etc come to this college for hiring students. And maximum students get opportunity to get placed in these reputed companies so that, you could get a good start for your career.

Number of companies visiting the campus like New Gen, JK Tech.Normally the companies offer like 3.5 to 4.5 for freshers.Number of other companies like Naggaro, Infosys etc are also visiting the campus every year and number of placements every Year. A good package offered by the companies and out of 100 every year more then 50 students are getting the on campus placements .

Fee structure is very good as being a govt university. Around 15000-2000 Per year for both the semesters and also very less charges for hostels like 6-7 thousand per year and around 2 thousand per month for food. Also like there are multiples programs for the toppers and SC/BC students for fee relief.

Campus life is always jolly and holy. Students enjoy their subjects and have a full fledged entertainment in the eve times.The gender ratio is at 2:3 ,i think the gender ratio is maintained at a decent level. Parties happen very frequently, be it the birthday parties, quizzes, jolly games. There is no discrimination in race, sex, ethnicity. There are no politics at all . Overall it is very friendly and peaceful environment in the college.

The placements were really less in number. Only three companies visited the campus and hired only 30 out of 300. These companies are not mncs but were local. The job opportunities were not great students have to choose for themselves. But one good aspect about the college is that they train the students to face the interviews and help to face the industry and make them confident and bold.

As the college starts for the freshers the first event they get to they have is the freshers party in the month of August. It is held in the college campus each branch has a different party on different days like for btech on one day and for bba on the other. Then there is urja in October or November decided by the college this is the main event of the college like a fest only college students are allowed to attend this. Its a big event the whole college is present & students can participate in things like war of band etc. Its a 3 day festival on day 2 there is a dj night and on day 3 there is a band night a band is invited to the college to play.

Its good and detailed with domain related subjects also. does have both practical and theoretical work with a lot of assignments individual & group based. Its easy to understand with the books provided & the ppts used by the teachers. They do focus on research to with reports to be submitted & also there is a compulsory internship in the 2nd year for everyone either provided by the clg or you can get a self intern after which you have to give a detailed report on your internship as a hard copy & as a ppt to.

I took Bca as main curriculum because i have studied computer science in my higher secondary school and also I'm personally very much interested in computer administration, that's the main reason to join this course. I also was interested to knew things that are related to computer science from my school days.

The gender ratio in our college 70:30 in favor of males. About the extra curriculum here we have gyms and grounds, so vast get of sports are played here in our college. Talking about religions and races, here all kind of pupils study with all races. Also Culturals, debates are held frequently to go with these.

MIND SPARK Is the technical event organized by our college ZEST is the biggest sport event organized by our college.UTKANSH is the cultural event organized by our college REGATTA is one of a kind of event organized by our college. 'Regatta' literally means a series of boat races. Our college is one of very few colleges in the world to host a regatta. COEPs Regatta is one of a kind. Every year the Boat Club organizes the annual Regatta. The last edition of the Regatta featured an Eighter, one of the oldest in world. The Regatta showcases more than 165 unique boats every year. It scales new heights of innovation and skill. The Regatta has been a prestigious tradition in COEP since 1928. It is the magnificent outcome of rigorous practice, perceptive minds, devotion and intense determination. The COEP Regatta is a breathtaking event which exhibits the perseverance and talent of the students who practice day and night to entertain an audience of over 12000 with their remarkable array of boats

Unlike other courses this course structure is completely different. The course mainly focuses on the subjects or the projects which are actually going on in the field. Our very first exercise is subdivision neighbourhood and redevelopment of an area in planning studio I. In planning studio II we have development plan of a city and in the third planning studio we have a regional plan of a district or a region. During the third planning studio itself Each student get two guides for their research work. We get to choose one from the lectures in our college and one external guide who is an expert in the respective field of research. So this is the structure of our curriculum.

The fee structure was affordable for an average student each semester was charged around 20000 INR. All to gether the cost was comes around 2 to 3 laks for competing the course with field trips and academic books purchase. The fee for lab, exams and library was included but annual trip and study materials cost were not covered .

The placement opportunity is not so good to say, since the course demand in the state seems not very good some times. There were hardly no any in campus placement option available. The college should specific initiatives to bring outside recruiters in the campus and final training to the students has to be given .
