The course which I have chosen Computer science and technology in information is one of the most demanded courses in the current world. The improvements I would suggest in the curriculum is to go deeper in the concepts and explain them visually so that we as a student could understand it betterly and apply in practical life.
Most of the faculty members in the college are quite experienced as they come from the background of IIT'S and NIT'S.They mostly used the PPT way of teaching which is very effective for the students to understand the concepts greatly. The teachers are often available for solving the doubts and quiries of the students.
60 % percent of the faculty are good at teaching meaning you can gain knowledge from their classess . Even then the rest of the faculty are also friendly so you can always go to their cabin to clear doubts and they are all always welcoming ( I do this mostly). Qualification wise almost 90% of the faculty have completed their phds , so it's fair to say they are all qualified. The student to faculty ratio is pretty good with each class having 60 students and a faculty maybe taking class in 2-3 classess it's pretty good , never felt crowded at all ..... Overall the faculty are always ready to help the student and have a good attitude towards us aswell I have personally never had any bad experience with any of the faculty and mostly all of them have been motivating and kind.
The course structure is pretty good with credit system . Internals consist of 50 marks out of which 30 marks is midterm 10- assignment 10- quiz And all of this are mostly timed 1 month apart throughout the semester and is pretty good , doesn't make you feel burdened at all . And needless to say their syllabus is exactly the same as MAHE , manipal ( parent college) which has been established since more than 20 years and hence is tried and trusted . Overall the course structure and syllabus is pretty and I am personally satisfied.
Their are many annual and seasonal events & festival is celevbrated, however Aiu happens in month of Auguts/september & Cu fest happens inmonth of Jan/Feb. Their are two main library one in NORTH campus and one in SOUTH campus, both of the libraries are easily accessible by students. additionally there are samll libraries in each block as well for convinience of students and there are all kind of books available. Technolgy used in calssroom is good however they lag to support in extracurricular activity, they show thath they support, but if you are representing college they never support you.
Faculty members have relevant skills and effective approach, however they lag in some of the things as they teach with traditional approach. They are easy to rech and contact for discussing any doubts. They helpful and supportive. However when you stuck in soem serious problem they will only make you visit one after another department (following hierarchy).
btech is of the most professional degrees now days and i had keen interest in computer this was the primary reason for opting B.TECH . our cirriculum basically focus on the industry training we have labs for practice and our ciricullum also focuses on personallinity and skill development . i think our cirriculum is good enough to make you a skilled I.T professional. our uni conducts two exams one mid sem and one end sem called minor and major respectively. Minor are of 1.5 hrs and of 30 marks and major are of 3hours of 100 marks.
our uni. has more than 30 clubs and all of them are super fun. we get a chance to know different people and interact with our seniors. memebers of these club go out for compeitition where they get to know about different skills and activities. these clubs help in out overall development. our uni. takes care of our mental and physical health as well . we have our sprots team of all games and the sportd room is always open where you can play any game of your choice.
The main reason I chose this course was because it's high demand and I really wanted to find a good job in the healthcare sector and I really felt physiotherapy can do wonders in treating patients as I've seen many recover and get back to their normal lifestyle after physiotherapy. The practical classes were great and taught us how to interact with patients who are in pain and helped us since the first year we had clinical training posting so we had an amazing awareness of how to deal with patients the moment we entered internship. I feel that the classes could have been a little shorter around 45 mins since one hour feels too long to concentrate. Teachers can share more handwritten notes or self made PDFs for better understanding. And subjects like statistics could be a little easier since the exams were a bit hard. We had just two main exams per annum and two Internals per semester. Exams were 3 hours in duration. And most of the exams were basically stuck to the lecture that was taken.
We had many fests to start from we had shuru which was a fest for the freshers to help them mingle well and socialize as they entered. We had the medical fest named Milan usually held in November and it was great. And we have Aarush fest that has so many celebrities coming in. We have a Library in each department and also have a huge library in the university building that has all the books up to the new versions. Every classroom has a projector for classes to be taken via slideshow. We have an annual sports meet and it's an interesting college and we also have a ROM physiorun marathon that has made it to the world record. We have many music bands and dance clubs.
Class Size : 120 Course Fees : INR 16947 per year Loan/ Scholarship Provisions The annual fee of the College is 17000 approx for a year and being a government college it's really good and in terms of financial aid , the college provides aid for the students whose family income is below 5 lakh. Campus provide Jobs in mostly in consulting and Auditing field and internship in all domains.
I'm a student of Bachalor of arts with Economics as major and Statistics as a Minor, I feel the curriculum is very good of statistics as it can applied in different courses and economics is also relatable. Area of improvement would be unnecessary additional of language subjects like Hindi and English as it takes doesn't add any value better they should add research projects for credit.
The Campus Life if awesome. The Student crowd comes from rich and wealthy families so there is no hooliganism in campus. There are various fun events carried out in one academic year of a student's life to enjoy the college experience to the fullest. There is A No Ragging Policy in the Campus and it is strictly followed. The Seniors for every course are very co-operative and friendly so no senior pressure.
College fees is where this college is a lil tricky. My course (BBA. LLB) has a tuition fees of Rs. 2,50,000/- which can be paid in two installments of 1,25,000/- each one being paid at the admission and the second one to be paid within 90 days of the first installment. I don't have much knowledge about the other courses but you can enquire about them on the college helpline number.
The fee of each and every BE course in this college is 130000 and it is divided into parts such as tuition fee 25000, per hour fee, book fee etc. This college provides more scholarship for the students and it is more useful one. Srm easwari engineering college has 95% campus interview opportunities and many got placed in different popular companies with high LPA . This college mainly focus on extra skills and offering extra courses. They'll train us for all the exams by giving extra important questions so that is more useful to learn many things.
I choose civil engineering because it has more scope in both the government and private sector but civil engineering has 60% of good scope in government jobs such and AE , APE , RAILWAY DEPARTMENT, HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, etc. Also in both sectors civil engineering profession plays a major role like metro work etc. We can do and startup a construction company and become a entrepreneur. The main fact is we can earn more money if we learn have subject knowledge in depth.
IT is really a rising industry since the world us getting largely dependent on Tech. The curriculum however does little to prepare you for real world application like internships and jobs. The curriculum , if focused on real life skills could help students secure an internship. Frequency of exam is just fine with both internals between semesters and semester after each semester
From 7th semester companies start coming in for on campus placements. The main companies are TCS (212 students placed), IITC INFOTECH(49), INFOSYS(45), COGNIZANT 45,WIPRO 21,PERSISTENT SYSTEMS 14, IBM 12 , CERNER CORPORATION 12, NINELAPS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS 11. The average package is between 3 to 7 lacs. From Cse or IT almost 100? placed. I plan on higher studies
there are many intership opportunities are there in -campus or off campus.there summer and winter intership opportunities you acn get some paid and some not paid just for your experience thier almost 150 companies came for intership but for intership you should have good grade in your academics and have a skill.

The fees are different for eamcet and viteee students the students join through vitee have to pay more than 2lpa and the eamcet students have to pay 70000 per annum and in that so many students will get jaganna Vidya devena which government will pay full tusion fees.
As the campus life was so good that you can enjoy both study and entertainment that the college infrastructure was too good and they have the Asia second largest. Auditorium thta there was so many cultural events takes place and noteably swarm was organized by Rotaract club of Kec was most important event and e horyzon where you can exihibot your talent and you rent a separate place and place a stall and get earning from them moreover there are more than 30 active clubs where you can join and give your best
As I told that the fees for college is one lakh if you are a first graduate then they can less twenty five thousand and they provide government scholarship and they will do all arrangements for that you no need to worry about that and they are giving free sheets for the students who scored high marks in their higher secondary (for both academic and hostel) and also the placement are hundred percent for this departments as well as other departments
Our annual fest name is Tide in the months of march- April. So coming to the library, in my college there is both availability of physical and soft books available in it. Evey book you will search related to your course or above it will definitely available in library. You can take participate in sports activities and join different societies to hone your skills.
There were more than 200+ companies open for providing internships to the students for example Google, kagaz, Mahindra etc. also range of getting stipend varies with the work hours and type of work. If you have skills you can easily get a handsome internships. No project work was there in my college.
I would like to say campus life is best in our college as there are Davana and namna ethnic are two major fest in this college and about Library it is huge and has quite good space for peaceful study.sports and activities are so active as they keep many competitions and games for participation.
Faculty are different kind here some branches have very good faculty most of them are highly educated and teach well with good experience but now junior lectures they hire are totally worst ,least care they take about our grades and syallabus that need to be improved.
The study material and books provided by SOL is quite okk but not comprehensive enough to understand all the topics. A student definitely needs to refer some books written by renowned authors.Exams are comparatively easy but lengthy.
Since I have classes on weekends only in the college. So, I don't have any much indulgence towards campus life and their daily activities. There is a very hygienic cafeteria in college where simple and homely based food are served.
course curriculum is well designed but hectic it keeps you busy all the time you dont get time to focus on stuff of your interest . exams occur in three partitions t1,2,3 and their combined marks are taken to calculate cgpa
faculty is very helpful you can visit them anytime and they are ready to clear all your doubts. they can also personally guide you for the path you want to follow in near future . there are 60 students per batch
There are many clubs in the college and the club responsible for all the events and happenings in the college is jyc it is the main club in juit and the other clubs include ieee , acm , Rotaract which are also encouraging. Fest happens once in a year and it's a technical cum cultural fest . It is conducted by jyc only.
Campus placement are average from the college but the support from the main campus makes it easy to get placed . Companies coming for the main campus jiit in noida also visits juit (not all of them) and you can apply in them also . There's no internship support in the college and you have to get it on your own .
We have a good placement opportunities in this college as our placement cell and teachers are very supportive in this. A student is eligible to get placement after completing semester 2 exam . Many companies like Exide , Byjus , HDFC , Kotak Bank came to camps for placement drive. More than 70 percent of students got placed with average package of 5-7 lakhs per year.
My overall experience with this institute is going very good as our college conducts annual fest like SPANDAM MAXX , Traditional Days and many other events. We also have a great library with good books which can be accessed by the students both online and offline. Our college also provides smart learning facilities in classrooms, Wifi connections, etc.
my overall experience with campus life, focusing on social aspects, club involvement, and the infrastructure provide. My campus life was to amezing and wonderful. The names of the annual and technical festivals, along with the months they are typically held these are New Year, Saraswati Puja,Basanta Utsav , Rabindra Jayanti, Teacher's Day and many other festivals. The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library was excellent many types of books are available in our College library.
Yes. . . . .All caste students are allowed here.So don't think about that.Anyone always welcome in our college and provide many things. Every year we held a big day night program in our college and enjoy with friends, family and many other people's lots of enjoy. We welcome big singers and celebrity in our college to perform rocking we doing our best.
The campus life is one of the most beautiful part. The central library is open for all and even a elibrary portal is available. Some dept have their own library as well. There are over 35 students run clubs and societies that hold programmes all throughout the year including dj night, talent shows, jamming, hostel night, flashmob etc.Sports fest is held around oct called sangathan and the main fest is Amifest held during Feb March which includes a whole month of promotional events by all the clubs. Some of the clubs include Saakar and Udaan the social clubs, Jhankaar and USC the classical and western dance club resp, ness the North eastern students society,ek awaaz and dramebaaz the drama clubs, AMS the musical society, Kairos and aurelia the fashion clubs, allegories and memesis the literary clubs, amiko the Korean clubs,Nihon the Japanese club, etc.
The curriculum is well endowed with various aspects of psychology. Many subjects are taught in bachelor's level itself . Although there may be need of inclusion of a more thorough teaching of clinical aspects of the job in the first year itself to help in internship. The exams are held twice one the sessionals and then the finals with proper distinction of marks and course structure.
