Fees I had paid for my course is 117000 overall. Although the fees is same for all the respective branches Iam not much aware of hike in fees yearly. Scholarships will be provided by Uttar Pradesh government in which college can help to to get it. And As I talk about placements are decent in this college in my branch the average pakage students get are 7.6 Lpa
I choose this course because there are very less courses through which MSc students can get good placements and this is one of them or I can say best in all of them. It consists of subject from both mathematics as well as computing which is in demand in today's corporate world.A little improvement which can be done in this course is that no. Of computing subject can be increased. Also there are two exams and min two quizes for every subject per semester with a good level of difficulty as you expect from an iit but the good thing is most of the proofs have criteria of relative marking. But frankly speaking no. Of exams difficulty level these all things depends on professor.
The sports facilities in the campus are marvelous I think for every sports facilities are available. There is a central gym and gym in every hostel and other gyms also. Dedicated courts and grounds for other sports. And the social life of campus is very happening almost every time there is some event going on. Each year there are two major fest one is the cultural fest named alcheringa which is the biggest cultural fest of northeast and other is a technical fest name techniche. There are a lots of clubs such as music, dance, literary club, social service club , photography club , astronomy club etc.
For architecture departments the faculties are more than enough and many new faculties are coming yearly...but some faculty's mode of teaching is hard to study and prepare for the exams. But when it comes to teamwork we handle it pretty good even with the models and presentations
For b.arch the fee structure is pretty high compared to the other department courses...and we have to pay extra fees for our stationary materials which are also more for us comparatively...we have an iternship for a sem where some firms awards with stipend but some doesn't
some of our faculty members including our director sir has graduated from iit and other faculties has done their phd and btech from reputed universities. avery faculty keeps on interacting with us time to time and tries their best to keep us motivated.
This course gives us practical knowledge and theoretical and gives us an idea of how things work in the corporate world or in many MNC companies. the areas for improvement in my thoughts are that there should be more industrial visits for us.
The curriculum initially builds the base for understanding the course and thereby acts as the foundation. Later in the course, it gets more comprehensive and goes in depth of the subject matter. Exams are held in the firm of internals and externals.
Many of the teachers are approachable and very helpful, providing help whenever asked. They are very well informed and guide in assignments and projects. They fairly asses exams and assignments and offer feedbacks and constructive criticisms.
On the college campus lot happening. There's always some event happening in the college. It has a wide range if student-run societies that have their semi-annual and annual fests in a loop with the college's annual day, foundation day, annual fest, and business conclave. The classes are fully air-conditioned smart classes, it has good sports facilities and also an uncountable number of extracurriculars.
Economics is a very strong course which builds your base for future and has a lot of future career scopes in various fields and moreover I liked the subject a lot. The subjects prepares you for the future. The difficulty level is moderate. We've weekly internals which is continuous assessment and internal assessment.
The placement packages and even the environment of our university influenced me to choose this course in Chandigarh University. We go through may field trips , camps and even industrial visits which really prepares us for the real-world applications and even for academic pursuits. Their are the best faculty members for our couse so their is no improvement required in the course curriculum or the teaching methods of the faculty members. The exams are of medium level and scoreable if the person had studied from the start of the year. Even time for final exams given is 3 hours for 70 marks and for MSTs is 1 hour for 30 marks.
The most of the festivals are celebrated in our campus from all over India and for foreigners their are speacial celebrations for their festivals too Their are student run groups like DSW , Rotaract club , Discipline team , DAKA for programs, etc. We get black + white boards in our classrooms with the projectors availabe in our classrooms with air conditioner and fans for ventilation.
I took finance and marketing specialization in which marketing was a common specialization for everyone be it as a major or a minor specialization. While taking finance sessions mostly our Dean sir taught us and he has great academic achievements and great knowledge about everything and he was very helpful in each and every aspect. The others were also the same, they put extra effort in teaching and making the students understand everything they are unable to catch on. The ration of faculty to students was 1:18 in finance and 1:40 in marketing session. The faculties are even helpful and guide you through your internship project and final project. The faculties even motivate you to publish your own research paper and even after you finish your college and degree he/she will be guiding you later on in life.
The tuition fees for the whole course of 2 years is 460000 which is per semester it was rs. 115000 and if you opt for hostel there are additional fees depending upon the room selected. Hostel room structure is 2seater ac, 3 seater, 4seater, 10 seater. While joining the course you have pay a admission fee of rs. 20000 which is a one time fee, non refundable. Scholarship are available for students who have above 90-95% in graduation. The campus placement cell helps in finding summer internship for the students and during the final year they bring lots of companies for campus placement. Most of my college mates were placed through placements and they are still a part of that organisation.
Tution fess is a bit high like for CSE it is 1 lakh 90 and for other branches other than cs it is 1 lakh 75 per semester. But it remains constant and does not change for the people who have taken admission in that year. For new admissions, it does increase but the change does not apply to previously admitted batches. the complete comes to around 20 to 22 lakhs including the hostel and depends on what type of hostel you are staying but the amount is justified and facilities are provided quite well and compulsory charges like an examination fees of 1k inr are taken before every end sem of a semester. They do provide scholarships if you can rank from 1 to 1000 in their own Kiitee entrance exam and also if you are a state topper. I would the amount is justified with the facilities they provide.
The faculty is great it is easy to communicate with any faculties whatsapp groups are created on the first day of class and faculties also provide their email ids so that any one can reach out to them personally and response time is also very fast considering so many students under a single faculty. They help a lot in bring skills from other fields and encourage everybody to explore every field and choose whats best for them. Faculty to student ratio is good as it is 12:1.And the most important parts are every group of 30 to 40 students has their own mentors those mentors help them in every aspect of their college life and is also connected to the parents of the students which is excellent and they help in every possible way they can.
A festival that used to be held every year on March is B fest , which encourages the students to come up with a business or start up idea. The library facilities are good . They provides us with the notes made by teachers , books for the whole semester. The faculties are well qualified and good at their job. Few extra curricular activities are there. There is no clubs available in the college which needs to be improved.
Many companies comes for the internship. Sone of them are paid internship but mostly there are unpaid internship. The role of marketing management, HR , operation and finance are given and the work structure is different according to the companies. Swiggy , burger paint, Asian paint , reliance etc comes for the internship opportunity.
It has diverse options and a wide variety of things to learn and grasp knowledge and is a growing field. Exams happens 2 times per semester. Half sem and end sem. The teaching methods are very good and the difficulty level of exams is suitable if you prepare for it well and listen to teachers in class.
Complete cost of education of bsc. Animation 3 year degree is around 5 lakhs. They provide you with 3 universities options to choose from as you want you can choose and every university has different rules to abide by which will be told to you at the time of admission itself.
The main events happining in he college are the Tech, Arts, and Sports fest. The arts & tech fest happens in the odd semester & the sports fest happens in the even semester. There are different types of books available in the library. The classrom is a basic classroom with a projector(some don't have that). The Arts, Sprots,& Tech events are average compared to other colleges due to funding issues. Mainly there are IEEE, IEDC groups and some chess club, music club, cyber club, etc.
The faculty to student ratio is little less. The teachings of the faculty members are good at first. They explain tha classes very well. But towards the end of semester they just try to finish the portion. We can interact with faculty members when they are free, there are not many constrains to meet the faculties.
The fee structure of btech is approximately 5.5 lakh in a year course. Also give scholarships from college to students and our government already provides these types of scholarships. Here also available campus placement many teachers or faculties are doing their job in this college after completing their courses at the college
Our course is biotech and this is the only college in Uttar Pradesh that gives a very nice placement in this course and also gives us the opportunity to learn coding and do our dream job where we want. Exams and timings are also very good there is a difficulty level but at the end it is ok
Well, computer science is a great course to have because after this you can do an MSc or MCA whatever you want, unlike the BCA. but yeah there are certain aspects which can be improved college should have focused on more appropriate final year projects so that we can add those to our resume and also they should let us decide which project we want to do. Rather than which project they want us to do.
In my course course fees are pretty higher than other courses in college. It's 13500/yr which means 40500 total for a 3yr course except for the fact that you have to pay examinations every semester. Though you can get govt scholarships if you have enough marks besides that college has private scholarships for needful and meritorious students But besides that, our college doesn't offer placements
As per my knowledge, there is nothing such as a tuition fee increase policy it's I guess constant from the year I joined. As per scholarships are concerned no one faces any issue if they have the required caste reservations which is only applicable if you have completed your 12th from MP. Another way to get our hands on scholarships is to top the university.
Campus life here is not at all good It is very hard to maintain our health both ways as it is very hectic as well and the strictness that the DEAN maintains is not very bearable sometimes and you might get uncomfortable here. Overall one fest per year is a trend in our college and you may see NCC, Sports etc and tech clubs also
The campus life till now has been amazing. I am enrolled in a street play society which is really active with its competition and plays like all other societies. It gives you exposure and confidence. the library of the college is pretty huge having all the types of books. Students mostly don't buy books In college bcos it is easily available in college For issue.
it's a college of Delhi University the fees is very minimal it's 15000 for a semester but there are very few options available for scholarships the college just has various quotas but no scholarships. there are various types of internships available for the students which makes it easy for them to earn at an early stage and also have experience.
Since I am from GENERAL I couldn't avail of any of the scholarship benefits, unfortunately. However, there is no tution fee policy. The cost per year is around 2.5 lacs including the hostel costs. The scholarships vary depending on the category. The placement statistics are average.
The faculty is cooperative and well-learned. The faculty solves doubts if required besides class hours. Each department has its dedicated building for labs. Most of the professors have high credentials like doing Masters from the big IITs etc.
The fee structure of the college is very simple. The tuition fee per semester is 62500/- and other activity fees are 13000/- Now the hostel fees for the triple occupancy rooms for the first-year students is 5000/- per semester and the mess fees for the complete year is 25000/-. there are many scholarships that are running and providing financial assistance to students. moreover, the SC/ST students are exempted from paying the tuition fees for the whole degree. The fee hike as said by the college is 10% per year.
In our class, there were a total of 100 students and every faculty who was teaching us was a graduate of top institutions like IIT's or NIT's. So, the teaching experience of all of them was fantastic as they were very highly knowledgeable in their fields. All of them are friendly and we can easily approach them in case of any query or difficulty we face whether it is related to our academics or it is a non-academic problem, they try their best to resolve our issues and difficulties we face.
The campus life is boring. Their is no concerts pr DJ nights infact their is no night event. One event of Diwali that is JAGMAG is held in campus ground that to in day time and all other small event are held in auditorium only. Sanskriti bollywood day earth day singing dancing competition etc everything is held in auditorium. Zonals are their for sports lover and sports fest twice in a year. Tech Fest is also organised twice a year in which various clubs organise coding contests etc. Hackathon, design thinking challenge etc is their. Basically colleges celebrate only event which is related to study.
The faculty to students ratio is good like in class of 55 or 60 every student is focused by the teachers. The faculty are mostly doctorate degree holders. The presentation system is used for study like they provide PPT of every unit to us and teach in class with that and also share extra content regarding the topics with us and provide notes for the same. 15-17 students are alloted under every teacher-like a mentor for these students and we can share everything with our mentor and project guide regarding anything.
