Course curriculum is same as that of NITs IITs hence it quite relevant because it is designed in a manner that every engineer should know every aspects of engineering whether it computer science or not it is same in first year and it is good in next semesters as well.

Yes it is available for those who are financially unstable and they provide some special facilities to sports students they have reserved quotas and their fees is slightly different from ours like they have to pay half of the fees of hostels

The sports amd activites ptivides bu this collage is decent with sports like badminton, cricket, tennis, table tennis etc.The collage font have great fest and events although tthy are decent enough to enjoy with friends and learn new soft skills

There are mainly four annual fest held at nit Rourkela. One is the eastern India's largest technical fest innovision held in November. Second is the cultural and literary fest which is nitrutsav which is held in February.Third is the multiethnic fest cosmopolitanwhich is held in January and fourth one is the sports fest vriddhi which is held in November.One can avail all the books and resources whatever faculties suggest at library. You can find a lot of books at the Biju Pattnaik central library in the campus. You can use phones in classroom..but yeah surely not in the front rows of the classroom. You can enjoy a lots of clubs according to your interest. There are more than 30 major clubs in our campus. There are social servicing clubs too like aasra and Rotaract. You can join Aspirants community too if you want to prepare for higher studies and competitive exams like cat, gate , upsc etc. These clubs and extracurricular activities makes your life enjoyable and memorable here.

From my higher school days..I was having interest in science field basically in the field where there is the application of maths and chemistry. When I have searched more about the curriculum of chemical engineering I found some of the very interesting subjects such as chemical process calculations, mass transfer, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and so on. All because of mine keen interest on these subjects i choosed up this branch. This branch is having a lot of real world applications in oil and refineries, in petrochemical power plants and in various other industries. The overall course curriculum of chemical engineering I think excellent at nit Rourkela. One can learn a lot from labs and courses. Exams are held twice in a year..some subjects are easy to handle while some requires continuos efforts and practice to get a good grade. Superb branch of u want to be an excellent industrialist and to contribute to the technological and environmental advancement aspects.

The specific aspects to choose this course is due to the rank secured in eamcet which is only available for this course in this college so that's why I choose this course. The curricula prepares your for interact with real world applications of this course and today I am passionated in this course it deals with huge applications deals with real world applications. The course doesn't need suggestion to improve in my words because I am comfortable with this curriculum of this course.

No internship opportunities in this college. you are on your own so you have to try hard and get internships outside the college . They won't provide you any help with the internships . So keep this in mind before joining this college.

Average package is of 7.66lakhs per annum.Placement percentage is 96 percent . Mercedes Benz Microsoft Google also come in the campus for placements. The placements were not that good in recent few years due to Covid hope it improves

There are a large no of books and journals available in the college library. The college also soemwhat supports extracurricular activities. There are also some social clubs like GDC and the college is also introducing some new clubs to increase extracurricular activities.

The Curriculum of my course includes both computer and electronics subjects which gives a wide range of knowledge. The Curriculum somewhat prepares for real world applications. It can be improved by focusing on more real-world applications.

Campus placement is below average is compared to other Nit and IIT. There is lot of scope of improvement in placement. Like in civil highest package is 14 lps and average is 6 lps. I planned to clear gate 2025 in my final year.

Campus life is not so good. As there are types of restrictions for specially girls. Club and society are active in college, activities are organised on general basis . There is need to get more social activities for students

My Overall experience is very good as the campus of this university is too good and it's culture is also too good this includes various clubs for various things like code club for coding and google developer club gdse music club aur backstage club which organizes all the functions and in this university also there are some cultural fest like in saraswati pooja university has organized a bhandara for whole uni students and them organize saraswati pooja on that day around in month 2 3 cultural fest happened like in navratri we have garba night organized for students sports club also organize a competion for all houses of the college known as sarang in which all the students of different houses participate together in classroom smart board is provided and labs for all the sibjects are well organized and full of resourecess

On a scale of 1 to 10 I will rate this course about 7 acc to it's previous year average packages and i m happy to be in this course as I have enough time to Improve my coding skills with help of mentorree and sufficent time for my personality development I was influenced to choose this chlourse becz i like coding and want to be in it sector and that's my dream which I m seeing that is coming true day by day Some ways can be improved in their teaching methods as we r having very hectic time table it can be revised so that student get some personal preprational time also this course has 8 semesters and each sem has 3 exam minor 1 minor 2 and major exams minor are of 20 and major is of 50 marks and exams are quite tough especially designed for coders

The course is pretty easy to comprehend and the faculty members are very helpful and supportive. The knowledge and experience of faculty is very good but it would require the students to study the subject thoroughly for their own benefits.

The fees is 24000 per year . Which is pretty high as compared to other du colleges. There are various scholarships and financial assistance available for underprivileged students. Overall it is pretty decent amount.

the curriculum influenced my decision as this course contains data mining and data visualisation which are used in the future. the curriculum prepares us for real apllications as it trains us on real life dat sets.the areas to improve are to give more examples of real world applications and teaching with real examples makes it simple to understand. the timings of the exams is 9-1 p.m and the frequency is 1 month.

the name of the annual fest is inventum they are conducted in the month of feburary and march. they are many variety of books and journals avaible to the students.there are facilities like projectors and white boards . there are equipments for sports and huge ground for cricket and basketball.there are many social groups and clubs for each departement separetely.

The course I chose is AIML. I chose this course as it is trending in the IT industry now a days. The curriculum for the course is well built. teaching methods used in this course by faculty help us understand the topic well. They use real time applications and examples. But I personally think that there should be improvements in the timings of exams..as there is no much gap between exams. We are not able to prepare well

Fee structure of the college through convener quota is 93,000 per annum (academic year) and the transport fees are not included in this. College administration department help us majorly in applying for scholarships like post metric scholarship which we get from the government. They announce the dates and all. The placements are also good

Fee structure of a student is based on the income certificate of the student, if his income is above 5 lakh he need to pay the full fees and if the income is between 1 and 5 lakh he need pay the half of the fees and if it is less than 1 lakh he doesn't want to pay the tution fee. In case of mine I was below 1 lakh so i don't need to pay tution fees but i need to pay the rest of the fees like academic fees it's around 12500 and hotel fees around 32000 in every sem
