Bihar MBBS Admission 2025 is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Bihar MBBS Admission is done based on the NEET 2025 scores followed by counselling rounds.

Bihar MBBS Admission will be solely based on the NEET 2025 results followed by a counselling session conducted by the BCECEB. Candidates can check the general admission steps listed below.

Bihar MBBS Admission 2025: Eligibility
- Aspirants must have completed their 10+2.
- Students from the Science stream with Biology as a compulsory subject are only eligible for Bihar MBBS Admission.
- Candidates must have successfully qualified for the NEET Exam and must have a valid NEET scorecard.
- Unreserved category candidates must have scored 50% marks in 10+2. For reserved category candidates, they must have scored 40% marks in 10+2.
- Candidates must be 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025.
- Candidates from the following categories can also apply –
- Candidates whose parents are domicile of the Bihar state. Or,
- Candidates with refugee parents in Bihar. Or,
- Candidates whose parents are from different states but are working with the Bihar Government. Or,
- Parents who are in a transferable job in Bihar and Jharkhand. Or,
- Parents who are working in PSUs.
