NEET PG 2020 Admit Card (Released): Download from nbe.edu.in

    National Board of Examination has issued NEET PG 2020 Admit Card on December 31, 2019. Candidates can download NEET PG Admit Card from the official website – nbe.edu.in by logging in with their NEET PG Application Number and password or date of birth.

    MBBS aspirants, seeking admissions in MD/MS or PG Diploma courses have to appear for the medical exam in computer-based mode. The exam is scheduled for January 5, 2020.

    • A registrant has to affix their latest passport size photograph in the space provided on the admit card.
    • Admit card will not be sent to the candidates by Post.
    • It is mandatory to carry the hall ticket to the test centre along withMCI/SMC certificate and a valid photo ID proof.
    • Candidate with graduation outside India will have to bring their screening test certificate issued by NBE.
    • Along with the candidate’s details, the document will carry NEET PG Exam Center information.

    How to Download NEET PG 2020 Admit Card?

    Candidates who register successfully will be able to view and download their e-admit ticket from the official portal. The link will be active for a stipulated time period only. Steps to download the document are:

    Step 1: Visit the official website of NBE: nbe.edu.in

    Step 2: Select ‘NEET PG’ tab.

    Step 3: Click on ‘NEET PG Admit Card’ link.

    Step 4: Enter your user name/ ID and password.

    Step 5: NEET PG Admit Card will appear on the screen.

    Note: Download the admit card of NEET PG and take a printout of the same for future reference.

    Details on NEET PG Admit Card

    NEET PG 2020 Admit Card is also like an acknowledgement card after a candidate has registered online. Following details are mentioned on NEET PG 2020 Admit Card:

    • Registration Number of the candidate
    • Medium of Language for the exam
    • Name of the candidate
    • Parent's /guardian name
    • Roll number of the candidate
    • Details of exam venue
    • Time of exam
    • Subject for which exam is to be taken
    • Slot wise division of exam

    Candidates must paste a recent photograph on the admit card having the following specifications:

    • Size of photograph: minimum 35x45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate.
    • Background of the Photograph: white only
    • Photo Resolution: 600 dpi.
    • A caption indicating the candidate’s name and date of capturing the photograph should be there at the bottom of the photograph.
    • The photograph needs to display a full front view of the face.
    • Please avoid photograph with reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.
    • The photograph must not have kinks, scratches and stains.
    Note: Candidate must look directly into the camera with a neutral expression.

    Discrepancy in NEET PG Admit Card

    In case candidate finds any error or misprint in their admit card, he/she should immediately contact NBE concerned authorities. The discrepancy (if any) would not be rectified after the exam is over. Contact details are tabulated below:

    Documents Required with NEET PG Admit Card

    Along with the printed copy of admit card with photo pasted on it, the following documents must be brought to the test centre:

    • Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI registration*, to be retained by the test centre
    • Anyone of the authorized photo IDs** (must be original, valid and non-expired)
      • PAN card
      • Driving License
      • Voter ID
      • Passport
      • Aadhaar Card (With photograph)

    Note: In case, any candidate reports to the test centre with an e-Aadhaar card with Aadhaar number printed on it as proof of identity, it should be a good quality colour print out with a clearly visible photograph. There should be no kinks, scratches and stains, and should definitely match with the candidate presenting the e-Aadhaar card.

    Note: NBE will make all efforts to ensure that the candidate is allotted a testing centre in the State of correspondence address of the candidate. In case the seat is not available due to logistic, administrative and other reasons, testing centre in a nearby State shall be allocated. Such candidates shall be informed about their testing city within 15 days of the close of the registration window.

    Reporting to NEET PG Exam Center

    Reporting time refers to the time at which the candidate reaches the Reporting counter at the test centre. A candidate who fails to report by the stipulated time as indicated on the admit card shall not be allowed to enter the examination premises.

    • Candidate should arrive at the Reporting counter at least two hours before the commencement of exam i.e. 01:30 PM.
    • This allows for security checks, identity verification, image capture, biometric capture etc. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the exam start time.
    • The following shall be undertaken upon reporting at the counter:
      • ID verification – The original documents as mentioned above. All candidates at the centre shall be frisked by security guards.
      • The capture of left thumbprints – The left thumbprints of all candidates shall be captured electronically and candidates are requested to cooperate with the on-duty staff with this process.
      • Capturing of digital image – As a security measure, the digital image of the reporting candidates shall be captured and taken on record.
      • The invigilator /on-duty staff shall guide the candidate to the assigned work station.
      • Make note that the reporting time has been indicated to timely complete the foregoing activities as well as to familiarize the candidate with the process.
      • The entry to the exam hall will close after 3:00 PM.
      • Candidates are also advised to check the requirement for mandatory documents on Testing Day and comply with the same.
      • NBE / Test centre / Designated Agency / Staff on duty shall not be liable under any circumstances for delayed reporting and/or non-presentation of mandatory documents.
    • The test-takers will be provided with rough papers inside the exam hall.
    • No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall before the completion of the duration of NEET PG 2020.

    NEET PG 2020 – Debarred items inside the test centre

    Candidates will not be allowed to take the following items inside the examination centre under any circumstances.

    • Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, etc.
    • Any electronic device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, wristwatch/Health Band, Calculator, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.
    • All ornaments like bracelets, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Necklace with pendants, Badge, Brooch etc.
    • Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.
    • Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottle etc
    • Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
