National Board of Examinations (NBE) is expected to release the application form of NEET 2019 in the last week of October 2018. NEET PG 2019 will be conducted on January 6 as a computer based test. The MBBS aspirants willing for admission to Masters of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) must fill NEET PG 2019 application form in online mode. Candidates who have completed their MBBS course with 12 months compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2019, can apply for NEET PG. The last date for NEET PG online registration will be last week of November 2018.

NEET PG 2019 Eligibility

Before applying, a candidate must ascertain that they fulfill the below mentioned NEET PG 2019 Eligibility before applying for the exam:


  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).

Academic Eligibility

  • Candidates must hold a MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
  • Applicants who have pursued MBBS from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats.
  • Some Institutions have regulations that candidates already pursuing any PG Course in any university are not eligible for admission till they complete the course.


  • Candidates are required to complete one-year compulsary rotating internship on or before March 31, 2019.

How to Fill NEET PG 2019 Application Form?

Applicants can get NEET PG 2019 Application Form presumably in the month of September 2018 from the official site. The applications will be accessible in online mode only. Before starting with the registration process, candidates must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria.

NEET PG 2019 Application Form will be filled by performing five simple steps. All the steps are mandatory and have to be filled in the prescribed order so that one can successfully complete the application form.

NEET PG-Steps to Fill Application Form

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website
  • Select ‘NEET PG
  • Read all the instructions carefully and click on “Proceed to apply online”.
  • Enter name, gender, parent’s name and valid email address.
  • After you enter all the details click on “Submit” button.
  • Create a profile using a user name, password and secret reminder question.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

  • Use the login credentials and continue the application process.
  • Enter details asked in the application form.
  • The application form will ask for personal details, academic details and communication details.
  • A review page will be opened, check all the entered details and click on the “Submit” button.

Step 3: Uploading images

  • Upload Scanned Images by clicking “Choose File” option.
  • Size has to be between 10kb-30kb for both signature and photograph.
  • MCI/SMC certificate must be uploaded having a size not more than 500 kb.
  • Click on “Next” button. Preview of images will appear.
  • Click on “Upload” button to upload images.

Step 4: Scheduling the Exam

  • Select the exam location
  • Select the exact test center and check the location.
  • Select preferred date and time of the examination.

Step 5: Application Fee Payment

  • Click on “Make Payment” option.
  • Remit the application fee via debit card/credit card/ net banking/ e-wallet.
  • Choose the respective bank and click on “Go for payment”.
  • Enter bank details and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Confirmation page printout

After finishing the fee payment process, candidates can take the printout of the confirmation page. Take at least four printouts of the confirmation page. Admit Card will be available within 24 hours in the registered email ID. It should be printed out and brought to the exam hall for verfication.

NEET PG 2019 Application Form Correction

Once a candidate has filled their application form completely and registered for the exam successfully, no changes can be made thereafter. Any changes to be made can be done before the last day of registration i.e., November 27, 2018, 11.59 PM.

If a candidate forgets his/her username or password, the following steps must be followed:

  • Click on Forgot your username or password link below in the login page.
  • Select the option which is to be retrieved.
  • For username, enter the registered email id and CAPTCHA.
  • Click on the Email Username button.
  • Candidates will be asked the secret reminder question which has to be answered.
  • The user name will then be mailed in the registered email ID.
  • For password, click on forgot password link.
  • Secret reminder question will be asked again.
  • The password will be mailed in the email ID of the candidate.


Q1: For how many attempts a student can appear for NEET exam?

Ans: Only three attempts are allowed for NEET aspirant.

Q 2:  How to pay application fee through e-wallet?

Ans: When you make payment on official website, there will be an option for online or offline payment, you just need to click on online button. After you click online, a page will be appeared and you will find gateways of payment by credit card, debit card, e-challan and Paytm. there you can select Paytm alternatives and make payment by e-wallet.

Q 3:  Who will organize NEET PG 2019 exam?

Ans: NBE (National Board of Examinations) will organize the NEET PG exam.

Q 4: Can I take the exam from any computer?

Ans: No, a candidate will have to take exam on a pre-assigned workstation, at the exam center.`
