NEET PG 2019 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate 2019) is a national level entrance examination held for admissions into MD / MS and Post Graduate Diploma Courses. There are around 114 colleges including both private and government colleges participating in the NEET 2019 counselling. The colleges participating in NEET PG follow MCI regulations. NEET PG 2019 Results

NEET PG 2019 result is declared once all the papers have been evaluated. NEET PG 2019 Result will declare tentatively in last week of January 2019. The NEET 2019 result will have 3 types of merit list.

  1. The All India rank NEET 2019 merit list
  2. All India 50 % quota rank
  3. All India 50% quota category rank

The NEET 2019 result will form the basis for the admission. The NEET 2019 result requires the candidate to score a minimum of 50% percentile that is the candidate must score minimum of 750 marks from 1000 marks. The percentile score will form the basis for the NEET 2019 admission. The candidate must score around 80 percentile to get the rank in the NEET 2019 merit list. The minimum passing criteria for NEET PG 2019 exam for different categories are given below:

NEET Tie breaking criteria will be practiced in case two or more applicants have equal marks. NEET 2019 tie breaking criteria gives the candidate with older age preference in seat allotment. The NEET 2019 result is valid for admission for the year 2019 – 20.

NBE will be declaring the results for:

a) All India 50% quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses (all states except Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)

b) State quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses of all states/UTs of India (including the states of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Telangana)

c) Admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in all Private Medical Colleges/Institutions/Universities/Deemed Universities

d) Admission to PG Medical Courses in AFMS Institutions

e) Admission to DNB CET Broad specialty courses (January 2019 session)

NEET PG 2019 Counselling Process

NEET 2019 counselling will be conducted independently according to the merit list. NEET 2019 counselling will be conducted according to the schedule defined. The candidates have to report at the counselling center at the time given. The candidates have to be aware of the reservation scheme. They have to bring all the original documents at the time of NEET PG 2019 Counselling.

The candidates have to report at the Delhi office about any issues they face at the NEET 2019 counselling center. The counselling authorities at each of the private counselling center will be receiving the instructions from the Deputy Director (Examination): -

The rules for the NEET counselling 2019 will be given by the MCI. The instructions of the NEET 2019 counselling can be checked from the MCC website The AFMC counselling will be conducted separately and the rules of counseling for AFMC are different. The different categories of NEET 2019 counselling are as follows:

  1. All India 50% Quota Seats
  2. State Quota Seats
  3. Admission to Private Medical Colleges, Institutes, Universities, Deemed Universities
  4. Admission to Armed Forces Medical Service Institutions
  5. Admission to DNB Broad Specialty Courses (January 2019 Session)
